“THE INAUGURAL GALA”
…………………..In 1993 I went to the Bill Clinton Inaugural Gala. Once again since Jac and I weren’t married, she wasn’t invited. I went with Lorraine Bracco and her husband at the time Edward James Olmos. All I can say is it was EXTREMELY CROWDED and was like a zoo!! The entertainment was fabulous, and Beyonce sang “At Last” which really pissed Etta James off and she let it be known, because Etta felt it was HER SONG, and she thought if they wanted that song they should have invited her……NOBODY not even Queen B sings that song like ETTA!…The evening was chaotic, but I can always say I was there, and did see history in the making!
