    Dear Louis,
Celebrating our 62nd anniversary and wearing black boho, natural top and black lace jacket all of a sudden I put on bronze faceted glass beads and it’s a WOW. thanks for bringing so much beauty into my life.
    Love ya,
    Beryl

    1. Sherry

Happy Anniversary Beryl…we just had our 40th…long way to go to get to where you’re at.

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Beryl….HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! Glad I could make it a little more special for you than it already is!!

  2. NJ Lady

    Hi,
Louis could you make A254439 the asymmetric knit tunic with sleeves for fall?

Same scoop neck, everyone loves it.
    Thanks,

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

I am doing another style…similar but not the same with a elbow sleeve for Jan……but I will work on more for next fall 2015.

      1. NJ Lady

        Thank you
Hope you will do with the scoop neck – love it
Going to write my review for earrings and necklace right now
I already wrote it on the top
        Have a super weekend

      2. Maia

Elbow length sleeve is a favorite but hard to come by. I hope it’ll come with a jewel or crew neck!

    2. Sharon Santourian Holman

I was just going to post the very same thing! Fit and flare is so flattering on all of us and I love that fabric.

  3. Heidi

    Hi Louis,

On this first day of summer I find myself wondering what goodies will be coming in my favorite cooler months. Will we see new styles or reorders in the Posh Knit line? I know there was a question whether people would order at the higher price points but I lived in my V neck tunics, mocknecks and cardigans all winter long and would love additional colors. I know it is waaaay too early for you to give details but could you tell us if Posh Knit will be returning to the Q? Thanks for all you do!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

I can tell you that the only piece that is coming back in the Posh Knit is the Turtle neck and only in Black and Navy. It did not do as well as we had hoped…but….I will try to bring at least two new ones next year….that’s if the buyers buy them. There are still many avail.

      1. Diane

I am going to order a few more of the V-necks if the Posh Knits are not coming back. Darn!

      2. Maia

The Posh Knit is so warm and light in weight. I hope one of the two you bring back next year will be the long sleeve jewel neck top. I have the black, the cadet blue never was available in my size (XL) and I don’t care for the other two colors. I would have bought it in raspberry and camel in a heartbeat but those colors weren’t available in that style. Hope I’m luckier next year!

      3. Carol

Can we put in a vote for Red in the PK turtleneck? I missed that on the first go around and it’s such a great color!

  4. Writer with Flair (Patti)

Has QVC decided what size ranges will be available in the new tights in the Linea Body by Louis Dell’Olio line? I cannot wait until I am “Head to Toe in LDO.”

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

I’m not sure of exact sizes but I do know they will be missy and plus if that’s what you are asking.

      1. Writer with Flair (Patti)

Great news! That is indeed what I was asking. Thanks, Louis!

  5. NJ Lady

    Hi Louis,
Would love if you would make A254439 the asymmetric tank with sleeves for fall – same material & scoop neck
    Everyone loves it.

Also, is the A254439 in clear the same beads as the 72″ necklace?
    Thanks for all you do

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

They are both glass beads from the same supplier and they are both made of round faceted beads, but I’m not sure if they are faceted exactly the same….it doesn’t matter…they look great together

      1. NJ Lady

I just received in mail today.
They are beautiful. The look like they are floating.
        I love them and earrings.
        Thanks again
So glad your doing jewelry also.

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

So glad you love them…I think they look incredible and I can’t believe they could get them out at such a reasonable price…..Be careful with the chain….it is very delicate.

  6. Beryl

    Hi Louis,
LOve a254438 skirt and top also Feather Jersey. Can we have more pieces in those fabrics next year?
    Beryl

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Beryl….the two pieces in the new jersey fabric have only done fair though I really don’t understand it…..they are what everyone keeps asking for….light airy cool…..so I do not have any plans to use that fabric again…..however I am planning to use the Feather jersey in print and solid….if it gets ordered.

      1. Beryl

I love those fabrics. So comfortable in the hot weather and so easy to care for. I’ll cross my fingers that the Feather Jersey gets ordered.

      2. Sherry

When do you present the Feather Jersey pieces to the buyers for purchase? Maybe we can do a “Linea Squeeze” for the Feather Jersey???

          1. Sherry

Fabulous, I really enjoy the Feather jersey pieces that I was able to snag.

  7. Kathy

    Hi Louis
Just wondering if you would consider a jumpsuit ?
    Thanks
    Kathy/wis

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Kathy….I did one some years back……HUGE HUGE returns. It’s very difficult to do a jumpsuit from xxs to 3x and not get returns…..it’s really a boutique item.

      1. Sherry

The Q would have to buy Tall, Petite, and Regular…that hasn’t happened in a pant or jacket…not likely in a jumpsuit.

  8. Ann

    A255142
Linea by Louis Dell’Olio Open Front Cardigan with Pocket Detail

This fabric is so lovely. The design is perfect & the pockets are really useful. Please bring this back in navy and a citrusy lemon lime or blood orange. We need meow items in this fabric please.

    1. Nancy (AKA TheOwl)

And perfectly pink, and butter yellow and true red … 🙂

      1. Writer with Flair (Patti)

        Ditto to those colors, Nancy!

Skort — I always wear them golfing and prefer them when gardening. I prefer the skirt portion to the knee with the shorts a couple inches shorter. Also like real side slits that are high enough that go to top of under short. Like pockets for my tees etc. think your ponte knit would make a fab skort. It has the perfect strech & recovery. Would also like a skort that was resort wear beach sarong in your lighter weight airy feather jersey type material.

    1. Beachbird

I too would like a skort… preferably in the denim like the skirt and dress. Something casual to wear instead of shorts.

  10. Tylerpoo

Louis, I placed a request to reorder the 72in clear glass bead necklace on the Linea Forum, hope we get enough interest for you to give the buyer the “Linea Squeeze”. So many of us missed out on getting it and would also like other colors like red, blue, and green, brown……

If anyone is interested, please post your request on the forum. Thanks

  11. Debby

Hi Louis, I have a request for Spring/Summer tops next year. Would love to see a surplice or wrap style short sleeve or sleeveless, done in your rayon fabric. Patterns please to go with your solid rayon skirts, thank you!

  12. Judy

Hi Louis, in response to your question about interest in skorts, here is my opinion. A few years ago I loved and lived in skorts in the spring, summer and even early fall. I think they are a cute look with sneakers and flip flops and a little more dressed up than a pair of shorts. I am older now and I would still be wearing skorts if I could find any that were a tad longer. I have no problem showing my knees but 5 or 6 inches above my knees is just out of my comfort zone. I think most ladies over 50 feel the same. I know many of us wear and love your shorts because of the perfect length just above our knees. I would love for you to provide us with skorts that are no shorter than your perfect length shorts. You make em and we will buy em!

Thank you for all you do and the beautiful line you provide for us. Looking forward to some “LINEA SKORTS”.

    1. Joyce Adams

Re Skorts. Louis, since you asked about interest, I have noticed over the years that no one looks good in a skort. They make a woman look wider than normal though I’m not sure why. I respect Judy’s thoughts, but wanted to add my own. Though I buy just about everything you offer, I will never purchase a skort. They just aren’t flattering. Just my opinion.

      1. Writer with Flair (Patti)

No skorts for me, either. I would love some nice gathered or pleated fuller short, though.

  13. Dariann

    Dear Louis,

Just received your fabulous new clear glass bead necklaces (2) and the matching earrings. I have already placed an order for the black as well as extras for presents. Can you design a similar set with gold chain instead of silver?

    Thanks,
    Dariann

      1. Sheesh

Great idea! I second that emotion!

    1. Pecan Cookie

I received the necklace and bracelet in clear and LOVE them. Thank you for the sparkle since I didn’t get on the train in time for the last clear necklaces offered.

  14. Carol

    Dear Louis-
You’ve done it again. A superb new tunic and crop in the pebble crepe–had to have all three colors! I love the pants–especially since they have no pockets–and want to put in my suggestion for navy in this set (or even just the pants). I NEED navy pebble crepe pants.

    crdlb

    1. Susan (aka CarlyTwila)

I second the idea of navy pebble crepe pants, both short and long. And I also need a pair of black long pebble crepe pants. Thanks for listening, Louis – hope the buyers have some bucks to spend for the 2015 spring line!

  15. NJ Lady

    Hi Louis,
Looking for a legging to go with the assymetrical grey button shirt top (a233187)
Hope you have a legging for that

Waiting for the clear necklace & earrings to arrive.
    Can’t wait.
    Thanks for all you do

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

I don’t have a match if that’s what you are looking for….the best I can offer is the black or white.

  16. Pat

    Louis,

I just received your pebble crop pants and your crop leggings in size medium and size 8 . I want to order more and in Both items there are many sizes available but no 8, 10 or mediums…this happens often with your clothing is their any chance that you can ask qvc to bring more in in these sizes?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Pat…..I passed your request along to the buyer. It’s really up to them what gets bought and in what ratio

      1. Pat

Thank you Louis it is always such a toss up. Your Linea ladies never want to buy too much at first because we try to be careful and not have returns, but than we get so frustrated when we want more. I will start a question on qvc and ask the ladies to list the items they would buy if qvc had more stock maybe the buyers would take a look and see what they miss.

        Thank you Louis

        1. Nancy (AKA TheOwl)

Pat: Your second sentence says it all. I’ll repeat it here:
“Your Linea ladies never want to buy too much at first, because we try to be careful and not have returns, but then we get so frustrated when we want more.” And of course it is sold out. Though, while you need mediums, honestly the same thing happens in the plus sizes depending on the style and item.

  17. Anonymous

Louis, I had asked you about the pebble crepe sleeveless tunic to wear with the shrug, you had suggested a long necklace with it. I just rec’d the black tunic and black wk shrug and tried it with the long silver palm frond necklace. Love it.
Now I was looking at the white sleeveless tunic, would you pair that with the black shrug ( meaning white pebble crop pants, white tunic and black wk shrug? and or black pants/white tunic and black shrug) Would love to get your input before I order. Thankyou so much

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

I think both ways would look equally terrific….may I suggest my new five strand black necklace which I did show. It would really finish off both looks and it is still avail…I think??

      1. Anonymous

I have that necklace. Thankyou for the information. I went ahead and ordered the white tunic. Thanks for giving me the confidence of looking and feeling good.

  18. Beachbird

Louis…. I just heard about the tights that are coming our way. Care to share?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Beachbird……I will be offering a whole new line of hosiery and leggings all made in the USA, and colored to coordinate with the Linea Line of apparel…”Linea Body by Louis Dell’Olio”….It will be sold OLO in August, and I will give all the details just before it appears….the quality is SUPERB.

      1. Pamela

That’s splendid news Louis! Come the long Winter months in AK, I give texture & interest to my own styling of most daily wardrobe choices. Hope to see your dark, rich, INK Navy & your beautiful shade of Aubergine for starters. Always looking for unique colors & patterns when it comes to hosiery – so excited to see your upcoming offerings!

        1. Goldie76

          Pamela,

You zeroed in on the colors that will reach out to many of us. Hope Louis is going to size some of these with a generous cut for his ladies with Rubens-style derrieres.

          1. Louis Dell'Olio

Linea Navy…check….Aubergine….check…..fabulous and unique patterns…..check…..you won’t be disappointed

            1. Debbie M

              Color your Ladies happy…check….

            2. Sherry

              Yippee!!!

            3. Nancy (AKA TheOwl)

WOW! My dreams are coming true!!!! In cold New England I’m in tights from Sept through April. And longer some years 🙂 Can’t wait!

            4. Seka

This is Fantastic News! Hope the Q ordered lots of Inventory! Everyone will want Linea Tights! Thank You for your persistence with your Buyers!

          2. Nancy (AKA TheOwl)

Agreed Goldie. The plus, or larger size tights on QVC always seem to be sold out.

      2. Sharon Santourian Holman

Made in USA and great quality! We are so in!!

      3. Cathy in PA

        Deliriously delightful news!

      4. Beachbird

A really loud YES! Thank you.

      5. Writer with Flair (Patti)

This is such good news! Thanks for all you did to make this happen for us. Now, if we could just get QVC to let you sell coordinating berets.

        1. Sherry

hummmm…It’s tights and belts and hats, oh my…LOL…maybe some day.

  19. Rhonda Rena

    Dear Louis
I just received the pewter boho, and I must say its my favorite solid color thus far in a that style. Will there be any matching whisper knits coming this Fall? I tried it on with the navy tank I just received and liked that. Its a versatile color.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

No WK, but there is the matching georgette shirt with the tank, that looks great as a shirt jacket with a white tank under it or a a 2 piece dress with the shirt and self color tank.

  20. Luvitorleaveit

Hi Louis I just wanted to tell you that I absolutely love the lace jacket, absolute perfection! I couldn’t decide between the ivory and black so I got both so versatile. My question is will you be bringing in some zip front tailored pants in the near future ponte knit or other?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Yes….I will have zip front pants in my poly/rayon/span….I think Aug or Sept. plus the ponte pull-on has been reordered.

      1. Pat

Ponte pull on yippie!! Need your Navy, black,, brown , tan ….white , winter white,,, can you give us a hint .. What colors in the ponte pull on pant you will bring?

      2. Luvitorleaveit

Yeah for both I was only able to get one pair of the ponte pull-on so I am very happy to hear that it’s being re-ordered and I am looking forward to the zip front pants later.

  21. Karlakaye

Is it true that you are starting a new line of tights and leggings (as posted by Godfreako on the Q forum)????? If so, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      1. Carol

I got that same answer from my 8-Ball on the subject. LOL!

        1. Sherry

Carol…LOL, love it. I’m reading between the lines and thinking…yes, it’s in the works but nothing is set in stone…yet…hummmm…It’s tights and belts and hats, oh my…LOL…maybe some day.

  22. Susan (aka carlytwila)

Hi Louis…I love those demi hoop earrings and wear them often! I have all 3 colors, gold silver & gunmetal. When they come back will there be new colors? I could use rose for my loveknot necklaces.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Susan….only the regional three were ordered, but I will pass your request along.

  23. Karen in WA

Louis, I have the Linen pants(253577) in black from this season on there way to me. I am wondering if the Herringbone B/W longer jacket (238540) from last fall would go together. I am not good at putting textures and patterns togather. I know some look good and some do not. Designista, I see you have reviewed both, what do you think?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Karen…I can see where you might think they might go, but the herringbone jacket is a true fall/winter jacket and I would not mix it with linen.

      1. Karen in WA

Thank you. I need something, so I’ll use my black WK cardigan. 🙂

  24. Eileen

Hi, Louis, I bought the A254309 placement print skirt in lapis (love this skirt and the fabric is beautiful) and the WK ENR 253408 scoop neck tank in lapis. I would like to buy either the A237402 WK drapefront cardigan in lapis or the A233950 WK open front cardigan in lapis. On me I prefer the shape of the drapefront, and my question is, which cardigan do you think would look better with this skirt? Do you know when the lapis drapefront cardigan(and black, too) will be coming in? And do you think the color of the tank will match both cardigans? Thank you as always. You are a peach!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Eileen….both cardigans will work. The one you prefer the drape front won’t be avail until Jan

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Eileen….both cardigans will work. The one you prefer the drape front won’t be avail until Jan.

  25. breee

As Cathy in Pa wrote on 6/11/14 the Hawaiian print dress was my favorite of the dresses which you have designed for QVC. I would love for this print to return in a the original purple as well as a new red. However, I would appreciate a return of this dress in any print. I like the long flowing skirt for summer to wear with sandals. The long skirt covers my pale legs and I enjoy wearing this style.

I did get the woodblock dress, but I prefer to cover my legs.

  26. DeLois

I think my question was missed. Will there be any dark teal pieces this summer and fall to go with the wood block print dress in teal???????

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

DeLois…your right…I missed your question…thank you for taking the time to re-post. However the answer is no….there isn’t anything in teal coming or planned, but I will consider it going forward.

  27. Sherry

Morning Louis…I’m deciding on some jewelry…will there be any Olive coming for Fall/Winter? Thanks so much…

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear sherry…..yes a wonderful long necklace, not too long…..a combination of olive beads and oblong metal rings.

      1. Sherry

Fabulous, will work with the long Olive bead necklace that is available now??? Also, will there be Olive clothing coming this Fall/Winter…all my Olive pieces are of a larger size than what I wear now…so darn it…I have to buy more…LOL.

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Sherry…the two necklaces do work together if you wasnt to wear them together. There will be some need pieces in Olive including a new suede jacket.

          1. Goldie76

Oh, dear me! I was certain I wouldn’t be tantalized by a fall jacket this year; however, I think you got me with the olive suede.

          2. Sherry

            Thank you…wonderful news.

          3. queendiva

Olive returns! And in suede! Must haves.

      2. Sherry

Forgot to ask…will there be new earring in Olive to go with the new necklace? So this is a stand alone necklace, not needing another to go with it? Thanks for your help…

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

No olive earrings…I will show the gold bold hoop or if you prefer the “demi hoop” which is smaller and has been reordered for this fall.

          1. Sherry

Very happy to hear the Demi Hoop earring has been reordered…I missed out on that previously…

I didn’t realize the July show was a 2 hour show…so 3 new items and lots of favorites…

            1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Sherry…what makes you think the July show is two hours? It’s a one hour show at 5am.

            2. Sherry

That’s what I thought, the Q has been showing it as July 10 5-7AM for the show…it doesn’t always show up…some times it’s there and sometimes not…I just saw it again this morning, but no date/time is showing now…I just checked again.

            3. Sherry

I was just looking in the new issue of Inside Q and they have you down for the 5-7am…2 hour show again??? Did they forget to tell you something…LOL.

            4. Louis Dell'Olio

              I guess so…or I misunderstood. I’ll check tomorrow.

  28. CC

Linea by Louis Dell’Olio Open Front Cardigan with Pocket Detail
    A255142

Louis, I have new love and it’s this cardigan. The reviews were all 5 stars with the ladies raving about it even on the forums. Didn’t see it presented and have to say the Q’s photo of it is not the best. Louis the FABRIC is delicious! Oh ya, Jac is so right, the pockets are just what every girl wants. Went back for white–sold out, wanted second black one (definitely that good). Sold out too. Louis we must have more of this cardigan in yummy colors. Please push for reorder.

  29. DeLois

Louis, I ordered the teal wood block dress knowing full well that I do no look great in anything sleeveless (oh how I wish). Sometimes there will be a way and I found a Bob Mackie shrug in Deep Teal and it is great with it. Going through my closet I pulled you Boucle Teal Blazer from a year or so ago…….. with some great beads which I am working on the blazer will look great over the dress this fall……. Do you have other pieces for Fall coming in a deep teal color?????? Thanks for this wonderful print.

  30. debby

A little late to the party? – Which jewelry pieces had free shipping? Sometimes those very nice reps in customer service will honor promos!!!Thanks -just bought and wore your black torsade and 2 black and gold necklaces-Luv!!

    1. Goldie76

debby, I do not think that any Linea pieces had free S&H. What they did have was the 5 EZ Pay offer.

      1. debby

        Thanks!

  31. Cathy in PA

    Hi Louis,

Do you know yet if A87434 Cotton Blend Swing Jacket is being re-ordered? It is a wonderful jacket that (probably due to Q’s dreadful photos) I discovered LATE, when most colors were sold out. Managed to get Iris last year, and just snagged a lovely Lapis, but I am finding I probably now need a size smaller as I’ve shrunk just a tiny bit; of course most colors are sold out … HOPING this will be a re-order in original and/or new colors?

    THANKS!

  32. Amy

    Dear Louis,

I am a long time Linea lady and own some stunning pieces you have designed including 3 suede jackets from several years ago. Forgive me for not writing to thank you for such innovative, lovely, and sophisticated garments. Not only are the Linea ladies quite fortunate to be the recipients of your talents; but, the merchandising directors at QVC should be as well. This past fall/winter and this present spring/summer’s collection has been simply exquisite! If I was of means I would have loved to have purchased one of everything. In a month, my husband and our beloved 17 your old daughter are going to Alaska on a cruise. I purchased some elbow length whisper knits, the Capri length legging in black and the white cotton/span short sleeve tunic A255145. For evening I purchased the 3/4 length white collared sheer hi/lo shirt A245652. Can’t wait to wear them. I am fortunate that I can being my lapis blue and ruby red turtlenecks and open cardigans from last winter. Definitely not the easiest vacation to pack for; yet, we are planning to have a great time. We are dog lovers and are even planning to go dog sledding on a glacier with the huskies from the Iditarod.

Many blessings to you and Jac and the girls. Continued success!

    Amy

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Amy…I was in Alaska many years ago and loved it so much. I totally understand the problem with the variety of clothes you will need. Did the company you are traveling send you a list of what you should take.

  33. Dariann

    Dear Louis,

I can’t thank you enough for your new pebble crepe pieces. I purchased the tunic in all 3 colors and the pants in black and white. I adore the look and I can mix and match all of the pieces with your fabulous jewelry. I am all set for summer in The Napa Valley and beyond! I would recommend, like another of your Linea ladies, to have QVC make sure that these pieces are labeled pebble crepe.

    Thanks,
    Dariann

  34. Cathy in PA

    Hi Louis,

Just wanted to let you know how much I LOVE the new Chili Pepper/Black Shirt/Jacket in the cotton ikat print … fabulous! I like it both as a blouse and as a light jacket; right now with vintage Linea black LINEN ankle pants or skirt. This is a terrific top for 3 seasons of the year. HOPE it does well; would love to see this repeated in other colors and prints. Yes, I went right back for the skirt 🙂

    Cathy in PA
P.S. The neckline is so flattering, and a perfect frame for a pretty pendant or necklace.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Kathy…..I’m so glad you like the Ikat in this cotton….I think you are going to love it even more when Aug and the dog days of summer and Sept roll around….I truly don’t understand the women who don’t like this fabric and think it’s cheap. The thinner and lighter the cotton fabric ….the finer the quality of yarn is necessary or there will be slubs in the fabric. I would love to have shorts in this fabric for myself in navy black and chino. I don’t know how they will be able to judge how well it does since it hasn’t had any air time and the selling is slow due to that. I will be selling the skirt on the 20th on the FEW show with Pat and Jane, but half the country is still asleep so it’s not a fair judge…….anyway…I’m happy you appreciate it and like the way it fits!

      1. Cathy in PA

The only fabric that beats cotton in heat and humidity is linen. It’s a real pity this stunning Ikat Cotton Set didn’t get a proper PRIME TIME airing. Such a fabulous, versatile set; if I still wore a suit to work every day, I’d buy all 4 pieces. As it is, I just LOVE the Chili Pepper set. I’m going to test mixing both pieces with my black sequin pieces; thinking for travel or a cruise … not that I have one planned at the moment …

Now my wonderful tailor Sue and I have to figure out how to shorten the Sky Blue crushed gauze cardigan so it looks better on me at 5’2″ … such a dreamy, flattering blue, and it matches the shade of the pearls Walter gave me for our anniversary 🙂 Enjoy your evening!

      2. Victoria1

Louis, Don’t fret…it is impossible for you to bring us “cheap anything”! I think some women simply have very little experience with fine clothes and the variety of fine fabrics available to designers. Honestly it infuriates me when I read such nonsense! I love the IKAT PIECES TOO..

  35. Anonymous

Louis, I just rec’d the pebble crepe pants in white and black, Just beautiful. I wanted to order the matching sleeveless top, how would this top look with a shrug? I have a big scar on my arms so I like to keep my arms covered, if you think this style looks good with something with 3/4 sleeves, I would love your input.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Anonymous….The bolero shrug would work very well with the tunic….I would love the proportion of the tunic cropped pant and my WK shrug….A fabulous long necklace or the fish pendant…or the PALM FROND LONG necklace and you will look FABULOUS!

      1. Anonymous

I have the palm frond long necklace. Thankyou for the information about the sleeveless tunic and the shrug,

  36. Nancy (AKA TheOwl)

Just had to pop on for a quick “thank you” this morning. Received the 2 porcelain vase placement print v-necks last evening and both the pink and the yellow are a total “WOW” under my crushed gauze cardigan. Just a soft “veiled” yellow or pink under the cardigan itself and a pop of color down the center front where not under the cardigan. This v-neck is what I used to consider “too low” for me UNTIL the windchime necklace came to my home 🙂 I LOVE that piece! It takes care of all my v-neck “issues”. I’m still a mock neck devotee but that necklace – and the wave necklace which I also love but which doesn’t give quite the “fill” of the windchime ~ are SO perfect with these tops.

How about next year – if the fates allow – the crushed gauze cardi, skirt, tiered top in perfectly pink????? or maybe butter yellow???? AND, I had NO idea how dreamy these pebble crepe crops would be. I got the white, and they are “flowy” and heavenly to wear and no see-through. Thanks again Louis! Your work is greatly appreciated in this quarter.

  37. Chris/Jazzmom

    Dear Louis,

I knew that the woodblock dresses would work for me!! Love the moss green and raspberry colors on me. Perfect for summer use! I love the twofer set in the perfectly pink and the tile print top in the magenta. I love the tanks I purchased in the jade and fuchsia. Unfortunately, I will have to wear a strapless bra (the straps hang out slightly on me and I dislike that look). I do think the banding was perfect being part of the neckline and armholes. If its a success, could you add new colors in say a red or a coffee bean for next year?

    Regards,
    Chris

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Can you put lingerie straps on the sweater straps to keep a regular bra in place?….Funny…I checked with Jac and then again on the models to make sure the straps worked with their bras and everyong said it was fine….I guess it’s the style bra.

      1. Chris/Jazzmom

It probably is Louis– the style bra. It’s a front closing bra, its not a deal breaker, I ordered the black!! Yes, the lingerie straps (like on the georgette roll tab sleeves blouse w tank would work; but I do have strapless bras and its not a big deal for me. I should try it with a regular bra and report back.

        1. Sherry

I think it is the style and the size that makes a difference…the bigger the bra the wider the straps and more cup coverage…making it harder to hide everything…I too will have to wear a strapless bra…the problem I am having is the WK Tank is too large at the bust…but I think it is an easy fix with the way the seams are sewn…easy enough to take in a bit…I’m afraid if I size down the stomach and hip area will be to fitted…I will have to decide which I will be doing. So far only have the Jade and it is a gorgeous color…LOVE!!! The Q shipped most things extra fast this time but almost everything is coming in a separate bag??? Go figure…not a good way to save money in my opinion…

  38. Susan (aka CarlyTwila)

Hi Louis – Over the past year, I have been gradually buying up every feather knit piece on the planet in my size. Now that the warm weather is upon us, I cannot tell you how wonderfully comfortable, colorful, cool, easy-care, and stylish these pieces are. They are such a terrific backdrop for jewelry as well. Thank you so much for designing this ‘sub-line’. Now – I do have an idea for you. I don’t think I’m alone on this feather knit thing. But I do recognize that perhaps pale colors in a thin knit is not everyone’s cup of tea. I would love to have black and navy pants in this fabric. I think those deepest darkest colors would sell. I also want the short skirt in navy and black. I’m wondering if you could do a twofer (1 skirt, 1 pant) in each of the really deep colors – perhaps Fudge, Linea Navy, and Black? I’m willing to bet Kate would back me up on this. I remember her asking for dark skirts. They would be PERFECT travel pieces. I would even venture to call them that “Linea Travel Knit”! 🙂 ….such a practical idea, no???

      1. Maia

Happy to hear that, Louis. I think the feather jersey discussions on the Q forum created a fiasco, much like the posh knit discussions. I didn’t buy the feather jerseys because I didn’t like the light colors (and the smoke). I’d love to get the hooded top in a dark color! Also, the posh knits are so very cozy, light and warm. I wish they had gone over better, too.

      2. Susan (aka carlytwila)

        Nice! Fingers crossed! Thanks Louis!

        1. Chris/Jazzmom

I agree with Susan; love the feather jersey pieces I own. I think that navy pants or black would sell well. I have the original pants in the orchid, hemp, smoke and aqua colors. Would the new colors be the same design or would they have a different item number? I love the original design if this could be done in darker colors.

          1. Louis Dell'Olio

I don’t know if I could get away with doing the exact design, but vI would keep it so similar you wouldn’t know the difference…..that’s if they buy it.

      3. Cathy in PA

I love Susan’s idea! My very favorite is the original Hawaiian print Feather Jersey dress, and would love to see a return of that exact dress in a new print and colors!!! I really liked some of last year’s styles, but didn’t purchase as the colors didn’t work for me. I like summer darks, and also mid-tones AND pastels, but those particular pastels just didn’t work for my coloring; I’d come back in a hearbeat for pencil skirts, longer skirts, Tee’s, dresses, pants … in just about any colors except smoke, orchid and pale orange shades.

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Did you try the new wood block Feather Jersey dress in the summer dark colors….moss, raspberry and teal? it really is fabulous

          1. Cathy in PA

No, I confess I didn’t … but am tempted. I have all 3 colors of last year’s Russian watercolor print. I like the colors and patterns of the wood block a LOT … but prefer a bit of a sleeve. Yes, I have lots of shrugs, shirts etc., but when it’s really warm, it gets too hot to wear those. I was also having trouble figuring out sizing. As a short, round 2 – 3X a tank or sheath often doesn’t fit right. And I’m smaller on top, so often the bust and armholes are too low/open. The wood block has a low enough neckline, I could have the tailor raise at the shoulders a bit if necessary …

    1. Judy

Susan, I think that is a wonderful suggestion. Yes, Louis that sounds perfect and a sell out for all of us that love and live in our “Feather Jersey”.

    2. Pecan Cookie

A fabulous idea! I’m in for the solids in black and brown! They will go well with the olive, turquoise, and smoke pieces I live in. I have both the olive and teal woodblock dresses but a FJ tank dress in a deep solid color, midi length, would be lovely as well as print tops maybe with a deep V or scoop. I love my print maxi. But whatever you are able to bring will be appreciated! Thank you Louis

    3. Pat

Me too, I love this fabric in dark colors, I was just wishing for a long tank like you just made in the pebble crepe with those great side pockets and crop pants too…in the feather knit

      Thanks

      Patti

      1. Sherry

Oh!!! I love that idea…FJ in a tunic w/pockets and slim leg crop pants…I’m in!!! I haven’t received my PC tunics yet, but I have 2 of the PC crops and they fit great…would still like pockets, but the tunic has pockets, so I like live…LOL.

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear sherry there is a FJ tunic with pockets right now. You should look up Feather Jersey on the Linea site.

  39. nikki

Louis, On Jun 20 will you be bringing something new on the Q?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Yes and no….I will be showing the short cotton Ikat print skirt in the coffee bean/latte and the chili pepper/black. These have been posted on the Linea site but have never gotten air time. I will also be showing the matching shirt/jacket. The other five things are new this season but have been shown at least once.

  40. CC

    A255145
Linea by Louis Dell’Olio Top with Patch Pockets — this is terrific. Off to San Francisco for meeting, wearing it in peacock with black open front kimono cardigan, black skinny jeans, & silver fish. Everything about this design is simple & perfect. Now, request for more colors — navy, purple and sunshine yellow.

Two other thoughts, Y long necklace– in clear. Longer kimono open front cardigan.

    1. Pecan Cookie

Thanks Louis! I love this top as well! AND your suggestion, CC, of a longer kimono open front cardigan (olive and other colors…).

    2. Writer with Flair (Patti)

      Ditto that on the navy.

  41. Renee Lange

    Dear Louis:
I just received my pink & jade
Tanks and the animal print sweater in pink & jade and they are BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you for a great Spring and Summer of clothes
    Renee in Cleveland

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Renee…..you are the first to report back to me about the animal print sweaters….Thanks for letting me know…..Don’t forget to write your reviews so the other ladies know how you liked them.

  42. Jane

    Hi Louis,

Thank you for all the new styles of the Whisper Knits. The new tanks A255148 are a home run — armholes are perfect, bra straps are covered, and the neckline is so flattering. Also, love the colors.

I was wondering if A217630 — the short sleeve mock neck — will be coming back in new colors. I like this style because the sleeves are a little longer and the length is perfect.

Also, wanted to tell you that the new pebble crepe crops are a winner. I have trouble with the ponte pull-ons because the front and back rise are always too short for me. I checked the “Click Here” measurements on the PB crops and I could see that the rise on these was a little longer, and, sure enough, the fit is spot on. Thank you!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Jane….I have heard nothing about that sweater being a reorder which is ominous since it was first presented in Jan. I really thought that sweater was going to be a home run with the mock neck, elbow sleeve which everyone seems to like and the waist whittling ribs. I thought it was the perfect combination for that type of sweater, But as you can see it’s till very much avail…so I don’t know. Glad the PC crops are working out….hopefully they will get reordered…..we’ll have to wait and see.

      1. Jane

Louis, That’s a different sweater that you described. A217630 doesn’t have waist whittling ribs and the sleeve is short sleeve, above the elbow. Looking back at the reviews, this style came out in the fall of 2011 in mallard blue, olive and persimmon.

        1. Writer with Flair (Patti)

I think the sweater you are referring to may be A251584, which comes in Sunshine Yellow, Navy, Red, and Ivory. I have two of these sweaters in the Navy and the Ivory and wear them with the boyfriend cardigan (A251578) as a twinset. I, too, am hoping for a reorder. I would love to see it in some sort of taupe and/or camel color.

By the way, I just love the pink short sleeve knit dress (A254472)! That pink, with a hint of peach, is simply the most beautiful color going and so flattering to my complexion.

I ordered the tunic and leggings in the same material in the white and the peacock. I can’t wait to receive them.

Thanks for all the thought and creativity you put into designing your clothes and selecting just the right fabrics.

          1. Louis Dell'Olio

Yes that is the mock neck I meant, and there is another without the rib wait and it has a short sleeve…..neither one has been reordered.

  43. Kate C.

    Good morning, Louis-
I’m wearing the teal woodblock print dress today, and I love everything about it!!! PLEASE consider both the lighter and darker shades of teal in this dress as new colors for Whisper Knits.
    Thanks for everything!

  44. TexasBarb

    Dear Louis,

I was looking at comments in the QVC Forum regarding the new jewelry. A couple of women were wondering if there was a video sneak peek. I know you mentioned it previously but I will mention it again. The new jewelry, both black and clear, was sneak peeked on your most recent show(video for A233950). Earrings, necklace and bracelets were worn. The 72″ crystal necklaces were also worn but the new one was also on both models.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

I just posted my sneak peek of the three pieces. If you type in the style number I was told it will come up?

  45. Debbie M.

The new jewelry has been posted.

    1. Sherry

      thanks Debbie M…got it.

    2. Debbie

The necklaces did not come up under “new items” under Linea jewelry. I had to put the number in for it to come up.
      thanks

  46. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Mary Lynn…..Personally, I do like the two laces together, but it is a little off from center if you know what I mean. If you are watching what you spend, which I totally understand, I want you to think with what other things you would wear the lace jacket with so it doesn’t become just a special occasion item…….like with a black tank and crop pants, or the twig linen pant…a solid black dress…I want you to get wear out of it…..IF you have doubts…then I would suggest the A232520 black bolero which works over everything and can be worn supper casual or over your lace dress…..take a look at both.

  47. mary lynn

Hi Louis, I bought the black lace sleevless dress for a wedding in August and was wondering if the lace jacket would coordinate with it and if not what shall I wear? Love the dress and also bought black floral sweater that I bought for another occasion. I am retired and have to shop wisely these days, so I would appreciate your input. Thank you much.

  48. Pamela

    Hi Louis:

Love the new Ikat skirt in the Black/Red(A254441) with the crinkled georgette shirt in Chili Pepper(214117). Do you think pairing the Linen Jacket in Chili Pepper(A253575)would look great with this particular combo? Or is the White of the Linen Blend to stark (in contrast) to the Black ground of the Ikat skirt? Please advice. It’s a fabulous jacket in Lapis too!

    TIA

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Absolutely….they were designed to go together….unfortunately the IKAT print never got on a show so I could show it that way….but I will on the 20th of June on FEW.

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Pamela….look at the sneak peek of “The Chili Pepper/Black IKAT Skirt”. The C.P. print skirt is shown with a white Wk sweater with the short sleeve C.P. WK short sleeve sweater with the C.P. linen jacket over it…It looks great

      1. Pamela

Revisited the Peeks of the CP Ikat – it does look great with White, White! Sure wish I had purchased the Vneck Animal Print in CP – love your styling with the Ikat – See, some of us do live outside of the box – LOL! (little ‘ol ME).

Thanks for your time Dear Louis. If you & Jac were in my town tonite, we’d invite you to dinner for some Fresh Halibut tacos. Set a boat record yesterday by landing a 191 pounder. Took the boat wench & all four on board to wrangle it in = WORK for the freezer. Our Summer is off to a wonderful start – Do hope your’s is too!

  49. Sharon

Hello Louis, I was doing my gardening and realized how much I like the color pink. So my request is whisper knit or other fabrics in pinks. I do not look good in the perfectly pink, but pink can be so flattering for a woman’s face. I know QVC doesn’t like pastels but they are very flattering and feminine . In high school I had angora sweaters and wool pencil skirts that matched oh those were the days.

  50. Sheesh

Dear Louis—where do I start? the new Poly Span tile print Skirts—simply divine. So comfortable, so effortless. I got it in all three colors. The Magenta Tile Print works back to both your Cassis pieces—ENR Skirt and Cardigan—there was also a jewel blouse with detachable cowl; and also works with the Fuchsia “Heathered” crew neck Tee and Skirt w/hidden pockets from last year. It’s always fabulous when we can “shop our closets.” I would dearly love this new Poly Span Pencil Skirt in Solids—Black, Navy, Olive and Tan/Natural, Perfectly Pink and Smoke–to go with all the print Poly span Tops—the Animal Prints, the Hydrangea, the Pucci-inspired, the Medallion, the new Tile Prints, the Stained Glass…it would be a wardrobe workhorse–so versatile and packable. How about next Spring/Summer?

Hope you and Jac are having a wonderful Sunday.

    All the best, Sheila/Sheesh

    1. Chris/Jazzmom

The cowl neck sweater that is a marled knit in the fuchsia color also works with the tile print magenta colored skirt too. I feel the same way about shopping our closets and using existing clothing to add or tie in with the new clothing offered.

  51. Cela

Well, well, well. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more beautiful show on the Q, or elsewhere for that matter. Everything was Elegant with a capital E, and then some.
The prints were smashing, and it was as though you saved the most exceptional ones, and anything less, why bother. I also learned so much about combining the gorgeous tans with white and ivory and black. And the colors, OMG, the jade and pink tanks, and Leah made so much sense of the whole collection and really broke it down in a very understandable way. Dreammmmy. I’m gushing again, but you know I’m a big fan, not in a biased way, but because you REALLY are so good! Pretty soon we’ll be calling you, “Atelier, Dell Olio”.

I think I was struck most by the pebble crepe, which you pulled into the limelight with the sleeveless tunic, and capri–and again, Elegant is the word, so feminine, and Kate looked so femme fatal in the black. And every color has its own personality. So, youthful. Now, may we have a dress? Halter top, patch pockets and cross back? We are so lucky. Thanks, Louis. I just want to say one more thing, and I love the Q, I have to because I’ve been shopping there since 1990, but you have brought it OUT OF IT’S DOWDINESS, AND GIVEN IT NEW LIFE.

Thank you for your standards, your taste, your sensibilities and your abilities.

  52. Happy Lady

Pebble Crepe… I just posted a comment on the forum in reference to the issue DONNA mentioned. A223661 is a great summer boho in pebble crepe but you have to watch the video to see that it is pebble crepe and a fabulous summer skirt. Since you are using this fabric every season and we love it; may it qualifies for a header listing on your OVC homepage like ponte knits and whisper knits etc. Just a thought. You are getting so many new customers who do not know there are some previous jewels available in pebble crepe. Today I’m wearing A213621 Tunic with funnel neck tie string and A221804 Long skirt both in Terra Cotta. Ethnic neutral jewelry and brown leather strappy mid heel sandals. Huge vintage brown Hermes bag. Love..

  53. donna

just a thought.i am in love with the pebble crepe.on the qvc site the new tunic and pants dont mention pebble crepe in there heading.for those looking to put an outfit together looking for a match if in a hurry, could be a problem…the loyal ladies know, but those that shop by customer ratings the pebble crepe tunic doesnt have a bottom to match.thank you.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Donna….that’s a great suggestion and I don’t know why they don’t put it in the script…..it’s a matter of coordination. I will mention it to the buyers. It should always be done.

  54. Chris/Jazzmom

It dawned on me that there are no olive or moss green colored shrugs in your Linea line. Can I put a request in for next year? 🙂

  55. Rochelle

    Hi Louis,

Loved the shows yesterday. Like another Linea Lady, paint the house or buy Linea…Linea wins! But I DO have a question, please. What is the difference between the WK color Sand and Dark Tan? I know there is but its hard for me to tell. I did not receive any replies on the Linea forum so I’d truly appreciate your input. Love your neutrals, my middle name should be ‘taupe!’.

As always I appreciate your time and assistance.

    Rochelle

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Rochelle….I can understand the confusion. I decided that I would do a series of neutrals this season and offer to all of you a range of four possibilities of neutral “beige” colors….so let me try to explain the difference…..First, in Jan. I offered the TAUPE in the Boyfriend cardigan and shell. The TAUPE is the grayest of all four and a real pale taupe color. It is very different from the other three. Then came the LATTE which is the palest and really looks like coffee with a lot of milk. It’s a pale warm beige with a tint of yellow…..Third is the DARK TAN which is the darkest of the four, but not very dark. It is the most CAMEL of the four and looks very good with the HEMP Feather Jersey. They are almost the same color……The SAND is between the LATTE and the DK. TAN in darkness or should I say lightness. As I said the LATTE has a tint of yellow while the SAND and DK TAN are more of a pinky beige. It’s like WHITES. If you have ever looked at a paint chart for whites you would never think there are so many variations. I think the question is can one substitute for another, and the answer is….yes….and no. It depends how you want to wear them. If you just want a nice taupe or beige to wear as a contrast with black, brown, navy etc. any one of them will work….but if you want to coordinate then to specific clothes such as the latte with the coffee bean/latte print or stripe sweater, or the Dk Tan with the Dk Tan cotton sateen then only those specific colors work best….I also did each color in different tops….I think only the cardigan repeats in the Latte and Dk Tan…….I hope I have cleared up any questions you may have.

  56. TexasBarb

    Louis,

As always I am looking forward to the new jewelry items we saw yesterday. You mentioned it has already been delivered so I was hoping you could provide the item numbers.

Thanks for the wonderful shows yesterday and of course all of the beautiful clothes!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear TexasBarb…..they are: ……..J291535 for the necklace………J291536 for the bracelet…J291538 for the earring…….and they are beautiful!

      1. TexasBarb

Thanks so much for the item numbers. They all looked beautiful so I am anxious as usual to purchase and receive them.

        1. nikki

which item# were these jewelry pieces shown with. I guess I missed them.

          1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear nikki…….you can see the earring and the necklace on the video of A233950, the open front WK cardigan. Both Brenda and Chantal are wearing the necklace and earring with the 72 inch glass faceted bead necklace. The new necklace has two different size round faceted glass beads spaced out on a fine silver chain. The earring is a single bead suspended from the chain and the bracelet is stretch and a single row of the larger glass bead. Because they are glass they sparkle beautifully. I love them worn as a single strand for a very delicate look, or doubled, and mixed with the 72 inch necklace is just the right touch for layering without being overwhelming…………I know these will go just as quickly as the 72 inch necklace.

            1. Sherry

The Black bracelet that Chantal was wearing is a beauty…any chance of it being offered anytime soon???

            2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Sherry…..you have eagle eyes…..the black enamel and silver bracelet [I think that’s the one you are referring to], is part of my personal collection and not in my line….but I have shown it to the jewelry manufacturer and maybe in the future i will do it.

            3. Sherry

I must be part Magpie…the shiny reflections caught my eye…marvelous bracelet…I hope the Q buys in on it.

Another question, please. The reorder of the 72″ glass faceted bead necklace went to waitlist orders…will there be another reorder in the future?

            4. Louis Dell'Olio

Yes….in the jet and bronze only, but they will be late into the fall/winter season.

            5. nikki

Thankyou Louis for the info on the new necklaces. They are beautiful. I have watched that video before but was so fascinated with the butter cardigan and short sleeve that I wasn’t listening. I rec’d some of my new things, the twofers in navy with the navy skirt WOW WOW,WOW, I promptly went back and ordered the sand and black. These are so timeless and wonderful. Your shows were beautiful. Thankyou for all you do. I recently wore the silk chiffon ikat print shirt and top from many years ago. It still looks beautiful. I wish I had some more of those pieces with those beautiful fabrics. Any chance you can do a few pieces in those beautiful fabrics every season, just a few for those special occasions or for those who want to splurge. I think they will still sell well. In the mean time, I love everything I have and I thankyou for your efforts

            6. Sherry

Gasp!!! NO CRYSTAL?…darn it…thanks for the info, I’ll be watching for the Bronze!

            7. Louis Dell'Olio

I said the same thing….they said high returns on the crystal?? but there aren’t any left??? I will keep pushing. They don’t even have a wait list for it???

  57. Sherry

Oh my…I just received the WK Open Front Cardigan in the Coffee Bean…I understand now why some women have this baby in every color…the fit is just perfection…so easy to wear…I MUST have another…LOL. I guess I’ll be adding to the many basics that I purchased yesterday…I’m going to be looking soooo good. LOL.

Hello…my name is Sherry and I’m a Whisper Knit addict…what’s not to love…

  58. Debra

    Dear Louis,

so sorry to bother you but I cannot access yesterday (or earlier dates) on the ASK LOUIS page of your blog.

I had asked yesterday if the black WK shell would be coming with the matching black WK drape cardgian? any idea of date?

many thanks for answering my questions,
    Best,

Dear Debra…..since there are four black tanks avail, including the new twofer…..there are no plans to bring back another. I don’t think the match will be a problem, but when i get my samples I will check the “blacks” out and let you know. You’ll just have to reminding me in a month or so when my sample is due.

      1. Debra

Thank you so much. I would like them to work. I recall you mentioning Gray is a very strong part of your Fall color palette A’s well. When will the black drape become available?

        D

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

The cardigan is coming next JAN. 2015! It’s a long wait….groan.

Louis – really enjoy your sense of humor. Your impression of Dennis Basso was a hilarious response to that nice lady from NJ who must have had some kinda strange fruit for lunch – LOL!

Appreciate your hard work in making each show as informative as the Host allows!

    1. NMM

And you did a really good impression of him! Ha ha!!

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

We may both be Italian and both have gray hair and yes we are both over weight, but that’s where the similarity ends…..LOL

  60. nanc

Dear Louis, Thank you for the great show. In April a list was posted on -QVC forums- one of the items is a quilted Jacket. Is this jacket similar to the quilted jacket from a couple of season’s ago and will one the colors be olive? Thank you, Nanc

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Nanc…….yes and no….the fabric is more similar to, but not exactly like the quilted vest from this past fall….The quilting is woven it, not embroidered on top…. This jacket is coming NEXT JANUARY! So whoever is posting this info is doing all of you an injustice by getting your interests peeked too early…..The colors will be navy and aubergine [as my WK]….sorry no olive.

      1. nanc

Thank you Louis, I am not sure who posted, it was early April and I saved the information on a word document. I am looking forward to the jacket in January. I love your fall WK colors, navy and aubergine sound wonderful. Nanc

      2. Sherry

Yippee!!! A quilted jacket is coming again…it won’t be easy…the waiting I mean. AND in Aubergine…does that mean Aubergine WK will be making a return for Fall/Winter?

  61. paulette

Hello! Loved the shows – your clothes are the best – but I NEED some of your jewelry pieces! Why doesn’t QVC give you a jewelry show? Or can I buy pieces direct from you?

    Please let me know, Thanks

  62. Kate

Fun show yesterday. Looking forward to all the new, especially the sexy tank that I hope works well with the WK bolero. What’s the story with the 3/4 sleeve pebble crepe tunic? I went on WL for the white but as most colors are sold out, guessing this will be part of next spring’s offerings?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Kate….When a new order is placed on a “REORDER” garment only it is immediately posted on the Linea site. This is the programming which really shouldn’t be. The top isn’t due until next Jan-Feb. I know that may be early for white, and some will scratch their heads, but the top is being reordered once, and If I didn’t offer the white then I could never get a white made. After a certain period of time wait list gets canceled, another program mystery, so don’t be surprised after a certain time your top gets a cancellation. Posting these items so early and then saying “sold out” can be very confusing. The good thing is, if the order doesn’t get canceled, when the item arrives it will get shipped out before the show…..The new sexy tank, style wise, will work perfectly with the bolero.

Louis, great shows! You know everything in olive and the woodblock print dress in the moss color will be coming to my closet. And I stocked up on pebble crepe, too.

I just wanted to let you know that your ponte knit zip front jacket, A251580 and the matching ponte pants has become an absolute staple of my spring wardrobe. I have the jacket and pants in red, grey and navy– even though I normally don’t wear much navy. It is an incredibly versatile suited look but as comfy as loungewear! Now you MUST do the jacket and pants in some variant of your many GREEN shades and also in black. PLEASE???– thanks, Blinddogs

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Blinddogs….Glad you like the show…..Your closet must look like the land of “OZ”……LOL………Unfortunately, the jacket and pant you are referencing are not being reordered, so I won’t be able to bring them to you in green or black.

      1. blinddogs

OH NO! Perhaps you could ‘sneak’ it by the Q by doing a solid color in the animal print version of this jacket that was the original style of this jacket? SHH I won’t tell… I only ordered the animal print version after receiving the red solid jacket because I liked the cut and fit so much.–Blinddogs

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Blinddogs….actually the jacket that was duplicated in the solid ponte is A237387, which is still avail. I was surprised with the success of the animal version that the solid would do just as well if not better, but for some reason it didn’t. If you like the fit and length of the animal you should look at this version….and it comes in a green. By the way the animal has been reordered and will be coming in OLIVE/BLACK.

  64. Lauren

Hi Louis! Will the baroque cross necklaces be coming back? Thank you for all the beautiful clothes – now I want your jewelry!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Lauren…please refresh my memory………..which is the Baroque cross? Is that the large one with the center stone on each side? If so…yes….I believe it is coming back.

      1. Sheesh

If I may, Louis, the Baroque Cross is the long necklace with the multiple matte finish crosses and the matching earrings in Goldtone and Silvertone. I adore this necklace and wear it, and the earrings a lot. Now I need it in Silvertone, too! Gunmetal and Chocolate/Copper would be great, too, if you can convince the PTB at the Q to order them.

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Sheesh….I already heard back….the necklaces have been reordered and are due in July….the earrings were not reordered.

        2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Sheesh………….don’t know if I answered you….they are due July/Aug…..I have no idea when they will be processed and ready to ship by the Q. Are you on wait list? They usually ship those first.

  65. Sherry

Loved the shows…what a great Spring/Summer finale. Appreciated all the special offers, but bought way too much, purchased quite a few WK cardis and tops…staples for all year round so good investment pieces as always. Can’t wait to get the 2 new tunics and matching bottoms…had a great time watching. Many thanks to you and Jac…give the girls a hug from me when you get home.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Sherry….so happy you liked the show. I knew there were going to be lots of temptations in this two hour show….it was really packed with goodies! look at it this way….it was the last big bang of the season so you might as well splurge and you still have time to save up for fall…..LOL

      1. Nancy (AKA TheOwl)

Well, except for the fact that that fabulous new jewelry you showcased in the Jane and Pat show in the black and in the crystal is “coming” – AND I think another crystal necklace to go with the Silver Crystal necklace – as well as earring and bracelet….And memory fails on what ELSE is coming this summer 😉

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Nancy….the new faceted glass earring, necklace and bracelet should be avail soon, at least it should be since it has been delivered. For anyone who has the clear or jet necklaces these are a must have to mix in, but on their own they are delicate and gorgeous……the next jewelry I believe is due in Aug……but I’m never sure when it gets delivered or worse ….POSTED.
