“FEATHER JERSEY HOODED TUNIC CON’T”
The FEATHER JERSEY HOODED TUNIC is the perfect combination of CASUAL/CHIC. It has a 3/4 length sleeve to show off your new CLEAR , TORTOISE or IVORY WATCH. The fabric just flows over the body which gives you lots of air circulating to keep you COOL and COMFORTABLE. In the photos above I have paired the SEAFOAM tunic with the matching pull-on SEAMFOAM skirt…..for a wonderful two piece dress look……suitable for the office, a luncheon or even a wedding reception…….all of the pull-on skirts, whether short or maxi, are lined. I have also photographed it with my cotton/span Capri legging……a pair of flip flops a straw bag and sunglasses….my watch and you’re ready for the day ahead. The SMOKE hooded tunic I have paired with the new pull-on pant, which I should say is somewhat different from the OLIVE, WALNUT and BERRY Feather Jersey Pant, A233191. A COLUMN of COLOR always looks fantastic. For those of you who may want to shorten any of the pieces……it is a very easy alteration for any seamstress or tailor…………..POLYESTER …..as a yarn is like a CAMELEON, and can take on many different characteristics from heavy coatings and tweeds to chiffon. I have said it many times…..there are zillions of qualities of polyester and they should not be LUMPED TOGETHER as the DREADED POLYESTER MONSTER!!!…..ALL DESIGNERS at every LEVEL use POLYESTER….and I know that if I told you to guess, with many of the fabrics today,which fabrics were and which weren’t polyester…. you wouldn’t know…………The colors for the HOODED TUNIC are…………….ORCHID…………….SMOKE………..NECTAR…………SEAFOAM……….The Seafoam is VERY close to the AQUA WK color….just a little paler……..the nectar is a CREAM CYCLE color…..a very soft and flattering color……….perfect for the summer months ahead……………………….enjoy……..much Love……….Louis
