    Dear Louis or Jennifer
I’m in the process of ordering the gauze crepe topper and gauze pant and notice there about three gauze pants. I prefer a slim fit on my pants and hope you can tell which of these offers the slimmest fit. Also, which of the three did you originally show with the topper. Thank you very much.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Barbara…there are a few gauze toppers so to give you the right answer which are you speaking of….A# of the topper please

  2. April

It’s not so much about the wrist as the hand, I think. My wrist is 6 3/4″, but I can reach a full octave on the piano, which made my teacher happy when I was a kid. Now, I don’t exactly have the “man hands” of Seinfeld girlfriend legend, but I have long fingers & wear M/L in womens’ gloves. The trick is to close your fingers around your palm & ROLL these bracelets on, as you say. Viola! I sure hope there aren’t too many returns because I really want one in silver now that I have both the gold and black, & I want them to order it again. There was a WL for about 2 min. that I missed because we’re so tied up in the World Cup here & I can’t be everywhere at once, lol. Ole, ole, ole, ole!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear April….I have a feeling there are many being returned due to the fact they can’t get them on,….so keep an eye out for returns.

    Louis,
QVC has posted new colors in the Carnival necklace – black multi, caramel multi, plum multi and teal multi – but no photos. Is the metal color silver in these new ones? Are you planning on posting peaks? Can’t wait to see (and order).
    Thanks!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

The black has silver, the plum and teal have gunmetal and the caramel had chocolate metal….they are all beautiful…..no sneak peeks until Sept when they are being shipped

  4. Melissa W

    Hi Louis,

Guess what I am wearing today! The pecan elbow length top (love these, hope they come back in more colors), the long Yosemite necklace (simply unique), jeans, some cool cowboy boots I just bought last weekend, and the silver roller bracelet.

Oh my gosh, these bracelets are so fun. Not to compare your beautiful bracelets to a cheap toy, but these remind me of a slinky in that I just want to keep playing with it, if that makes any sense. I ordered all four colors, but two (gold and black) are delayed. I sure hope I receive them as I would like to layer them. And FYI, I have a 6 1/4 inch wrist and they fit great. Love them!!

Also, wore your grass green tie dye boho with the green waist whittling WK for Father’s Day and my family oohed and ahhed. I can’t wait to wear one my island floral maxis.

Do you think the navy floral boho (I haven’t ordered it yet) would look ok with cowboy boots? It’s not something I’ve worn together before…

Thanks for all your fabulous designs. I was wowed by Bobbie and Marti’s testimonials. But I’m not surprised. Your fabulous designs help us to feel great whether it’s out on the town traveling in someplace fashionable like NY or just going to work or going about our daily business.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

I would love the navy tie dye boho with cowboy boots and a white shirt….maybe a western belt and a necklace….the Inca would keep the mood.

  5. Joyce Adams

Bobbie, I loved your New York fashion stories. It is so true. One is always well dressed with Linea and the pieces last forever as they are so well made.

Also, am returning two gunmetal and one silver rolling bracelets. Way too small for me but I had hoped!

Louis, you are just the best.

  6. Bobbie

Louis, I went to New York last week, for the second time in my life. My hotel was in the Fashion District near Madison Ave. I felt a little insecure and unsure about what to pack but decided to take all of my new Linea pieces. I was waiting for an Uber ride, dressed in your black guaze crepe long topper, tank with pockets and pants, with your silver nugget necklace and earrings and silver bracelet. I accessorized with a pair of Coach red pointed toe flats with small silver studs and a Coach tote with big red roses. Two women approached me and gushed over my necklace and earrings. Then one stood back, looked me up and down and said, “Lovely, just lovely.” My husband just grinned. Later, I met my sister-in-law, and she kept repeating, “You look like you just stepped out of Vogue!” The next day, we went for lunch, and the weather was rather cool, so I wore the black guaze crepe assymetrical cardigan, pale pink tank with chiffon bottom, black guaze crepe pants, Coach pink flats and pale pink and silver handbag. I wore your pink seed beed necklace and matching bracelet. As soon as we were seated, a women came across the restaurant and said, “I just want to say that you look beautiful, and that is a gorgeous necklace! When you walked in the room, I couldn’t take my eyes off of you. My friends asked what I was staring at! I told them that I had to go and tell that lady I admired her jewelry!” That was just 2 out of 5 incidents where someone admired my Linea fashions while in the fashion center of the country! My husband loved the new black blazer/suit with the short silver palm necklace that I wore for dinner! I wore some colorful outfits, also, like the tropical print topper with your jeans and the new tie dye tops, but black seems to be the go-to color in NYC! Thank you for your Linea line, which is so classic, feminine, and flattering, and thank you for showing your ladies how to dress so effortlessly! It certainly has given me confidence in dressing!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Bobbie….all I can say is WOW! Even in NYC you showed them what style is all about….Believe me it’s not just the clothes…it’s the woman wearing them. To receive so many compliments, and women coming over to you is not something that regularly happens in NYC. Most will just admire in silence, so you should feel very proud that you wowed them…..and I am proud you are such a good Linea ambassador!

  7. Beryl

So sorry I didn’t listen to you about the roller bracelets. My gold one just arrived and I’m sorry I didn’t order every color. What a fantastic bracelet. I am wait listed for the gun metal. Here’s hoping.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Beryl. I am sure there are just as many women who didn’t listen to me about having too big for small wrists…who wanted it so bad they bought it anyway…only to realize they have to return it so be on the lookout!

      1. Chris S.

Two of these beauties (gold, gunmetal) will unfortunately be on the way back to QVC tomorrow since I can’t get them on. I wear a 7 1/4″ bracelet and a size 7 glove (average). I thought for sure they would work for me. Some lucky Linea Lady will get my returns.

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Chris I have a question for you. Did you try to push them on or roll them on….it makes a big difference.

          1. Chris S.

I tried the rolling technique over my folded hand multiple times, but it still doesn’t work. Palm is 7 1/4″ and wrist is just under 7″. I comfortably wear a 7 1/4″ bracelet and size 7 gloves. I guess our individual bone structure or how flexible we are makes the difference in whether it will fit. (I didn’t even try getting it on the wrist with the titanium plate and screws in it. LOL)

Just an fyi for ladies. There is a green patina Etruscan set available

  9. Carol

I’m so thrilled with all my new jewelry purchases. The Aztec, the rolling bracelet, the bar earrings, the geometry set, the Yosemite long–all of them real winners! I love the shiny black pieces so much. I hope everyone enjoys what they ordered from that wonderful jewelry show as much as I do. Looking forward to what’s coming in July…especially the j-hoop sets.

  10. Anonymous

    Louis,
Hello! I saw you on Q2 recently, it was your jewelry show. You mentioned that you stand behind all your pieces and to let you know if we ever had a problem with one, even if the finish was becoming “tarnished”. Well, that is the exact problem I have. I ordered your Y bar necklace (QVC item J325471-gold tone) the very first time you brought it to QVC and wear it “A LOT”. I love it! However, I have worn it so much that the gold tone finish has worn off from the clasp about a third of the way down on each side. I love it so much that I have tried to re-order it but it is always sold out. I now have your new bar earrings on order although they are on backorder. Hoping you can assist. Thanks in advance,

    Sincerely,
    Teri Gee

PS. I have worn your clothing and jewelry from your first show on QVC. You are my favorite designer!

    1. Kate

I’m sure LDO will respond but in case he misses this, here’s the info. I sent 2 pieces to them for re-plating and they came back in perfect condition. It took about 3 weeks from the time I shipped mine till I got them back. No other brand that I know of-QVC or otherwise–offers this kind of service. Hope this helps.

enclose a brief letter stating you are a QVC customer, the problem, a check for $7.50 for return shipping and your return address……..let me know how it works out

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Teri Gee…..Kate was kind enough to give you all the info you need before I even saw your post. I’m more than sure you will be happy with the result!

  11. Andrea

I just got the white jeans. I ordered my regular size 8 in your pants. The rise is too short on me. I mean REALLY SHORT. I am long waisted but pants that come to the waist, which was said about these always fit. Should I return for two sizes larger (size 12) or should I just give up on these? It doesn’t cost anything for a return but I don’t know if I should go for a 10 or 12?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Andrea…..go fore it because it will cost you nothing. If your an 8 the 12 is going to be too big…..try the 10

  12. Joanne

    Hi Louis
Did I dream this? Are you doing black sequin or some other beaded pants for the Xmas season.
    Thanks

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Yes Joanne….you had a very sweet dream, but this one will come true in Oct.!!!!It’s a sequin pant that I have been trying to do for many many years….I finally got a yes!

      1. Joanne

Hooray! Sequin pants will be so wonderful.

      2. Somersault

Louis, I am soooooooo excited for these sequin pants. I think it was about 7 years ago, the last time QVC allowed you to do a “holiday” collection. Maria wore them! They were, just, so beautiful and you said they were from Anne Klein. You must have been showing a top and used the sequin pants as how it could be dressed up. It might have been on the same show as your black sequin skirt which I bought and still have. I have waited so long and am thrilled that dreams come true! oxoxoxox Cat

        1. Joanne

Somersault – I also still have the sequin skirt and top outfit Louis did a while ago for QVC. I handle it gingerly. I love that outfit. I am also happy about the sequin pants. Such fun!

  13. Sheesh

Dear, dear Louis. I really do not want to harass you, BUT I ordered the Black GEO and they sent me the Black Rolling Bracelet instead. Now mind you, I did not order the Rolling Bracelets a I have a exceedingly skinny wrist and narrow hand (hips—not so much). Well, I had to try on the Rolling Cuff and it is to seriously die for. Honestly, if they made a Small I would buy two of each! It is simply stellar—and so much fun! Sooo, please, please ask the buyers to bring it back in Small, Average and Large so that all of your devoted customers can have this iconic piece!

Meanwhile I will send this Cuff to another Linea devotee who got the Bar Earrings instead of the Rolling Cuff–so she is going to be happy! The Q is seriously messing up orders this past month or so. I received at least 3 wrong orders, including orders for other Q customers sent to me. I think they messed up many of your jewelry orders and I expect to read about it on the Q Forum.

    All the best, Sheila

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Shelia….that’s outrageous….You should definitely start a thread on the Linea forum and title it to the Powers that Be…..maybe that will catch their eye!

  14. Beth

Louis, I really enjoyed your jewelry show this last week. I purchased the alabaster aztec necklace and the goldtone rolling bracelet. I can’t wait for my new pieces to arrive! I remember you mentioning that there is going to be a set of hoop earrings available that is similar to the hoop earring that was included with the scythe necklace. I was wondering if those will be introduced this season or later in the year, or maybe next year? I love all my Linea pieces and thank you so much for all you do!

    Beth

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Beth. I call them my “go with everything Hoops” They will be avail. this JULY, next month! I HOPE! They are the same shape and approx. the same size as the Scythe hoop only they are smooth, not hammered. They will be sold in sets of I think 4 or 5 colors, can’t remember. The “Classics”, and the “Exotics”….I have been showing the Scythe hoop a lot lately so these will be a necessity for me to show. It seems I really don’t have any separate earrings to sell. I would recommend getting two sets of which ever colors appeal to you so you always have a spare……just in case!

      1. Beth

Louis, Thank you so much for your reply. I look forward to these and I will take your advice and get two sets of both colors.

      2. blinddogs

Louis, will these new hoop earrings sets be offered in Clip style??? Please!!!!-blinddogs

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Blinddogs….I inquired….I was told the plan is both, however they have not been ordered, and “IF” they are eventually ordered they will be for Q4 which is Oct though Nov. for gift giving. So I actually don’t know what or if they will be coming or how they will be avail.I didn’t know this until this morning…….The Carnival in the 4 new colors have been ordered!

  15. World Traveler

I am new to the Linea line and have fallen in love with the Printed ¾ Sleeve Hi-Low Top/Ombre (A263353 on QVC). I have four in my closet with the fifth one on its way. I have also purchased four of your necklaces to go with these tops. My questions is: Would you please consider bringing back some of the colors you had for this top when you first started making them? I understand there is a Flame and a Fuschia, and I know those colors would be wonderful in my increasing Linea closet. One of the QVC Linea forum posters showed me photos of those two colors, and I would love to see them return for purchase. Since there are always new Linea customers, it would be nice if those of us who missed it the first time around to have a chance at more colors for what is commonly known as a hit design! Thank you for any consideration you might be able to give to this request.

    1. vickybliss

I would love to see the pink and aqua reordered, especially the PINK. Thanks

      1. Ruth

I agree with Vickybliss. The pink shading to gray and the aqua shading to gray are among my favorites. My other favorites are the Peacock and the Alabaster but those have already returned.

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear WT…Welcome to Linea!!!!…..sorry for my late response….I will definitely consider bringing back the flame and fuchsia, however, many times it is not up to me. The “planners” make the final decision. Even though a color may have sold out it still may have had high returns. It doesn’t look that way to the observer because they don’t know the amount of wait list and how many times a certain color goes in and out of the warehouse…..so the returns aren’t evident, because it always looks sold out… In general I don’t like bringing back old colors because it just looks like nothing is selling when you see the same things over and over. Bringing in new colors keeps the style fresh, but I hear you…..no promises, but if they do decide to reorder it again I will suggest those colors…..maybe they will pick one.

      1. Fairfax

Thank you, Louis, for considering it. From the posts on your QVC forum, I am not alone in this request. You have such a huge following with the QVC gals. I never read a bad post about you or your line of clothes. I had not watched your presentations, but one day after reading all their wonderful posts, I decided to not only watch you, but to purchase some things. Well, now it is obvious why they were so profuse with their reviews about your clothing! ha! Again, thank you so much for listening to your fans and taking into consideration their hopes for not only the prior colors for this top coming back, but also eagerly looking forward to new combinations.

        1. World Traveler

Not sure why my reply came up as Fairfax, but I’m World Traveler responding to your reply about additional colors for this top. Must have skipped a step in replying. 🙁

  16. Seka

Louis, Would you be able to let us know the colours of the upcoming Long Trench Coat. I know Black will be one of the colours – am curious about the other options (especially if Red was chosen).
    Thank you.
    Seka.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

The coat isn’t due until Oct., but yes, a beautiful saturated red is one….the third will have to remain a mystery!

      1. Seka

Oh My Goodness! RED! Thank you, Louis, for making this happen! I just might have to buy the RED and the Black! Planning ahead is ingrained in me from my business background.
        Seka.

      2. Kathy/Wis

Oh my Red in the trench coat! How fabulous!

      3. Suellen

Oh, Louis your long trench in RED — be still, my heart!Thank you, thank you, thank you for listening to your Ladies on this request!

        1. Grace

So thrilled to hear the red is coming our way 🙂 Louis, can you share the length of the trench coat? Just curious…

          1. Louis Dell'Olio

I don’t know the exact length, but if I remember correctly it will be avail in petite too. It’s definitely midi or longer

      4. Andrea

OMG!! Is it a real red, not merlot? That would be a show stopper. I’m down to two red winter coats. I bought everything you did in scarlet. I’m saving my sheckels. I’m only 5’2”. I assume it would be ankle length on me.

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

It’s my scarlet red and will be avail in Petite, so no worries.

          1. Suellen/2E

You’ve made my day, Louis! I had fingers crossed for the trench to be your Scarlet Red. This will be glorious!

  17. Joanne

    Hi Louis
Are you bringing back (A298447) Petite Super Ponte Slim leg pants in black. Also are you bringing back the same pant (A298446) Super Ponte Slim leg pant Regular in black. I love the style of these pants. I own both lengths – one for heels and one for flats.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Joanne, no, these pants were not reordered. I loved these pants too and thought they were a good fit, but they didn’t sell nearly as well as the Super Ponte boot Cut which is coming back in Aug in new colors plus the black and taupe….all in petites. A heads up….the blackberry slim leg version is going to be very useful with this coming fall’s collection.

      1. Ruth

I’m disappointed to hear that these pants are not being reordered. They are one of my favorites. I love the black and the gray and I wear them quite frequently. I would have liked to see them in navy and dark brown.
Not to dwell on the negative, but to let you know that if you design something similar, I’d buy it.

        1. Donna Aflague

Just wanted to let you know that I too am disappointed about the slim leg pant. I have that pant in 4 colors but have lost weight and need new ones for fall. I am a plus size and the pant legs are always too large in my size. All pant legs have to be altered but less so the slim leg. Bummer!
          Donna from California

          1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Donna and Ruth….I may have given you the wrong answer. If A298447, is the pant you want, then yes it was reordered and coming back in Nov.

            1. Ruth

              Hi Louis,
A298447is the Super Ponte Slim Leg in Petite.
I like A298446 Super Ponte Slim Leg in the Regular length.
Do you think that the A298466 is returning?
              Thank you,
              Ruth

            2. Joanne

Hooray!!!! Hooray!!!! I absolutely love the Linea super ponte slim leg pants. I was bereft.

      2. Joanne

I am so disappointed!! I am surprised that they are not even coming back in black. They have been sold out for months. I love this style of pants. They are so slimming and flattering.

      3. Maia

I’m another person who is disappointed the slim leg pant isn’t coming back! My three colors are too large for me now so I expected to replenish my wardrobe with reorder pants. I was able to get blackberry in my new size but really was expecting at least a reorder in black. Darn.

          1. Maia

            Thank you, Louis!

  18. Seka

Louis, the suit you mention in the response below – the Suit for this fall – is this the Tuxedo Suit?
    Seka.

    Louis Dell’Olio
    June 22, 2018 at 9:37 AM
…..I will be offering a suit this fall, and another next spring 2019

      1. Seka

Thank you, Louis! That’s great news! Fall is my favourite season when it comes to clothing!
        Seka.

      2. Joanne

        Hi Louis
I am so happy you are bringing another suit besides the tuxedo suit. I purchased your ivory suit this season and wear it all of the time. Because It is so packable, I have traveled with it professionally. I would have purchased the black one also, but I already own a couple of wonderful black suits.

  19. Dawn

    Hi Louis,

Really enjoyed the jewelry show. Ordered the gold and silver rolling bracelets when they were first posted. I ordered a lot of jewelry and decided at the last minute to get the black and it sold out. I know, I know — you snooze you lose. Do you think with the sell out the Q might do a reorder? Copper would be nice too!

    Thanks for all you do.

    Dawn

      1. Dawn

        Hi Louis,

I’ll be glad for what I ordered. Would like to see more copper tone jewelry. I have a wide palm so I think I’ll be okay with the roller bracelets. Just put in another large order (7) which included another gauze crepe topper/tank in copper and the copper ox Inca necklace.

Thanks for all you do and your prompt reply.

        Dawn

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dawn….I have a truly incredible necklace and earring set coming in July. I already showed the bracelet [that wasn’t ordered], but everyone who saw it flipped for it. The necklace is fabulous.

          1. Dawn philbin

            Thank you Louis!

            Dawn

  20. Amanda Barber

About once or twice a year I completely go through my closet and cull things that no longer make me feel happy to wear them. I have never gotten rid of a single piece of Linea. I have things over 10 years old that I still wear and cherish as much as I did the day I bought them. Maybe one day I will have nothing but Linea in my closet and that is ok with me.

  21. Ruth

    Dear Louis,
Your shows were great! Your offerings were wonderful and you were entertaining and informative.
It was so good to see you,
    Ruth

  22. Marti stanley

Yes.I too was thinking about putting a picture on the Facebook page. Mr. Louis you have helped me so much. Two years ago I was buying pants in the men’s athletic department at Target and a few cheap shirts in 2x women’s.I wanted to present myself better at work. So I watched Louis Dellolio on QVC. I found clothes to fit my hard to fit Apple shape body. I looked at Maria for my size and Jac for my coloring and her quiet sophisticated style. I am more confident at work, like the robber in OHenry ,clothes make the man or woman. Mr Louis it is you open way that has touched my heart and in turn allowed me to be a better person.

    1. Kathy J

What a great testimonial! I applaud QVC for giving women of all sizes attractive clothes and at the same price from XXS to 2X. Why should larger women have be stuck with unattractive styles?

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

WOW, Marti, I am so touched and happy I could help you in any way I can…..

  23. Melissa W

    Good morning Louis!

Great shows yesterday!! It is so fun to watch you – you are such a natural in front of the camera. Especially pleased that you finally got an all jewelry show to showcase your wonderful jewelry. I ordered all four rolling bracelets, the longer Yosemite…I can’t remember everything I ordered, lol.

Today I am wearing the big deal peplum top in the pretty blue with the silver Inca necklace. Love!!! I am not one that usually posts pics of myself, but sometimes I wish there was a way to share our outfits with you and the other Linea ladies. I think it’d be fun to see how others style their Linea.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Melissa. Some women have posted pictures on the face book page.

      1. Melissa W

        Thanks Louis! I’ll consider that.

Wearing the new pale aqua henley tank today. So pretty.

Finally got to try on a few things last night. I was hesitant about the cropped jeans but they fit great! Hope you can bring back more colors like a camo and light wash denim.

The island floral dresses. Wow!!!!! I got the green/blue and the orchid/mocha. I cannot tell you how pretty I felt wearing these gorgeous prints. Love these!!

        Thank you!!!

  24. Ingrid

    Hello Louis,

Will you be offering a blazer anytime this year? I missed out on the last one. Another comment on your jewelry – I was watching “Suits”, I believe it was the first season; and Jessica was wearing one of your necklaces. It was the first beach glass from a few years ago – maybe everyone knows this, but I am behind in my TV watching!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Ingrid…..I will be offering a suit this fall, and another next spring 2019

  25. Amanda Barber

Dear Louis, I enjoyed the fun shows but was surprised they never showed the adorable printed cropped pants. They are so wonderful. What are they waiting for?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Amanda….they were the first item on Jayne’s Closet on last night’s 7:00pm show on QVC1. Maybe they have a video up?

  26. Pamela

Good evening Louis and ladies. Sidebar…just watched a dvr recording of Bob Mackies show from 2-4this afternoon. He used all of Louis’ jewelry and he did credit him..yay! Toodles. Pamela in the SS.

    1. pamela

Well the t-shirt question has been answered for me …purchased 6 at midnight. THANKS LOUIS!!!

  27. Carolyn

Well, it’s completely Louis’ fault! He creates great items and that just have to come home with me. Loved the show. Purchase a few pieces of jewelry. Thank you Mr LDO! Love you!

  28. Casey (aka KcFoxy)

Excellent high energy shows Louis and you looked extra wonderful with your beautiful periwinkle tie! While watching the QVC2 Jewelry presentations it suddenly struck me how lovely it would be to see the Etruscan necklace (set) with Silver and Russian Gold, or possibly tricolor, adding the Copper Ox…swoon-worthy

Keep up the prodigious output but please find some time to carve out for yourself to rest, refresh and continue healing. On our part we will (somehow) pump new life into old and abused CCs. 😉

  29. Carol

QVC must be thinking a two hour jewelry show would be a good idea after today’s success. I know I do. Ordered so much. : )

  30. Sheesh

Wow, Louis, you were in rare form last night and today during your shows, which were just great! Good to see you are doing so well. We are always routing for you…I hope you can feel that. Courtney and Nancy were both great hosts.

  31. Cindy B

    Hi Louis,

Just had to comment on how often the models are using your beautiful jewelry to accessorize outfits from other designers! I love it!! I really wish you were given credit when this happens because it truly is a testament to your artistry and the versatility of your pieces working with all different kinds of clothing.

  32. Pamela

Hi Louis, know you’re about to hit stage. Just wondering if the NEW beach glass has any glass or all resin? , was a little confused.Maybe you will address in show. Also, what with the v-neck tee? 06/21 perhaps?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Pamela…….The beach glass necklace is made out of resin. I gave the manufacturer actual pieces of beach glass I collected over the years, and they took molds of the pieces, and had them reproduced in resin. It would be impossible to make many necklace exactly the same using real glass. Using real glass would be a one of a kind necklace, not 200 pieces exactly the same….The V-neck was “Show & Mention” on Jayne’s closet last night at 7PM. It was supposed to get a full presentation, but at the last minute the show got changed, but at least two models had it on in the sapphire and black with the print crop pant….It’s a great Tee, just try it. You can always ship it back at no cost because it didn’t fit, or you didn’t like the color…….right.

      1. Pamela

AS IF!!! I love all of the colors and ordered 6 at midnight when I saw them…unfortunately AFTER I posted the question, so sorry to bother you with that, however, Thank You for answering the beach glass question. Was thinking my blue had 2 0r 3 pieces of actual glass at the bottom. If not, no matter because I love that one and am sure I will love the fern color.

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

The quality control department at QVC would never allow real glass, and as I said, we would never find any pieces of glass in the same sizes to make more than one.

Ladies: the geometric necklace and earring set J354000 and the tee shirt with shoulder buttons A308470 are up for ordered on Q, just search for the items using the numbers–they do not appear yet when you search for what’s new in Linea. Got mine!

  35. Nancy (aka TheOwl)

Louis, any chance of considering doing a long – midi length – straight white skirt – no slit unless it comes well below the knee? I’ve been wanting a straight long white skirt to wear with SO many of your tops for some years now. When the Linea Leisure came out and there were white pants I raced to the skirts – but alas no white straight long skirt. I have and wear the navy and the black ones though 😉

  36. luvitorleaveit

Dear Louis I am so thrilled with my goodies that I received today I just did a quick fashion show in my living room for my husband. He convinced me to order the green floral dress and it is fabulously beautiful in person, I also ordered both colors of the crepe dress I love the black but the tobacco color is awesome! The henley in pale orchid is beautiful, I already received and wore the wood bead necklace set to church Sunday with my spice button front dress that I brought last year I think or whenever it was presented. I have the pink bead necklace and cuff…..gorgeous, I am waiting for the brass inca necklace set and the tsv in pink. Everything fits perfectly! Whew! Waiting for the next shows!

  37. Pamela

Hi Louis. Thanks for sneaks…will the new fern beach glass be available for the 6/20jewelry show as well? Can’t wait …napping this afternoon so I can catch the show at 1 a.m.

  38. Bernadette

    Hi Louis,

Is there a chance we will get a sneak of the glaze crepe asymmetrical tunic? I know there was a sneak of the ivory on your recent show I believe with Leah but I was hoping for the fern and turquoise. And honestly I review your photos, older and new for ideas on what to wear to work each day!!! 😁😁😁

    Hugs,
    Bernadette

  39. Norma Jean

When will you restock the Super Ponte Boot Cut Pant with 32 inch inseam? I am back for Black but it is sold out.

Fortunately I acquired Alabaster, Winter White, Navy, Fawn, but I need another pair of Basic Black!

I have survived kidney cancer but have lost a lot of weight. In fact this is how I discovered your wonderful Linea clothing line. Wearing all of my new Linea purchases makes me feel better than ever! It is especially nice to feel well put together again after spending so much time in hospital gowns.

    Norma Jean
    Michigan

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Norma Jean…..I hope you are feeling better, and will recover completely!!!! If my clothing helps to make you feel better that is music to my ears. Yes. Yes, Yes….the pant you are asking about will be back in August in 5 colors and BLACK will definitely be one of them. Since it is a reorder pant be on the lookout from the beginning of August. I never know when they post anything anymore?

  40. Goldie76

Louis, do you remember your “V-Neck Short-sleeve Flecked T-Shirt” (A255670)? I ask because yesterday I wore the one called Sea Foam (if I remember correctly), and I was so impressed by the fit and comfort of that shirt. So impressed, in fact, that I hankered after more of the same. It is sold out, of course.

Is it possible to reproduce this top again in new colors? Truly, I cannot find any tops in the “outside world” that fit the way yours do. It is lightweight yet substantial so that it does not cling. The cut is fabulous!

    1. Teri

I have this in two colors and it is great for stand alone or layers. I think I also have the matching peplum cardigan in oatmeal? It is a good weight and good for travel.

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Goldie, I remember the top and the cardigan and there was another top and i believe a tank. Unfortunately none of the pieces did well. Yes, they eventually sold out after they were put on clearance for quite some time.I have no plans to bring them back. They just didn’t sell well. I’m glad you liked the….I did too.

      1. Goldie76

Disappointing news, Louis. However, you have a new V-neck tee that has my interest. JUST IN TIME!

  41. Somersault

Louis, I, just, heard back from QVC regarding a live audience show for you. They said the request has been forward to the Broadcasting Dept. The response to my posting of the request on the QVC facebook page generated their interest and response. I have posted to the QVC forum pages as well. I and your Ladies will do all we can to make this happen for you. I will not take no for an answer! You, truly, deserve it! oxoxoxo Cat

  42. Chris/Jazzmom

Louis, do you know if the scythe necklace/earring set has been reordered? Chocolate would be lovely with the dark brown cords in this as well as the original colors.

    1. julie

Chocolate Scythe gets my attention!! I’m still kicking myself for not ordering the Copper for the nanosecond it was available!

Chris, I hope Louis sees this & answers you!

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Chris, at this time I have no answer. My jewelry people and I made a list of ALL the jewelry items that should be reordered like the Scythe, the Petal, the Pompeii, the Cancun and the Cozumel etc etc, but as you know they don’t get reordered by how well they preformed or how quickly they sold out anymore. It all depends how much $$$$ is given to the jewelry line. It unfortunately is way under budgeted!

      1. Yvette

I’m hoping for a return of the scythe necklaces, too. I keep up with this blog and with the QVC Linea forum and I still missed out on the scythe necklaces. Those babies went fast!

  43. Dawn

    Hi Louis,

Lovely pics and a beautiful woman who we all miss. So glad you have these pics to look back on.

I was away during your shows and thought my dvr recorded your shows. Have been going through videos and did find the new silver/black rendition of the carnival necklace. Can you or someone else point to what item was being presented when Antonella stole the bracelet from the model? She is such a hoot.

    1. Ruth

      Hi Dawn,
I can’t seem to find the video where Antonella acquires the bracelet but she is wearing it in the video of the A287617 Gauze Crepe Stand Collar Tunic.
      I hope that helps. Ruth

      1. Seka

Dawn, If you go to the Q’s Linea Forum there’s a Thread called “Possible New Bracelet for Fall -YES! ” that has 2 screen shots of this Bracelet.
        Seka.

        1. Dawn

Thanks Seka. Did see the post under the forum. Just wanted to see Antonella’s reaction.

      2. Dawn

Thanks Ruth. Did see the video with her wearing it.

  44. Marilyn

What lovely photos! The feet are my favs. Wonderful memories.

  45. Susan (aka CarlyTwila)

Hi Louis! I have food for thought…. I have several ombré print tops and I love everything about this top! I reach for the peacock most often and I will tell you why. It could be why it has been so popular. I find this one the most slimming! The lighter the color on top the more the chest area is highlighted. For those of us heavily endowed it would be great if you could do another color combo that is medium dark to very dark. I hope the Q gives you the chance for another round! Thanks for all your hard work and for listening!
    Susan

    1. Lynn H

I’ve had similar thoughts. I own the blueberry, coral, peacock and orchid/red. For me it’s not just the darker color on top, but the more colors & “pattern” (please excuse my crude design term) that create a minimizing illusion for us more heavily endowed in the chest area. The best example of what I’m trying to convey is the color design in the coral. It’s the most camouflaging and the orchid/red is the least of the four I own. I love the colors of all of them, but do reach for the coral & blueberry more often for this reason. I know you have to design for ALL of us. Just my thoughts – will keep on purchasing new colors no matter what.

  46. Donna Aflague

    Hi Louis,
I know you are very busy. One quick question. Is the liner for your new dress, A308457
fitted or is it more of an A line. When I read the measurements, it seemed like I would need to size up for the liner to fit but then the dress itself would be too big.
I love the look of the dress.
    Thanks,
    Donna from California

  47. Somersault

Louis, on the QVC forum, I started a thread for a live audience show with you. Would you have a name of someone we can petition directly? I sent Customer Service a request asking who I should contact but I thought you might know better. All your ladies will work very hard to make this possible! After 18 years, going into the 19th, you deserve it! oxoxoxoxo Cat

  48. Joanne

    Hi Louis
Great shows. I also wish QVC would do a live show. It would wonderful to meet you as well as meet in person the Linea Ladies.

I purchased two of your big deal tops in alabaster and black. I love moss crepe.

I also purchased your v neck flowered maxi dress in orchid and mocha – such beautiful pattern. The dress is so flattering and slimming.

I also purchased your (A302601) ponte crop pants in LInen and your (A302563) Whisperknit sweater with pockets in Linen – a classy sensational outfit.

After being on waitlist forever and then cancelled, I was finally able to purchase the aztec necklace in black as well as alabaster. They are so beautiful and so unique looking – well worth the wait.

  49. Irene

    We Love You, Louis

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Thank you Irene…I do appreciate it…I love you all right back. I wish they would do an audience show so I could meet some of you!

      1. Elaine

Louis, I’d be there with bells on…and my Linea.
Not sure the place it big enough to hold all your Ladies!
It’s been a fabulous spring/summer season of clothes. Looking forward to you jewerly show next week.
        We all feel the love,

      2. Karen in WI

It would be ever so lovely to meet you, Louis, and the beautiful Linea ladies! Yes, we love you bunches!

I really enjoyed your shows and had to make it a priority to sneak them inbetween our boys’ baseball games and gardening (we are planting blueberries this year!). My husband keeps forgetting, when I say I’m off to watch Louis’ show…you know Louis, remember? He smiles then. HE knows that this is one of the things that has helped me have a little “getaway” from the stress of our son’s health issues. And this forum is always a positive place. He absolutely loves the short sleeve maxi dress in the admiral blue. While that dress is surely modest, it does accentuate the curves.

Have a beautiful day! I am wondering if you have had time to change out the pansies yet? You have been very busy!

        1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Karen….yes, I did. When I wasn’t home I had Franco empty the pots, and prepare them for the new summer flowers. Jac couldn’t look when Franco took out the pansies. It always made her sad. So I would tell Franco when “we” would be out so he could empty them. That way when I cam home with Jac and she saw the empty pots I would be with her. Funny how the circle is complete. Now, I can’t watch him remove the pansies. I know how Jac felt. It’s the end of something beautiful that you love…………….The summer flowers are all in and doing well, but it’s just not the same. It wasn’t for Jac, though she loved all flowers, and it’s not the same for me even thought they are very pretty. Now, I can’t wait for the Morning Glories to grow and bloom……another of jac’s favorites. They are getting very tall. The roses on the fence along the drive are starting to bloom. They are a wonderful color….a pink coral with bright yellow centers. Jac loved them too!

          1. Karen in WI

I am glad you have Franco to do the “emptying of pots” for you. I am always touched by how in tune and sensitive you were to your wife’s feelings…making sure you were with her when the pots were empty.

Last fall I told my husband that two of our little sour pie cherry trees had died and they needed to be dug up and replaced in spring. I promptly ordered 2 baby cherry trees this spring and my husband planted them, but he had only taken out one of the dead cherry trees? He said that the other cherry tree would came back. He was sure, I doubted. Well he was right (as usual but don’t tell!) and the little tree is making a comeback.

I have never planted morning glories before so you will have to show me a picture when they are blooming! It sounds like you will always have one of Jac’s favorites blooming through the warm seasons so you have a beautiful reminder every day that she is with you. I always think of you during my daily morning Bible time and send prayers for continued strength and healing this year. Hugs and love dear Louis!

          2. Chris/Jazzmom

You could bring some of them indoors into the air conditioning so they could be with you. Then put them outside again in late summer like around mid September.

            1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Chris, my house was built in 1906, and is a 3 story Dutch Clapboard house. Unfortunately, there is no central air. When we bought the house I asked an air conditioning company if they could put a system in. They said yes, but they would have to tare down the ceilings to put the duct work in….We said no……Fortunately, we live on the sound, and it is usually 10 degrees cooler and usually there is a nice breeze. We do have wall units in the most used areas of the house like the kitchen, the bedrooms and my office and Jac’s office, but I don’t use them often. Jac hated the air condition, and only let me put it on in the bedroom if I pleaded and cried!…LOL So every season I just buy new pansies….It’s a tradition.

            2. Sheesh

Louis, what kind of heating do you have? I have an 80 year old 2 story Dutch Colonial here in MA and I have forced hot air oil heat. I was able to easily add a central AC unit over 20 years ago, using the existing duct work. Now mind you, the heat/AC comes out of floor and baseboard registers and is not quite as efficient as ceiling registers would be if they were building a new house, but the AC works fine and my house is nice and cool. So, if you have forced hot air heating, you can simply add an AC unit and do not need new duct work.

              Sheila

            3. Louis Dell'Olio

I have an oil burner and old radiators that make a lot of noise in the winter when the heat starts to come up…..I love those old noises.

            4. Ruth

              Hi Louis and Sheesh,
I have a ninety year old Dutch Colonial in MA. I’m an interior designer and a friend who specializes in moisture problems in historic buildings told me that it can cause moisture build up and mold if you put central air in old houses so I never installed it in my house. Sheesh, I’m happy for you that your central air worked out for you – it must be great. I stayed with window AC’s, esp. in my 3rd floor studio which can get super hot in the summer.
              Ruth

            5. Louis Dell'Olio

Ruth, we both have third floor studios, and even living on the water, it gets like an oven up there. The window unit does the trick. Some years ago I was having problems with driving horizontal rain [the kind that we sometimes get on the water], and I would get water in the house. Some genius, NOT, suggested he caulk the under spaces of the clap board on the problem side of the house……The result was MOLD, because no air could get in to dry things out. My Clapboard was turning black! Needless to say it all had to come down and be replaced. I never called that genius again. I don’t know why I listened to him in the first place. At the time I thought he knew what he was talking about. When I called John, my house painter, and general contractor, and he took one look at what this idiot had done he shook his head. I should have called John FIRST!….Expensive lesson learned.

  50. Seka

Louis, It was entertaining and informative to watch you and Antonella host yesterday! Great Show!
I too hope your Buyer decided to buy that beautiful Bracelet – to go with the Necklace and Earrings that have already been ordered!
Copper (we saw your Sneak Peek) – Gold – Silver – Gunmetal – they are all fabulous!
I don’t wear pierced Earrings – would like that Bracelet to coordinate with the Necklace.
    Seka.

    1. Carol

      Another vote for the bracelet

      1. AZ-Donna

Casting my vote for the bracelet!!

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Seka, being the fashionista you are, I’m surprise you don’t have pierced ears. I’m coming over with the needle, ice cube and piece of apple!

      1. Seka

Louis, LOL! Piercing my ears has never been something I have wanted to do! But I do wear clips! And I have some beauties from Linea! Such as – the Fish Earrings – and the Palm Frond Earrings – both came in a ‘Clip’ version. They are works of art!
        Seka.

        1. gapeach

I am so glad to find someone else who has never wished to have pierced ears. There was a dry spell a couple of decades ago, when it was really hard to find good-looking clip earrings, but thankfully, that’s not true now; though I am sad at missing out on some of the Linea ones.

          1. Seka

gapeach – In my extended circle of Family (very large) & Friends – there are very few women that don’t have pierced ears.
            Seka.

        2. blinddogs

Me, too, Seka! My mother, who did not have pierced ears, was firmly against piercing and I just hated the idea of needles anyway. I used to tell Mom that ear-piercing was the one and only thing we didn’t argue about..

      2. Karen in WA

Oh, Louis, that is so funny! My Dad pierced my ears with a needle, ice cube and a potato.

  51. Kathy/Wis

    Hello Louis
Just wondering if the buyers were receptive to buying the copper braclet that we are all in love with?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

It would have to be presented to them again for next Spring…it’s too late now.

  52. Rosemary

Hoping QVC will consider doing the Mardi Gras &The CARNIVAL necklaces in silver tone as well and fall colors like wine / olives, etc. Was fortunate to get all the colors. LOVE THEM!

  53. Nancy (AKA TheOwl)

In the spirit of your maxim Louis, “play with your clothes!”, I discovered that my new Camo dress – A304750 – goes beautifully tonally with my Pale Olive paisley border print caftan – A226254 – from years past. I also got that caftan in Chili Pepper. I took out the side seam stitching when I got these 2 tops since I wanted the free flowing poncho look and have worn these over and over with long straight dresses – including turtleneck styles in the winter – and I always get admiring looks and compliments on these beautiful prints. Dear husband gave the combination a big thumbs up. 🙂 Also getting, (before they fly out the door!!!!) the gorgeous Inca necklace and earring set to go with – among many other more current purchases – the crushed gauze set of years ago, asymmetrical jacket – A 255142 – with matching tiered shell and skirt in skyblue, white and black. I think it will be perfect with these summer options. But, of course, with so much more also. I love it when items from the past work so wonderfully with items from the present. And the glorious seed bead bracelets/necklaces. Adoring the Cozumel and the Cancun sets and the Nugget sets, Mardi Gras, Carnival – and the list goes on. Absolutely loving your wonderful jewelry items. The perfect compliment to clothing items I treasure which I purchased over the years from you. Love, love, love your designs. Get so many compliments and feel so wonderful in my Linea clothing!!!!!

  54. Amanda Barber

Dear Louis, I love your shows. Not only for the wonderful fashion designs but also for the education about how they are made, how the designs work, different fabrics, etc. I know I have said it before but I ALWAYS learn something new. Curious minds want to know!!! Thank you!!

  55. Donna Aflague

    Hi Louis,
Great shows as always. I want to thank you for taking the time to give us sneak peeks.
When watching your shows, I would hear you mention your blog and often thought to myself what is a blog? I would feel frantic during shows, afraid things would sell out (which they often did) before I could figure out if I needed an item and if so what color. When I finally discovered this site, I was blown away by the detail you provide to your Linea ladies. You are so generous with your time and I find it all quite amazing. I am no longer frantic during shows because I am well prepared thanks to you and the level of detail you provide. You are such a gift!
    Donna from California
P.S. I found it fascinating to hear you explain proportion for peplum tops. It explained why some tops fail to flatter and why your clothing always receives such excellent reviews.

  56. Sheesh

Hi, Louis! Great shows! Thanks for the “shout out” to me last night when you sneak peeked the new Carnival Necklace in Black, Clear, Grey with Silver metal that I had requested. It’s simply gorgeous! I can’t wait to get it. Like I said before, the Carnival Necklace is your “Whisper Knit” of your jewelry line! All the gals want more and more colors with varying metals. A Gunmetal Necklace with Amber, Root Beer and Gold Beads as well as a Gold Metal Necklace with shades of Purple would be fabulous. There seems to be no end to the possibilities!

I hope you have a safe trip home to Connecticut.

    Sheila

    1. Romy

Oh you got me thinking about colors for that necklace now Sheila! What do you think about a gold one with shades of white, like mother of pearl and ivory, etc?

    2. Debbie

Sheesh, can you tell which item Louis was showing with the sneak peek black carnival necklace. It sounds great, I have 2 of them, Black will be a staple in my world.
      Thanks
      DebbieZD5N

  57. Deborah a.k.a. Diamondscribe

Louis, I just saw the bracelet in coppertone that Antoinella snatched from the model to try on. Love that bracelet! This was during the presentation of the Henley swing sleeveless top. I cast my vote for the Q-buyer to order that one! It looked like beads mixed with leather? That would be a Fall beauty!

    1. Carol

Maybe a thread on the Linea Forum for people to chime in on. Pretty sure Louis is convinced. I think feedback to QVC could get that beauty ordered. The success of the jewelry show could be key. I’m trying to hold out buying at least one jewelry must have to buy during the show. Hope it helps.

  58. Kathy/Wis

Oh Louis…….That copper ox braclet that has to be ordered and other colors too ! Always something fabulous to look forward to.
    Your just the best.

  59. Pratt

I ordered all colors in the big deal, couldn’t choose among them haha. Got the gauze dress in both colors and both lengths. Also got the inca necklace in copper ox and was surprised to see the carnival necklace sneak peek. Love that one, black will be the perfect addition. I was hoping to see the t shirts today, wonder when they ll be shown and made available online. Ah, so many new treasures coming my way.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Pratt…..the Tee with the studs on the shoulder will be on my 6/20, 1:00am show on QVC1….the v-neck T will be on Jayne’s Closet on 6/21 at 7pm on QVC1 along with the print crop pant!

      1. Pratt

Oh, next week isn’t too long of a wait 🙂 thank you!

  60. Chris/Jazzmom

What a wonderful shoutout for Sheila & sneak peeking the fall Carnival necklace in silver, clear & black beads. Now for those of us who prefer golden tones — how about a gold, chocolate brown & bronze beaded Carnival necklace? Put me on waitlist for both of these color choices!

    Chris

    1. Bernadette

      Ditto for me!!!

      1. Melissa W

Love the silver/black one sneak peeked. I am going to jump on that one when it Love Chris’s idea of a good/chocolate/bronze one.

I hope you also consider doing one in shades of purple (lilac, purple, plum, blackberry…). Yum!

        1. julie

I love Chris’s idea too but instead of the gold I would prefer chocolate metal with bronze/copper/amber.

Melissa’s colors would be amazing with silver or even gunmetal.

          1. Chris/Jazzmom

I’d buy it with chocolate metal too. Loving all the design a necklace ideas.

        2. Melissa W

Ugh!! Pardon my typos and mistakes! I was in a hurry. 😕

I like Julie’s suggestion of pairing the purples with silver or gunmetal.

Went online to order, rep said that silver ox was all sold out????

      1. Louis Dell'Olio

They don’t know anything…..it’s not loaded. It arrived later, so when it’s not processed at the same time as the other colors there are always delays. I’m never sure when it will be loaded, but be sure eventually it will.

Thank you sooo much , I’ve been looking forward to buying it since I saw it on the models! Just received the shaped bead wood long necklace, love it! Which bracelet would you suggest for it? Thank you again , I always get compliments!!!

          1. Louis Dell'Olio

I don’t have a brass bracelet [something to work on], so I show the wide wire cuff.

            1. Debby

Looking forward to it, maybe warm wonderful wood bangle. Thanks, can”t wait for your shows!!!

            2. Celia

A brass bracelet would be perfect with the necklace and with so many of your other things!

When I saw the Item posted – there were only the two options available – I assumed the Silver Ox was not yet posted.

          1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Seka…..for some reason the Silver was in a separate shipment, my companies fault. So the brass and copper were processed for the show tonight. The silver arrived yesterday and won’t be processed in time for tonight……but it is here, so if it’s on wait list order it. That should ensure you will get it when they finally do get posted, at least I hope so.

Thank you, Louis. I posted your response on the Q’s Linea Forum so that the Ladies that want this Necklace should go on Waitlist.

Louis, I received the fuchsia carnival necklace today, an obvious return and it is defective(gold bars are not connected on 2 strands). I want to send it back but was wondering about the reorder that is coming. Presently no waitlist is available. Do I send it back and wait for the re-order or is it gone forever after the waitlists are filled, also will it be filled this year or next year. It is just a beautiful necklace, I hate to part with it!

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Tylerpoo, Only the wait list was made. If you want to can send it to the jewelry company to be repaired that’s an option as long as all the pieces are there.

I want to tell you Louis how much I love the Prune color you did in the maxi dress. I’m requesting more pieces in that lovely soft violet shade. If the elbow sleeve swing top A306339 is reordered, I’d vote for prune in that top.

Shari – please make sure ‘Anonymous’ reads your poem –
I will forget what you said,
I will forget what you did,
But, I will never forget how you made me feel.
Whether they were speaking about the Host or the Brand Ambassador it would not have made either feel good!
