With a little time waiting to leave for our trip…I thought…Okay…one more sneak peek to tide you over. This is my CAFTAN DRESS,  A224711. The fabric is new…..it’s a crepe georgette. What’s the difference between a crepe georgette and a regular georgette? A crepe georgette is a little heavier and not as see through…….but is still considered a sheer fabric. The colors are BLACK…..BRIGHT BLUE……. RED. The caftan dress comes with it’s own slip liner [photos above]. I do NOT think the slip, in this fabric, is appropriate to wear on it’s own as a dress. This is a CAFTAN dress….why the capitals?….because it’s supposed to be OVER SIZED….if you are of the mind there is too much fabric….this is not for you. I would also not size down because the slip will be to small……Ladies that is the look of this type of dress and I think it is chic, chic, CHIC. This is a true accessory dress, so have fun. You will notice in the photo to the left I have the blue dress with WHITE LEGGINGS and a WHITE TANK. I think doubling this dress as a tunic is a versatile way to wear it. The fabric tailors beautifully….so the collar and the placket down the front are sharp and clean. The dress for size xs is approx 36 1/2 inches. Of course the dress and slip are both washable so add this to you list of things to take on your next trip. The close up in the lower right shows [not too clearly] the sunburst darts that give the dress bust room and balance. You can always put your own slip or tank dress under this caftan if you prefer. It is a totally different kind of dress from anything out there in caftans….because of the length….the others are all long which can make them overwhelming. Many of my ladies have vacation plans to far away places and this very comfortable dress will work right in. What I am trying to do is give you a dress wardrobe of different silhouettes and lengths that you will enjoy NOW and for YEARS to come………….speak to you in a week!……..much Love, Louis

Since I will be away when May arrives, and there will only be a few days before the show….I thought I’d give you an early sneak peek at what is coming. The MAXI DRESS above is style number A224712. The fabric for this dress is my poly/span blend that you all know well. It is the same fabric as all of my poly/span printed tops. The print comes from my archives and I developed a separate print border that is cut and set into the dress. The colors are……BRIGHT BLUE/TURQUOISE……BRICK RED/AMBER….. and…… ESPRESSO/HOT PINK…… As you can see from the photos WHITE is accented in each color combination. The length of the dress is approx. 53 1/2 inches for the xs size. There is also an invisible side zipper to make it easier to get in and out of, but more importantly…..for a BETTER FIT. I think this is the perfect summer dress for any time of day, for any occasion. Perfect for travel….as you have seen me illustrate many times…..just roll it up and tuck it in your carry on. As you already know….this fabric is the easiest thing to take care of….practically wash and wear. Remember….when we all get tired of the MAXI INVASION…LOL….this will look great shortened below the knee, above the knee and even as a  tunic. Just think of all the things you can do with all the extra fabric………….head bands?………………………………… Enjoy…..Much Love, Louis

Hi everyone,
I want to thank you all for what is becoming a spectacular season for me and I hope for you! Thursday’s show did really well and there were many sell outs. “Everyone” is HAPPY with the result. I wanted to take a second between unpacking from the show and repacking for Paris and London to thank all of you for your support. The callers were great and it’s always a good surprise to hear directly from one of you! Chris I was thrilled when you said, “Louis, it’s Chris!”. Angela, Chantal, Brenda, Maria and Kate are all wonderful models and wonderful people and Jac and I always look forward to seeing them. You don’t really know the people back stage, but they are a terrific group and we truly love each other….after 12 years we have become very close…..and then there is my Jac….I don’t know what I would do with out her.

With this “Byzantine Jewelry Sneak Peek” the Byzantine group is finally complete!

J264036, is the Byzantine Cross which is now back in stock. For those of you that own it….you know now know the quality of the Linea Jewelry…….and it is superb. For me it is the best or equal to the best quality, not only on QVC, but anywhere. What makes this cross even more special……is the fact that it is DOUBLE SIDED…..something you rarely find in jewelry today. Yes, Chanel does it, but have you priced a piece of Chanel jewelry recently…..if not go to Ebay and type in Chanel…..I think you will be quite surprised. Do not forget…..this is a GOLD PLATED piece.

J264037, is the Byzantine station necklace. Again, many of you own this necklace already and know the quality. For those of you who have been on wait list for months you should be receiving your necklaces soon. Again, all of the stations and there are many, are all DOUBLE SIDED. If one is good….two are better. Don’t be afraid to wear two….the look is super rich. Again the stations are GOLD PLATED.

J267612, is the BYZANTINE MULTI BEAD necklace. This completes the trilogy of neck pieces. This necklace has all of the same beads as the station necklace plus new beads have been ADDED in different SIZES and SHAPES. There are also PEARLS in the WINE, GREEN and the new BRONZE scattered through out…..so….now you can mix your beautiful pearl necklaces with all of these pieces to give a truly textured and DESIGNER LOOK.  Of course I love multiples worn together…….for me there is never enough, especially when they look this good. I know you will be fascinated by the different shapes and sizes of these beads and will receive many compliments and people asking you “where did you get that”.

J267611, is the new BYZANTINE EARRING. This earring offers you THREE LOOKS IN ONE. First you can wear the top alone as a button earring, Second, you can add the pearl drop and THIRD you can add the matching color drop bead. From the photos above you can see the set with the two different drops. If you are really adventurous…..you can get two pair of earrings in different colors and MIX the colors…..for example…red top, purple drop……or in the photo above to the extreme right….a green top with a purple drop. You can’t go wrong mixing any of the two colors…..purple with the red is one of my all time favorites. This is a CLASSIC, GLAMOROUS and VERSATILE earring. This type of earring  and this particular type of BAROQUE DROP PEARL has been in existence for CENTURIES………Vermeer”s painting of “The Girl with the Pearl Earring” and the many portraits of “Queen Elizabeth The First” can attest to that.

I know many of you have been waiting and have made numerous requests for these pieces. I will tell you the quantities are limited so if you truly want them……. please do not hesitate. I thought you might be ready for a new “Sneak Peek”! This time it from my Linea Jewelry line….and yes …….it really is happening with earrings, necklaces, bracelets, broaches, and watches!

Many of you have seen my CHAIN HOOP EARRING on the models in many of my shows, and commented on how much you liked them. Well, here it is….J267610……it will be available in both a pierced and clip style. They are both the same style number and when you order you state your preference.  The colors they will be offered in are ……..GOLD……ROSE GOLD…….SILVER…….HEMATITE. The earring is approx. 2 1/2 inches long total and the hoop itself is approx. 2 inches in diameter. They are NICKEL FREE. They are NOT heavy earrings!
