……………………………I took the girls to dinner at “The Restaurant” in Rowayton on the water. There is also a fish market right there. The Restaurant is primarily a fish restaurant and the food is excellent. There is the main restaurant which has an enclosed deck where we art, and a separate plastic tent just outside on the large wharf where they also serve dinner. The entire restaurant was packed. It’s very picturesque with all of the boats docket just outside. It was the perfect way to spend our last night.

…………………………..This evening, Nov. 8th, we are not only casting our votes….but we are celebrating……”THE BEAVER FULL MOON”………..Every first full moon of November is called the Beaver Full Moon, in honor of the semiaquatic rodents. This is the time of year when the beavers begin to take shelter after storing their food for the winter ahead….according to the OLD FARMER’S ALMANAC……It was also the time when the North American trappers caught the beavers for their thick rick pelts……..Tonight will be a BEAVER BLOOD FULL MOON…..that has spiritual meaning. It is said after the Beaver Full Moon people come to terms with information that could change their lives….Biblical references use the moon symbol to highlight cosmic events, and divine epiphanies. It is a time of reflection and gratefulness. It is also said after a beaver full moon winter will quickly approach……..so get ready!

……………………….It was a glorious day…..more like August than Nov!……….Girls just want to have fun!!!!

……………………………Angela, Chantal and Kate arrived at 8:00pm after a long day of work and a three hour drive…..my poor dears! They dropped their bags and we immediately went out to diner……We went to the CRAB SHELL for fish dinners. Sheree, our waitress, who also is trained by George my trainer was so happy to meet the girls……Afterwards we sat by the fire, listened to music and had some wine…..then after much laughter and catching up we went up to bed at 1:30……I had big plans for Sat. which has arrived……We are off to the ELM STREET DINER for breakfast…..They are desperate for coffee!!!!!
