“YOUR COSTUMER SERVICE ADVOCATE”
…………………Your Customer Service Advocate reporting in again!…….This time I’m discussing a company name……ROCOCITY…………Their site is very elaborate with both men’s and women’s clothing…..They supposedly specialize in Japanese inspired “EMBROIDERED” CLOTHING….The column of photos at the right is just a very small group of the items they have listed…..The photos to the left are of the “EMBROIDERED” DRAGON LINEN SHORTS that I ordered from. I thought they would be fun and unique for my trip to the Caribbean early next year…….HOWEVER…..what I received was the shorts in the two center photos……They were NOT EMBROIDERED at all….even thought the description clearly states “EMBROIDERED LINEN”….What came was a pair of shorts with a very BLURRY PRINT of the original shorts [photos look better than they actually are]…….Are they absolutely terrible???…..NO….but I was still disappointed in the fact that I was once again deceived!….and what I thought I ordered, and what I got were two different things. Like with many of these Asian companies the buyer is responsible to pay for any returns…..It cost more to return the items to Asia than what the shorts cost, so….they have you “over a barrel”! I will keep them and probably will wear them…..but be sure I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY again….I can’t imagine what these other very elaborately embroidered tops will look like….just more bad printing instead of beautiful embroidery….I should have realized, being in the business, that these prices were too good to be true…..LESSON LEARNED……..DON’T BUY FROM……ROCOCITY!!!!!
