“THE FUCHSIA “INDIA” PRINT TUNIC BLOUSE”

copper1

………………A293757 is the style number of this new V-neck “India” print tunic…….The body is easy and comfortable…It is approx. 28 inches long for the xxs……The sleeves are long………The neckline has a piped V, and there are side slits…..The fabric is a very light weight, fluid, almost a gossamer faux crepe de Chine…………….but the magic here is the PRINT……….It’s called “Fuchsia”, but there are many many colors……Orange, Turquoise, Aqua, Navy, Green, Ice Blue etc. etc………………The inspiration for the print comes from the many patterns I have seen coming from India……This is an ENGINEERED PLACEMENT PRINT……That means the design and placement of the print was created for this specific top. There is a center pattern so the blouse is always cut with this design going down the center front on ALL sizes……This is a more expensive way to print, cut and manufacture garments…….I consider this a year round top……..Summertime fun with white, chino or a fun color Capri bottom…..This top will go right into fall and winter with jeans and a long cardigan………….I have accessorized the top with my MARDI GRAS necklace……which I am happy to report has been reordered and will be avail. around the Holidays!…………………..enjoy………………..much Love…………………….Louis

I love these prints, but I’m a bit print phobic except in a scarf. I’m tempted, however, because I have the Mardi Gras necklace. Does the fuchsia work better with navy or black for the fall? I don’t wear jeans.

    Hi Louis
Has the Aztec necklaces been reordered? Your August jewelry show will be smoking!
    Thank you

Not as of yet, but if I have anything to say about it ….it will.

Huzzah! Looking at this fuschia version, I can’t think of a single reason not to go straight over the top and wear my tangerine dream bead necklace with it. This is mad stunning. If this fabric is anything like the faux crepe de chine you used in the ikat skirt and top a few seasons ago, everyone is sure to love it. Best fabric ever.

I like the fabric even better, but they are similar

    Hi Louis,
I think Diana Vreeland said “Pink is the Navy of India.”
You hit the mark with these tunics.
    See you Monday.
Thank you and hi to Jac,
    Elaine

My heart is SINGING!!! I want them all! Oh my, the Linea flair for the exotic that I remember so fondly.

    Where is the defibrillator?

… and I have and love my Mardi Gras necklace. I’m all set!

Gosh, I’m so excited over this new tunic.

Will this be in your July show or August?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

On the July show at 5pm with Antonella. I won’t show Aug S. Peeks until closer to the show date in Aug.

Wonderful news that the Marci Gras necklace has been reordered. Will we see an earring in that pattern in the future
My favorite so far of this print top is the alabaster.

There are no plans for a matching earring…..It’s difficult for me to get them to buy a separate earring???? I know silly, but they would rather put their money into another necklace…..That’s why I try to go as many “sets” as possible.
