Great show!! Not usually a Courtney fan, but she does bring a youthful, fun attitude to your clothing. I wasn’t all that interested in the new pebble crepe tunic until she mentioned rolling up the sleeves and maybe wearing as a dress. Then I had to have it in two colors!

Who do we have to lobby to get more budget for jewelry? You stuff sells out so fast and there’s always big disappointment (and never a wait list). I posted a picture on the forum of a top I bought this weekend with a necklace of yours from 5 years ago that are a perfect match. The blouse is okay but with your necklace, it’s off-the-runway. That’s investment dressing at its best. We need at least a few new pieces each month.

My new navy pleated skirt arrives today. I will review!

    1. Hudson Valley Nancy

Ditto on the Leisure Pull On Pant! I don’t have any and would buy in all colors! Also thanks Kate for repeating the belted, rolled up sleeve look. I just tried it out, and it is adorable! I have two colors, black and hibiscus, and will prob go back the for turquoise! Suits my personality better!

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

What can I say Kate….everyone want me to do a jewelry show……..except QVC!

      1. Goldie76

Could it be that QVC is worried that an exclusively Linea jewelry show would siphon off too much business from the house brands they are vested in?

Probably jewelry sales have fallen off for some of those brands.

        It’s a thought.

        1. Hudson Valley Nancy

I just sent an email off to QVC. Let them know that I buy Louis’ fashion jewelry exclusively now. Loved Joan, but not the same without her. They could benefit from asking Louis to step in……

    3. Louis Dell'Olio

P.S. Yes Katia looked great in the white top with the sleeves rolled up…….very Mykonos!

  2. Janice Henke

Please Louis see what you can do -I like Susan want A262070 pant Back!

  3. Susan

Would the Alabaster Ombre top style well with the Alabaster Boho Skirt? I’m thinking not only color-wise, but also would that type of top style go with the Boho style skirt? I’m often at work during your show times and order early, so I don’t get to see how your apparel is styled until the video is uploaded. Do you think the periwinkle color of Boho skirt would go well with an embroidered denim jacket? Thanks.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

For me the too silhouettes clash…..it’s just too much skirt……better with a slimmer skirt

  4. Susan

Do you know if there will be a reorder soon on the Leisure Regular Knit Pull-On Pants? I bought them in 3 colors and find that I wear them almost every day to work. They’re not too casual, they’re not too slim (and that helps in the very warm weather we have on the west coast), and the fabric is not too thin nor too heavy. They can be dressed up or down, and I like the pockets for my phone. They’re item #262070. Thanks in advance.

  5. Sally

Louis, just received the black & the tangerine seed bead necklaces & they are both beyond beautiful. Have the original peacock ombre tunic – love it & wear often. So glad you’re adding more colorations. Can you tell me if the tangerine seed bead necklace would work with the coral ombre tunic. Don’t know if it’s wishful thinking on my part, but I think I can almost see some tangerine “glow” in your pictures of the coral tunic. Thanks.

    1. louis dell'olio

Dear Sally…..I did try the tangerine seed beads on the Coral, but as I suspected they don’t work together. The colors are totally different. The tangerine is best on white daffodil, turquoise, apricot, olive, sage, alabaster, chino. lt. khaki, ivory, pink etc etc. There are prints that it will look great on, but not this one. Personally I like anything chocolate like the falling leaves necklace, or maybe the cinnabar drop [haven’t tried that], but more muted pieces on the Coral. It’s time to play!

  6. Debra

    Dear Louis,
I am writing out of sheer frustration.

I scour and search QVC to purchase your items as soon as available. Once again, although they just did it to me last month with the Mardi Gras necklace, now the black/gunmetal seed bead necklace has suddenly converted from “in stock” to backorder and unavailable to ship, with the proviso that if unavailable, my order will be cancelled.

I cannot get anywhere with customer service and am beyond upset once again to miss out on a unique and highly desirable piece of your jewelry. Debra

    1. louis dell'olio

Dear Debra, believe me this frustrates me as much as it does you. A lot of time and energy goes into developing these pieces I bring to all of you and QVC just doesn’t give the jewelry the budget it deserves. I don’t know what to say except it really is up to all of you to complain to get something done. I can’t tell them to spend more.

      1. Debra

        Dear Louis,

Thank you for your considerate reply. I received an email from a customer service rep in answer to my email to Customer Service. He told me that using Check/Money Order as a purchasing method is NOT a guarantee. I turned it to credit card within 48 hours.

From the website itself it says:
When will my order be processed if I pay by check?
Your order cannot be processed until we receive payment. Please be sure to promptly mail your check with the order number written on the check. If your check is not received within 10 days, your order will automatically be cancelled.”

So, now, I have missed out on the Mardi Gras and black bead necklace twice. 🙁

So, this is a buyer beware I feel, as this certainly precludes others from purchasing your items. As you well know, you have lots of fans, and why “best sellers” and “customer top rated” reviews repeatedly from your fashion and jewelry lines aren’t recognized, makes no sense to me from a purchasing perspective.

        Best, Debra

  7. Judy

The new port ponte pants sound perfect! Will they be available in a 32 inch inseam (please) and what other color can we look forward to?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Sorry Judy your response shows up in a list with all the other questions and it’s hard to know what your referring to

      1. Judy

My question is about the new super ponte pants coming this fall in a new blackened wine color you called port. Will they come in a 32 inch inseam and what other colors can we look forward to?

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Judy…..I misspoke……the new pant isn’t in Super Ponte….it will be in my Milano stitch Whisper Knit. The pant will be in Black and the new Port. There will also be sweaters to match. It will be avail in petite and reg. I don’t have the inseam measurement written down, but since it will be in the two lengths I’m sure one will be 32″.

          1. Grace

Oh, Louis! So happy to hear there will be another pant coming in WK!! And, in a 32-inch inseam? Jumping up and down with joy! Thank you for giving us the regular length in 32-inch inseams. Although I can only speak for myself–and I am THRILLED–I think it will make most of your “talls” very happy.

          2. Sheesh

THUD! Sure to be mass hysteria over a new WK pant—can’t wait!

  8. Ginny

Hi Louis! I am one of your Linea ladies but this Spring is my first time buying your jewelry. I have purchased and received the Mardi Gras and lime seed bead necklaces and last night ordered both of the Aztec necklaces. I have 5 of your crinkle georgette and tank shirts and the necklaces go great with them all!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Ginny. I am so happy to hear you are trying the jewelry. You will find that it compares in quality with fashion jewelry you would find in up scale department stores. Each piece is unique and special, and you will not find anything remotely like them in any store. I know you will get many compliments ……
Enjoy……..please don’t forget to leave your reviews on the Linea jewelry site…..it really is helpful

      1. Ginny

I will be happy to Louis.

  9. By the C

“Blue Waters” for the tunic is a perfect name–must say AGAIN I truly cannot wait for the sea glass jewelry. How about “Sunset Over the Ocean” for the coral?😎
    XO
    Love to all.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

      Sounds good to me

  10. Grace

    Dear Louis,

Would you advise wearing matching cuffs on each wrist? I’ve seen so many style icons do that and it always looks so chic.

    1. louis dell'olio

ABSOLUTELY!!!! I only have 3 samples per color or else I would show more of that look. I think on sleeveless and 3/4 sleeves tops the double cuff [one on each wrist] looks great.

      1. Grace

Well, OK then–I’m going for it and will order another set of cuffs! Thanks for the reassurance, Louis. I’m assuming when wearing double cuffs, no other jewelry is necessary except earrings?

        1. louis dell'olio

necessary is a tricky word…..it’s all up to you…..NO RULES!I’ve seen the whole works….it’s what your comfortable with and what you can carry.

          1. Grace

Louis, I ordered duplicates in silver and gold and will play around with different looks. I lean very classic (to a fault, maybe) and can’t quite get to an Iris Apfel look, but I can definitely push the envelope! I never wore statement jewelry before Linea–not even large earrings–but now, I happily accessorize with all your pieces in my collection. It really IS fun and I’ve learned a lot just looking at how you style & put everything together. So, thank you, for opening a new “discovery” door at my advancing age!

  11. Mimi

Hi Louis. I’m glad to hear that Jac’s back is somewhat better. as we know, day by day. Please send her my regards. I just ordered 2 gunmetal and 2 chocolate cuffs. I have always bought all of my real gold cuffs in pairs. Either, one on each arm or 2 on one arm. I’m assuming that since each cuff measures 2 inches, there would be no problem wearing 2 on one hand if chosen? Are they pliable? I’m afraid i’m a snob when it comes to cuffs. I only wear real gold, which is pricey right now but who can pass up your cuffs. Enjoy your spring and stay well. I forgot, I hope the girls are doing well. Thanking you as always.

    1. louis dell'olio

Dear Mimi…..they are some what pliable…but all metals have their breaking point, so I wouldn’t squeeze them or stretch them too much. Each wire is separate so they will bend easier than a solid cuff. A 2 inch cuff is just about as wide as I can go with QVC without a “discussion”. Wearing two on one arm depends on the wearer. A 4 inch cuff is substantial and not all women can get away with that. If you can….go for it!…..Mimi, I will pass your good wishes to Jac and the girls are great. All the fresh spring smells are sending them into a tizzy!

      1. blinddogs

Louis, so glad your doggie girls are enjoying spring. Our Bichon, Emily (AKA 10 Pounds of Trouble) had major leg surgery a few weeks ago (metal plate and screws to repair a torn ligament and dislocated knee) and it has been a nightmare trying to keep her quiet and resting. Sedatives, a crate and more sedatives…. The surgeon just xrayed in a follow up visit and said she is doing very well– almost TOO well, since she thinks she’s ready to rock and roll but won’t be for another 8 weeks…. Hope your girls are healthy as well as happy– Blinddogs

        1. louis dell'olio

I feel for you….that’s a tough one when they don’t understand. How are you going to keep her still for 8 weeks?

          1. My mare Pippa had a torn suspensory a few years back and had to be confined to her stall for an extended period of time. Drove her and me crazy! She finally got so frustrated from being cooped up despite lots of hand grazing that she actually managed to break free from her locked stall and took a couple of turns around the farm in a full gallop! Naughty, naughty girl but fortunately didn’t re-injure herself. The Bach Rescue Remedy, a dropper full in her water, did help. Didn’t completely solve the problem, but it did help along with putting some toys in her stall with her.

            1. Louis Dell'Olio

Toys??? What kind of toys do you give a horse to keep them calm?

      2. Mimi

Our Shiba Inu has to be on antihistamines. Poor puppies. Take care.

  12. Grace

    Dear Louis,

Can you please give some guidance on choosing the right size for the new crepe gauze dress A288392? The chest measurement seems a bit skimpy in the size medium I usually order. Is the chest measurement the one we need to fit to? Thanks in advance.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Yes….that is the most important measurement

      1. I have the same dilemma, Louis. My bust is the exact size of the Medium in the “Click Here” measurements. There is a bit of give in the fabric, and the Medium in the tank has the same bust measurement as the dress. The tank fits, but of course is not lined, and fits a bit closer than the way I would want the dress to fit. Drat that three inch difference between the Medium and the Large rather than two inches! I’m tempted to go with the Large, because of the extra take-up of the lining, but also because I can’t stand clothing to be too close to my body during the Dog Days. What to you think? Thanks so much!

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Barbara this is a tough one. The lining is in a tricot knit [lighter than what I use in the boho skirts] so it’s not thick and has lots of stretch. I’m going to forward your question to my manufacturer and ask her advice on this one. Don’t order until I get back to you.

          1. Thanks so much, Louis! I have been in a quandary on this one. I’m afraid I would swim in the Large but would like more ease than what the Medium would likely have. ‘Tis a puzzlement!

    2. louis dell'olio

Grace Barbara asked the same question. The dress is being held for my May show so there is time. I have asked my manufacturer, who is a woman, for guidance on the fit and sizing. Since it’s Saturday I don’t expect an answer until Monday.

      1. Grace

Thanks, Louis, for checking with your manufacturer for us…And, I’m looking forward to your show on Monday, although I’ve placed many orders already. Yesterday was definitely a fun-filled day in LineaLand 🙂 lol

  13. Susan R

I am in love with the new pleated skirt! I prefer a skirt to shorts for summer. Are the pleats stitched down by chance- at least a little from the waistband?

Ordered tons today and agree with everyone else, what a fun Friday!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Susan…..this is a sunburst pleat skirt. You can’t stitch this hind of pleat.

  14. Tylerpoo

Louis, just wondering if the previous wire cuff in chocolate is the same color as the new wire cuff in chocolate. I have the old cuff, but like the new one more!

  15. Seka

    A290933 Rayon/Spandex T-Shirt is posted on Q – with Photos!

    1. Kathy/Wis

      And also the pleated skirt.

  16. vickybliss

Dear Louis, I wanted to thank you so much for the lovely reply to gave to my question about navy pants. Now, We more navy in the FAUX de CHINE SAFARI SHIRT and Pleated Skirt. Are there any navy pants that can be worn with this safari shirt.

  17. Kathy/Wis

J335214 The wire cufff is posted for ordering. What a fun Friday afternoon with all the new.
    Thanks, Louis

    1. louis dell'olio

No Ruth….they finally caught up to me!!! LOL. For me the beret isn’t something that goes in or out….It’s a classic iconic piece and is always in, but it’s nice that they recognize it as a “fashion” statement.

    2. louis dell'olio

      I read the article…..very interesting.

      1. Ruth

Yes, I hadn’t thought about the military vibe of the beret – similar to the timeless appeal of the pea coat, the fatigue jacket and the safari jacket. I especially like the photo of the Chanel coat with the big buttons that reminds me of your wonderful coat with hammered buttons. And I love the Dior safari jacket with the pleated chiffon skirt – could it be recreated with one of your safari jackets and your new pleated skirt? In any case, Vive la revolution!

  18. Seka

The Q is on a Linea mission today! The Crepe Gauze Dress A288392 is now posted as well!

    1. louis dell'olio

This is all surprising to me as the dress will be on a May show…..they really are jumping the gun….I have to say I am very happy they are doing this for all of you who have special occasions coming up and were looking to get this dress.

      1. Seka

Louis – I love this dress – ordered the Black and Moccachino (thinking about the Ivory) – I have a wedding at the end of May! Perfect timing! And the Jewellery – oh WOW – ordered both Aztec Necklaces – and the Gunmetal and Gold Cuffs!

        1. Grace

Count me in as a lover of this dress! The fabric, Jackie O classic style and long length is perfection. Purchased the aqua mist & after I’m sure my usual size fits, I’ll go back for at least the black. Is the chest measurement the one to fit to, Louis?

  19. Seka

The CUFF is also posted! J335214. LOVE Louis’s Cuff Bracelets!

    1. Grace

Thanks, Seka, for posting! I picked up the cuff in gold & silver and both aztec necklaces. I’m in heaven. This has turned out to be a fun Friday! Glad I was home to snap these up. lol

  20. Fairfax

Aztec necklaces posted. Order by number. It is not added to the jewelry site yet. J335215

  21. Seka

Ladies! The Aztec Necklace is posted on Q! J335215.

    1. LeefromMinnesota

Thanks Fairfax And Seka! Ordered the lighter tone Aztec necklace and a gunmetal cuff. Been stalking both items for days. Love how the Linea Ladies look out for each other!

  22. Sheesh

Hi, Louis. I just ordered all three new colors of the Ombre tunic—I’m not waiting for the Sneak Peek on the Blueberry and Coral—I just know they will be stunning! That Alabaster is divine. Solid Alabaster does not work with my complexion, but I bought the Grey/Black Sead bead necklace and I also have your multi stand chunky bead necklace in Black, so with either of these necklaces up near my face, I can pull off the Alabaster Ombre tunic. I think the color is sooo chic–really a show stopper—with either pants or a pencil skirt. Awesome—thank you, Louis!

    1. louis dell'olio

Dear Sheesh…..I’m so glad you like it….I have it on my form just because it is so pretty to look at. They did a spectacular job of printing this….which needless to say is not an easy feat.

      1. Chris S.

        Dear Louis and Sheesh,
I think I may need to reconsider the alabaster Ombre tunic for Exactly the same reasons Sheesh just expressed. Alabaster simply did not work near my face, but I have the same pieces Sheesh just mentioned, so I’m thinking….maybe it might just work. It is so pretty. The blue was a given for me.

The black seed bead necklace just arrived and it is stunning! I passed it up last year because I felt it was too bold for me. Until several years ago, I only wore a very tiny pendant on a chain or a simple chain by itself, in addition to my primary teacher necklaces and pins (think apples). I just ordered the alabaster Aztec necklace and gold and gunmetal cuffs. I guess I am a Louis convert. Tomorrow is my 65th birthday! Happy Linea Birthday to me!!!

        1. louis dell'olio

Chris…..your a BABY! It’s fun to step out of the box and wear things you never thought you could! That’s the fun of fashion and the fun of DRESSING!Happy Happy Birthday

          1. Sheesh

The older I got, the bigger my jewelry got—beginning in my 40’s! Now I’m go bold–or go home! It’s great, Louis, that you offer us these wonderful jewelry pieces and show us how to wear them to get maximum impact. Thank you, thank you.

  23. Tylerpoo

Louis, the Alabaster Ombre Tunic in size Small is now available! Chris I hope you see this.

  24. Nancy (aka TheOwl)

Louis, will the coming new straight leg alabaster pant (A265615) also work with the new ombre top in alabaster?

    1. louis dell'olio

Dear Nancy…..color wise it will look like the alabaster crepe gauze pant in the photos, Silhouette wise it’s perfect.

      1. Nancy (aka TheOwl)

Oh thank you so much Louis! I’m ordering the ombre top this morning in alabaster to go with my “in transit” black/gunmetal gorgeous necklace. Then I’ll be hopping foot to foot waiting for one of my most favorite pants from you – A265615, which I have in doubles in black, grey and navy! LOVE that pant and yes perfect silbouette!!

        1. louis dell'olio

          What….no olive????…..LOL

          1. Nancy (aka TheOwl)

Nope..among all the many beautiful Linea items in my closet you haven’t YET enticed me into olive territory. Hey, I am still fruitlessly mourning that the Linea leisure knit pencil skirt never came in optic white. So picture me in red/white/navy/aqua mist/periwinkle and perfectly pink land. Happily so though! It’s been a good year for those glorious colors!

            1. louis dell'olio

Nancy…..wear the all in the BEST OF HEALTH!

  25. Chris/Jazzmom

With the popularity of the gauze crepe fabric (sleeveless dress, sleeveless top w chiffon bottom, stand collar blouse, wide leg pants) will there be some sort of shrug designed for the dress or the sleeveless top w chiffon bottom in the future? I know a colorful scarf or pashmina could be used, but a shrug in black, pale pink or alabaster would be perfect for that ‘column of color’ that you create with other fabrics. Thanks for listening to our requests.

    Chris/Jazzmom

    1. louis dell'olio

I have sketched a bolero type open front “slide” jacket to wear over these things but it wasn’t chosen…..I’ll keep trying

      1. Chris/Jazzmom

        Thank you!

        1. louis dell'olio

I just posted the ombre tunic in Alabaster….spread the word.

  26. MadameDuFiffers

    Dear Louis,

If you aren’t able to sneak peek the new colors for the ombre top before air time, would you give us a description of the other 2 new colors, blueberry and coral (I saw the description of the alabaster)? Thank you.

    Madame

    1. louis dell'olio

They aren’t on this Mondays show….so by the time they are scheduled to be on I should have my samples. They really are too difficult to describe.

      1. MadameDuFiffers

Ok, thanks. I thought they would be on the upcoming show and would sellout before I had a chance to look at the colors. Looking forward to seeing the sneak peeks. Love this silhouette and sleeve and would love it in solid colored pebble crepe (hibiscus and turq). 😉
        Madame

  27. Joanne

    Hi Louis
Several of us have noticed that A263353 High Low Hem Ombre Tunic will be offered in Alabaster. What are the other colors in the ombre tunic besides alabaster? Will this lovely tunic be offered in your Monday, April 24 shows.

    Thank you

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Joanne…..it’s very chic….with BLACK at the bottom going to grey going to alabaster at the top….BUT….thought it’s called Alabaster….it is printed so the color is deeper then the alabaster you know….however they can be worn together i.e. the alabaster crepe gauze pant.

      1. Chris/Jazzmom

Sounds wonderful! Will we see a sneak peek soon?

        1. louis dell'olio

The only sample they have sent me is the Alabaster!!! The other 2 are on their way. They weren’t scheduled until May so I never know what’s happening. I was surprised they were posted without pictures…..I can tell you they are all beauties!and all very different.

          1. Chris/Jazzmom

Thank you! Looking forward to it! Many of us buy an item sight unseen based on your sense of design.

      2. Goldie76

Sounds like it is the “Grace Kelly” of the collection.

        1. Seka

I just ordered the Alabaster – from your description, it sound beautiful, Louis!

          1. louis dell'olio

You will LOVE it….it looks fabulous with the Black/gunmetal seed bead necklace…..they were made for one another!

      3. Joanne

        Louis
I am looking forward to the A265615 slim ankle pant in alabaster due this summer. I also own multiples of the same pant in Light Khaki as well as black. I assume this top should go with both and the new alabaster.

  28. Hudson Valley Nancy

Hi Louis!! I recorded the QVC2 live show and watched it this morning. I enjoyed it so much! Especially the lady that called in and said you were her “personal” designer, I think we all feel that way and that is why you are such a hit! Besides your charm and personality and of course, Jac! So how bout that hint on WK shells/tanks? What colors and when? working on Monday, so I’ll have to be skipping out every once in a while to order!

    1. louis dell'olio

OK….you have twisted my arm….I will be sneak peeking two of the colors on Monday on the 10 am show…..Bluebelle to go with the floral boho…..Poppy Red to go with the floral boho, black and ivory…..of course they are all basic colors that will work with anything.

      1. vickybliss

Yea for bluebell and poppy red!

      2. Hudson Valley Nancy

My oh my, thanks Louis. Last night for a dinner out on the water, I wore your perfectly pink boho skirt with sleeveless black velvet mock neck top, Marc Fisher strappy black sandals and your pink faceted multi-strand necklace. Very Parisian Hubby loved it!! I will definitely snare that bluebell, for starters…… Writing down my wish list it keeps just getting longer and longer. I might just lose my mind! 🙂

        1. louis dell'olio

Your outfit sounds fabulous….the pink with the black velvet sounds wonderful and the pink beads on the velvet must have been fabulous!….If you loose your mind…What a way to go!!

  29. Fairfax

Surprise!! The hombre swing top is up for ordering in three new colors. I thought this wouldn’t be ready until summer, but I checked in just in case. The colors are alabaster, blueberry, and coral. The number is A263353.

    1. Pecan Cookie

That is a surprise! I had checked this item last night and just peacock was showing. I love this top. Thanks for the surprise Fairfax and thanks to you, Louis, for three new colors!

    2. Chris/Jazzmom

Not all sizes unpacked yet at the Q in the alabaster!

  30. Kathy/Wis

    Louis,
Nice show tonight, I was just going to write and ask for an earring for the bar necklace, it is just what I envisioned.
    Thank you

  31. By the C

Sorry, no questions today, but just had to say I am breathing a sigh of relief to see Louis on Q2! He and Jac sailed in like a fresh breeze. How nice to actually enjoy watching the Q again! Thank you so much! Someday you must show photos of the girls on tv, or at least post them here please.

  32. Julia

Long Bead Necklace is up for ordering
    J-329589

  33. Chris S.

    Good Morning,
I’m busy this morning planning outfits. I purchased a few of the crepe gauze button front tunics. I’m wondering how that fabric plays with the fabric of the pebble crepe crops. Do the different fabrics look good together? I wore the aqua mist tunic and navy ponte pants yesterday for Easter. I wore milky aqua jewelry. Lovely!

    Thank you!

    1. louis dell'olio

I think they are fine together since they are black and navy.

      1. Chris S.

When will the pebble crepe pieces be shown? I hope to see the top on Maria.
        Thank you!

        1. louis dell'olio

On the 24th, and Maria will definitely be in one of the colors.

  34. Seka

The Pebble Crepe pieces are also posted on Q!

A288390 Tunic and A288391 Crop Pant.

LOUIS-…I missed the opportunity to get your Madi Gras necklace. But I’m ready to make up for it with the purchase of your new beaded necklace.

  37. By the C

BASEBALL JACKET BACK IN STOCK–pink, white, black, all sizes. I know none of you missed it first time around, but now you can alert your friends who were jealous they couldn’t get THE most beautiful jacket ever made!

  38. LeefromMinnesota

    Hello Louis,
Will there be any new Linea Leisure pieces? I wear all mine to my Tai Chi classes — I’m terrible at it but I look good…thanks to you.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Lee……the “BIG DEAL” which I will be selling this Tues at 9pm on QVC2, is my newest Linea Leisure piece. It’s the snap front tunic with pockets…..high/low hem and modest scoop neckline….long sleeves. I think it’s a fabulous piece and something you will want in a few colors. It is in a fine rib 100% cotton knit [used it before in the snap front hoodie which everyone loves and is reordered]. You can wear it as a top or a cardigan with a Tee or tank under it. This would be PERFECT for your Tai Chi classes…..I promise!

      1. LeefromMinnesota

Love snap fronts! I’ll be on the look out for the tunic. Thanks for the reply and the heads up!

  39. Pat Hill

Hi Louis, I want to order either the navy or the dark chocolate in the sleeveless tunic with the chiffon at the bottom (maybe both). Which pants match them? Thanks for your help.

    Pat

    1. vickybliss

I was disappointed that the navy cropped trouser (A287614) doesn’t match the navy tunic. I read that matching navy’s can be tricky. Which pants or skirts does it match? Thank you

      1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear vickybliss……they were supposed to be the same navy!!! but when you dye a color at two different times, even thought it’s the same fabric, it is more then likely they won’t match. There are so many variables like getting the chemical formula exact, the weather, the humidity…even the seasons will have an effect. I have looked at all navy pants and right now the A273303 is a pretty good match. I would definitely show them together. The pant is slightly lighter but comes very close to matching the georgette border. Also on my 4/24 show I will have the navy crop pebble crepe pant that is also a very close match. So there are two options….a dressier trouser, which by the way has been reordered for July, and the more casual crop pant…..great with wedges, espadrills and sandals…….There is nothing that matches the brown. I will be showing vintage natural color pants with it. Ivory or white, for me it the perfect way to go for summer. With brown it’s a very spectator fresh look……any tan color would also look good.

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Pat……there isn’t a match to the brown. I would suggest Ivory, white or a tan color…..even natural linen like the Eileen Fisher linen pants would look wonderful. For the navy I have two suggestions. A273303 is a washed gab unlined trouser that is a very close match. It actually is slightly lighter and matches the georgette border very well. Also coming on my 4/24 show is the crop pebble crepe pull on pant in navy. It too is a good match to the georgette border. That gives you two very different choices….one dressier and one more casual.

  40. Kate

Since you can’t (yet! I see a LDO for Marc Fisher collection one of these days)give us shoes, I wonder if you would weigh in on the three shoes a women needs this summer to complete her look? Not every shoe is right for everyone, but just some ideas would be great. As you may have guessed, I am shoe shopping this weekend.

    Also, bags?

  41. Hudson Valley Nancy

Dear Louis, did I somehow think I read that the wide gauze pant would be returning with ivory or white? I’m hoping and dreaming on all the new possibilities….

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear HVN. There is a white “gauze” pant coming….not gauze crepe. It will be avail in May.

      1. Hudson Valley Nancy

Now that is exciting news! Any chance of a matching gauze top, perhaps an elasticized peasant blouse, If not maybe next year. hint hint hint. Thanks Louis!

  42. Nancy (aka TheOwl)

Thanks ladies You are THE best, bar none! Now I can try to figure this out both on my computer AND my cell phone. One other question: Do I have to view the shows LIVE or can you easily see past/recent shows? And does anyone know if QVC2 videos will show up on the item’s page?

    1. Seka

Nancy (aka TheOwl) – If you go to and click on the same tab Shop QVC TV – select and click Items Recently on Air – then on the left hand side of the page you will see Channel – click to see the menu – you will see QVC2 – click on this option.

It is the same as QVC – where you will see the Items recently on air by Show schedule – and the corresponding videos when they are posted – and then also on the item’s page.

Judging from the discussions on the Q’s Linea Forum – many Ladies are disappointed because they are saying the QVC2 Shows cannot be taped for later viewing. So it looks like the only way right now to watch the QVC2 Shows is live.

      1. Nancy (AKA TheOwl)

Thank you for the very helpful heads up! I’ll make sure to catch any QVC2 shows I want to see LIVE.

  43. Nancy (aka TheOwl)

Could someone please explain how to view online on the computer QVC2 shows?

    1. Pecan Cookie

      Hi Owl,
On my android phone, either go to the QVC home page and they’ve put a link to watch all their channels or from the drop down menu on the left side of my phone, there is another link to watch QVC tv. Hope this works for your devive. Sometimes a site will have multiple formats depending on how you access the website.

      1. Pecan Cookie

        That’s supposed to be”device.”

      2. Seka

Nancy (aka TheOwl) – because I live in Canada – I watch all the Linea Shows on either my computer or my iPad.

On your computer – on the QVC site at the top of the page (just below the search bar) – you will see several choices such as New Arrivals, Trending etc. – go to and click on Shop QVC TV – you will see several options – select and click on Watch QVC2 TV.

Let me know if you need any additional information.

    2. Deborah (a.k.a. Diamondscribe)

If you’re watching on a desktop or laptop, go to qvc.com and on the top menu bar, far right, is a tab reading “Shop QVC TV”. Click to pull down the sub menu and on that, select “Watch QVC 2 TV”. It will open the TV window.

      1. Deborah (a.k.a. Diamondscribe)

Meant to add to this post before submitting it. When I watch Louis’ shows on my computer, I use a nifty program called “Snag It” to record a video of the show. It is easy to use and save a video of each show and even lets me edit it taking out individual clips if I wish. It is from TechSmith, who does offer a free trial download. You may want to do that prior to the shows, if you want to “tape” Q2 and can’t view it through your cable provider. Even if you want to eventually purchase the program, it is quite affordable at $50 for what the program can do. Not pitching a program. I have no affiliation with them – just use it a lot so I can recommend it based on personal use.

        1. Grace

Deborah, that’s brilliant and solves my biggest “whine” about QVC2–inability to record shows. Thanks for sharing your “Snag It” tip!

  44. Jackie

Today I wore the linen color stand up tunic button gauze crepe shirt with white pants and three ladies stopped me in the Chicago O’Hare airport to say how lovely and sharp I looked. Where did you buy the top, they asked! I wore it on my flight and when I arrived in Florida I immediately went shopping for the day where another lady stopped me asking where I bought the top. i wore this top from 5 am to 10:30 pm and it still looked fresh. It doesn’t get better than this. Louis, I just thought you would enjoy hearing my news. And, Happy Easter.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Jackie…..thanks for sharing your story. I am so happy you’re enjoying your top, and being such a great ambassador!

  45. By the C

Sorry I somehow have forgotten–does the pebble crepe have inherent stretch please? Thanks so much. Busy getting the Easter baskets ready for all our rescued pups (one is now 17!) and anxiously awaiting the sea glass items…still…! Happy holidays to all, special kisses to Jac and the girls.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear By the C. The Pebble Crepe is 70% Rayon and 30% Polyester. There is no spandex in the fabric. It has what in the industry is called “mechanical stretch”. This means the fabric has a limited amount of natural stretch due to the construction of the cloth. It is not a stretch fabric.

      1. By the C

Oops, my use of “inherent” should have been “mechanical.” Thanks for the vocabulary and the answer. XO

  46. Judy

Louis. Will you be showing new items on qvc plus2 or will the new items be only on qvc?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Judy, I haven’t received my script yet for the shows so I have no idea, This will be my first QVC2 shows so it’s all new to me.

  47. Joanne

    Louis
Please bring back the super ponte straight leg pants. I love these pants They are sensational. Based on purchases, it looks like they have caught on. Possible a readjustment of lengths would make these pants as popular as the boot cut. A length of 28 for petites an 32 for regular might do the trick.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Joanne…..you are probably right about the lengths, however this particular pant is not being reordered.

      1. Ruth

I’m so sad to hear that this pant has not been reordered as it is my favorite! I was really hoping it would come back in charcoal gray and possibly navy. If there is any chance to bring it back, I would buy it.

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

I will try to bring it back in the 32″ and 28″ length in the future. This seems to be the winning combo with a straight and wider leg pant.

          1. Ruth

This is such good news! I have tried many pants, many far more expensive, and your #A282511 Super Ponte Straight Leg Pant is the best. While the 32″ regular length is perfect for me, I don’t mind if something is too long as a pant can be shortened but not lengthened. I’m still looking for the perfect pants to go with your gorgeous #A263353 Printed 3/4 Sleeve Hi-Low Hem Tunic (the ombred tunics in peacock, pink, and aqua). Navy for the peacock and deep (not heathered) gray pants would make my dreams come true! Dear Louis, you’re the best!

            1. Ruth

I meant to say that I would like navy pants for the peacock tunic and deep gray(not heathered)pants for the pink and aqua tunics.

      2. Judy

That is a true shame that we can’t get a 32 inch inseam in this wonderful straight leg pants. The longer length always sells out faster than the petites.

  48. Debra

    Dear Louis,
In the new Crepe Gauze tunic, I am a Small. I don’t know how the dress is cut, or if the flowiness affects anything, but would I be a Small in the dress as well based on your fitting?

It is a beautiful dress and I do hope that I can get it before it sells out or I am unable to purchase on the final days of Passover (religious restrictions) the 17th and 18th. I am so pleased at the neckline and length covering the knees as well. It looks beautiful.

    thanks so much,
    Debra

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Debra….my guess is they will be on my April 24th show, but they could easily be on the 18th or 19th.

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Debra……The only place to be concerned with fit for this dress is the bust and cross back especially if you are full busted. There is ample hip and tummy room due to the swing. Those click here measurements are very important to get a proper fit.

  49. Joanne

    Hi Louis
I am enjoying your sneak peeks. Since you are on QVC and QVC2 so much in the next couple of months. Does this mean you will be showing us even more new items? Also when are the alabaster slim ankle pants due? I have multiples of all of the colors of that pant.
    Thank you Louis

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Joanne, for April, May and June there will be 18 styles, both new and reorders. All that I have previewed so far for April, except jewelry is included. If you include the jewelry that makes 21.

  50. Tricia

The snap front tunic looks like the yellow one I can wear with my bluebell skirt. I will put blue or white tank under it and then maybe a vest.Is the yellow soft color? Of course the blue and pink I cannot resist. And now here are the dresses. I want all colors except the brown. My closet is bulging with linea…What is a girl to do?????

  51. vickybliss

I was wondering how the blue bell color and sea blue color differ from each other? Thank you.

  52. Lynn G

Hey everyone. The new colors in the boho and safari shirt are now up on QVC. Already ordered mine!

  53. Chris/Jazzmom

Louis, the gauze crepe tank with chiffon bottom is showing 2 new colors at the Q in navy and dark chocolate. Does this mean there might be some new gauze crepe pants to match these colors coming?

    1. Nancy (aka TheOwl)

That’s a nice surprise Jazzmom. Thanks for the good eye to catch that!

  54. Deborah (a.k.a. Diamondscribe)

Louis, today my favorite “grab-n-go” necklace – the Lariat J325469 – broke along the chain. I looked at the way the links in that chain connect and the slit to fit one link into the other is so small that I don’t think I have any tool tiny enough to fix it. Would you mind posting once again where I can send it to be fixed? I promise this time I will copy it down. Thanks.

      1. Deborah (a.k.a. Diamondscribe)

Thank you, Louis. I keep a file on my computer called “Linea Record” and run it through the year with every item that you post. I added the address to the top right under the year. I have quite a history in my dropbox for Linea the past 8 years. Wish I had thought to do the same for the 7 or 8 years before that when I first started shopping Linea.

  55. Chris S.

    Good Morning,
Will there be any new summer tops in white? If so, what type of sleeve? I love the new blue boho and am hoping for a white top.
    Thank you!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Yes…..a short sleeve gauze Tee.I will be showing it with a boho. Not white but Linea Ivory in a WK sleeveless shell

      1. Yvette

Loving all of these warm weather choices! Are they coming soon? (Inquiring minds want to know.)

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Yvette….what are you referring too? All of the sneak peeks are for April.

          1. Yvette

The short sleeve gauze tee and the ivory WK sleeveless shell. Are they coming in April, too? (She asked hopefully.)

            1. Louis Dell'Olio

No….if they are the items I think you mean….they will be coming in May. Did I already mention them?

            2. Yvette

Yes, you mentioned a short sleeve gauze Tee and ivory WK sleeveless shell in your answer to Chris on April 5. LOL, we must drive you crazy with all of these questions! But we get EXCITED about what you have coming, heh heh. Thanks for putting up with us!

  56. Terri S Harse

    Good morning Louis!

Is the new Fire Cracker red safari shirt a match for the poppy red floral boho skirt or is it tonal? Many thanks for all of these wonderful items!

    Terri

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Teri……they are not a match. I think you can wear them together they are pretty close. You would have to be very picky not to wear them together!

      1. Terri S Harse

That is my plan! Hedging my bets here. The chili pepper colorway did not match at all. Thanks again!

  57. Tylerpoo

Hello Louis, looking forward to your show this month. The necklace that the model Chanteel in the red cardi A287608 is wearing, is it yours and is it coming(what colors)?

    1. louis dell'olio

Yes it is mine, a new sample, but I don’t know if it will be bought???

  58. Karen Proctor

Hello Louis. Looking forward to your next shows on April 24. I was wondering: will the short sleeve whisper knit sweater A267882 be returning soon? I recall you mentioned that the black and alabaster colors had been reordered. I’ve been checking the Q site for the alabaster (have the other 3 original colors already).

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Actually, I will be on QVC2 on the 18th at 9pm and on 4/19th at 6pm and 7pm

      1. Karen Proctor

Thanks Louis, I’m marking my calendar for the QVC2 shows and will watch on the computer. Really look forward to your presentations and the beautiful clothes.

        1. louis dell'olio

Karen…..the WK S/S sweater in black and alabaster is due sometime in July. Since this is a reordered they will post it as soon as it is processed and not wait for the show [don’t know my July show date yet].

          1. Karen Proctor

Thank you, Louis. I’ll be on the lookout to be sure I get the alabaster, and I think another black, too. Love this style sweater!

  59. Goldie76

Seka, to be honest, I was surprised that their staple look had changed so dramatically from the nice standards in bright colors that I remember to the costumey get-ups pictured in the article. Crew accessories were typically charming and drew attention to themselves because they had an unexpected jazziness to them as set against classic lines. At least, that is how I used to view J.Crew.

  60. Grace

Oh, my. I hope J Crew doesn’t veer too far away from its preppy brand, which I think they’ve kept fresh & updated. It’s iconic, for heaven’s sake. Young women (& aging ones, too!) are still devotees of their plaid, gingham check, polka dots, chinos, navy blazers, darling ballet flats, slingbacks…their amazing cashmere. No other brand commands that space like J Crew does…Whatever will we do?

    1. Grace

And, I meant to also say “thank you” Goldie for posting the link!

  61. Goldie76

I am so sorry that I submitted this the moment after you “cleaned house.” Bad timing on my part. You may delete, if you deem it necessary. Oh, darn.

  62. Goldie76

Louis, I thought you and some of the Linea Ladies might like to read an insightful article on the shifts in the fashion world and how athleisure has claimed another creative director (J. Crew’s). Words such as “aesthetic” are bandied about, and the reader gets a true understanding of how fashion changes and moves on. Everything has its moment, doesn’t it? And then — swoosh! — change happens.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/arts-and-entertainment/wp/2017/04/03/jenna-lyons-perfectly-embodied-a-fashion-moment-for-j-crew-then-that-moment-passed/?utm_term=.c8a40e722cd1

    1. Seka

Goldie76 – This does not surprise me. The first sentence of the article says it all – “For a while, Jenna Lyons was not just in sync with the desires of her customers, she was anticipating them.” For me, this is no longer the case with this Retailer. When I lived/worked in the U.S. I would purchase many items from them for two young family members (there were no locations in Canada at the time). The designs were classic and the fabrics divine. I haven’t purchased anything from them in several years. Hope they can get their business back on track.

  63. Joanne

    Hi Louis
Are you doing anything in Moss Crepe this season. My favorite fabric for traveling. Thanks

  64. Debra

    Dear Louis et al,

I am very disappointed with QVC on this one….
I paid by check for the Mardi Gras necklace as soon as it became available. I turned it over to credit card and got a backorder message. Today, I got a cancellation letter.

So, even though it was not supposed to be sold out from under me and my order, it was, and probably oversold judging by how many people had their orders cancelled.

I hope that I will be able to get the seed bead necklace but not pleased that an order placed with the method of paying by check was not honored.

I keep reading about those excited few who received the item ~ continue to Enjoy ~ and hopefully the seed bead necklaces will become available prior to the start of Passover.

    thanks,
    Debra

    1. Grace

Debra, the same thing just happened to me for one of the tunic tops. I did a check-hold on the larger size, just in case the size small didn’t work, but when I switched to a credit card for payment, the status went from “in process” to backorder & then I just cancelled it. That’s never happened to me before. Wonder if anyone else had the same experience? Must be a glitch in QVC’s system, but they should know about it. I will be purchasing by credit card from now on, just to be sure.

    2. luvitorleaveit

I posted here or on QVC last month I think that my Mardi Gras necklace that I ordered with a credit card on 2/26 went from processing to backorder to cancelled last month; I’m thinking that they probably oversold it was flying out so fast they couldn’t or didn’t keep track of the inventory. Yesterday I received a letter stating that they were unable to get additional inventory to fulfill my order so they had to cancel it. I will certainly be like a hawk waiting for these new jewelry items to be posted.
