……….The shows for May 30th at 10:00am [2 hours], and May 31st at 2:00am [1 hour] are finished. The accessories and clothes I bring are packed in bags, and ready to be put in the car. I will leave Ct. at about 1:00pm arriving in PA at approx. 4pm. Lou is here and will stay with the girls while I’m away. God bless Lou. …………………………….THE RED DUO TOPS……..A308342……..will be on my May 30th show at 10:00am!…………There are two pieces to this set….the TANK…..and the OVER BLOUSE…..The fabric is brand new to Linea……This is a woven fabric, and is 100% polyester, but this weave has a natural stretch so it is not rigid at all….The weight is more substantial than my basic faux de Chine. It has the look of a matte charmeuse, so there is a subtle sheen to the fabric, which looks wonderful in these vivid colors……..THE TANK….. is approx. 26 inches long for the xxs. It is a beautiful piece all on its’ own, and can absolutely be worn separately. The armhole and neckline are finished with a self fabric piping about 1/4 inch. There are side slits at the bottom. There are bust darts and back body darts to give it some shape to avoid it from looking boxy [back photo at upper right]………THE OVER BLOUSE is approx. 22 inches long to the center front. It has an asymmetrical hemline, so it dips to points at the side seams. To have the top drape, and flow properly the armholes are deep, hence the need for the tank. It has an open neckline so it is very easy to get it on and off. If the top should slide a little and the tank straps show…that is perfectly PERMISSIBLE!!! Think Jennifer Beal!! The difference in the lengths of the two pieces creates a HIGH/LOW effect………To change thing up you can play with different tanks under the blouse…i.e. my IVORY, BLACK or NAVY WK tank tunic with the side slits. Pair any one of them with a matching or contrast bottom to create a color block effect. The blouse has a CAP SLEEVE, so there is some coverage……….Unfortunately, my photos do not do the over blouse justice, and this duo set looks much much better on a person than on my form………The SEED BEAD necklace, J329589 is a perfect match. Did I match the duo top to the necklace or the necklace to the duo top??? I can’t remember, but the total look is FANTABULOUS!…….Yes the SEED BEAD CUFF, J354003, will be avail. It is at QVC right now. Hopefully it will be posted in time for my shows…..but who knows!!!!???? ………………………….What a great color this BLUE DUO TOP is…..It is the color of a TRUE ROYAL BLUE……not too dark nor to screaming bright. Again, the subtle sheen of the fabric and these colors are the perfect marriage…………………There are so many ways to wear these pieces separately, so please don’t always think of these pieces as a matching set! If you own my LONG IVORY WK CARDIGAN….that would look gorgeous over the tank and pant. I would even try a long sleeve Ivory Turtle Neck under the Over Blouse with my Winter White Super Ponte BC pant for the Christmas Holidays……or even a tailored shirt or ivory blouse….The point is you must PLAY, and come up with your own wonderful combinations…..Think out of the BOX, and have fun with your clothes!!!!…………I really don’t have to state the obvious, but the Seed Beads are a perfect match! For all of my Silver loving ladies, this may be the perfect choice for you. …………………………..How much do I LOVE this green!!!! A LOT…………..No, the seed beads do not come in this color, but I love the combination of the GOLD ETRUSCAN NECKLACE set with the GOLD OX FISH [it has a green eye!]. Both pieces are avail now, but probably not for long. Just for fun I added the Grass Green Beach Glass necklace [sold out], not to be a tease, but to show those who do own it how wonderful it looks. For me there is never enough of a good thing!, As you can see the DUO TOP looks wonderful over my Ivory WK pencil skirt…..the proportions are perfect for anyone no matter your height or size.
