Enjay, I’m totally with you! That’s exactly how I’ve worn the tuxedo jacket/pants–sans blouse with pearls! It’s a knockout look! And, the TCF blazer is my all-time favorite, too. I have it in all the original colors and will add the navy and pink, too. Cheers to us and our good taste 😉 lol Oh, and thanks, Louis!
I bought two of the tuxedo jackets and wear them constantly. I’ve worn the tuxedo jacket and pants with a triple strand pearl necklace – jacket buttoned with no blouse. Very sexy power look for professional events! And I agree with you, Louis – it’s fantastic with jeans and a t-shirt, too. I’m very glad I bought two jackets, although I find that they wear beautifully and look like new after dry cleaning.
By the way – can’t wait for the navy TCF blazer! I also own those in black, mushroom, merlot, and caramel. My favorite Linea blazers.
I am glad I purchased the tuxedo jacket with the matching pants. I have worn it even more than I thought I would. Whenever, especially professionally, I am not sure just how dressy, I always wear the tuxedo with a silk blouse. Also when I travel for business, if I am not sure if I will have dress up, I can just throw that tuxedo jacket in my suitcase along with my black pants suit etc.

I have both the yellow and the caramel blazers. Last year we had a lovely blog thread about patterned blouses to go with the plaid blazers. Your blouses are a dream come true.
Dear Vickibliss….I liked the Red/Navy Green with both. They certainly aren’t a match to the plaids like are to the tartans, but there are similar colors in both jackets. Remember the caramel plaid has a dark forest green check.
Louis, Back in January you had posted that you thought the Long Trench Coat and the Tuxedo Jacket might be reordered for Fall and asked for our colour suggestions.

No Seka, they were not reordered. They were supposed to be but they were cut because there wasn’t enough money in the Linea budget
Louis, I noticed that the WK blouson sweaters have sold quite well and have a request if this style is reordered again. I am waiting on the navy, but long story short, I did not get my ivory sweater due to a QVC glitch so I request a reorder of ivory and then I think the pine would look so nice in this sweet sweater.. When I saw Katia wearing the pine tank underneath the caramel leather jacket on the last show, along with the caramel jewelry, I just swooned. These two colors are LOVELY together!

Dear Louis, So eager am I to get the two new blazer colors that are on reorder – the navy and the bright pink – that I actually ordered them yesterday on waitlist. MIGHT you be able to GUESS when they will appear for actual ordering at QVC? Also, when might you have them to sneak peek here? I have been wishing and hoping for a Linea navy blazer for a l-o-n-g time and I absolutely LOVE the TCF and the tailoring is so wonderful on these blazers. Thank you for all of the other colors which I bought more than one of when my weight loss (100# now) progressed. 3x Originally but now down to an 18 – slightly roomy to allows for layering in the cold winter. Wish QVC would not wait so long to release these. It is 40 degrees up here in northern Maine this morning. I did order, received, and LOVE The new riding jacket in the Size 16 in all 3 colors and it fits like a dream. Also now in a 14 in your slacks. Anticipating these blazers and the new WK clusters has kept me going through the Covid lockdown. Thank you for that gift!
Dear Nancy….you will have to be very patient. These jackets aren’t due until Dec. When they get delivered I’m sure QVC will start to ship them, but I don’t think they will be avail. until the end of Nov…..maybe a little earlier, but they won’t be shipped from the factory for a while……Congratulations on your weight loss!

I loved all the colours of your last Big Deal and coordinating items.

Dear Joanne….it is a V-neck line with 3 buttons and then a cutaway bottom. It is an average length jacket…not long…not short….it has patch pockets with flaps and buttons….sort of military/safari. Since it has a clean v neck line it looks great with the sleeveless TN or any TN plus I have some new layering pieces in store….needless to say the grey and bisque sweaters are perfect as well as the pants and long WK skirt

Pine floral blouse – soooo pretty and feminine! Love all the details from the shirring to the covered buttons.
The magenta blouse – so glad I took a chance on this color. It has enough warmth to work with my complexion and it will complement the plaid and plum blazers perfectly.
I adore the new WK sweaters. I ended up with ivory and navy. Simply beautiful.
I know you said I was only allowed to get two, but now I wonder if I should’ve gotten the black. I have several black sweaters, but I’m thinking the cut and style of this might be worth having too.
Would you pair this black sweater with skirts such as the crushed velvet tiered skirt (A343559) from a few years ago, the latte embroidered skirt or the floral embroidered skirt A374708? Or do you have another black WK coming up (not a turtleneck) that would go just as well?

Okay Melissa, after reading all of the combinations you are planning to wear the black sweater with….you have my permission to order it, but don’t weight too long or your size might be gone….. I think it will look fabulous with all the bottoms you mentioned. It also looks fab under the pine/black plaid jacket with the black faux suede skirt. There isn’t another solid black WK sweater coming that would work like this would….They are sportier….There is a Black WK/black lurex sweater coming in Nov. but I wouldn’t put it with the floral emb. skirt. I won’t get the sample for some time so I won’t know what it will exactly work with. The lurex sweater will certainly look great with the velvet tiered skirt.
So sorry this answer is slow in responding to number 56 above. As of today EVERYTHING has arrived. The red tartan and blouse are a dream fit and visually fun. All plaid lines match and that makes me happy! Previously I received the riding jacket & sweaters in black & bisque & waitlisted bisque and dark gray ponte pant. The riding jackets were so terrific that the plum jacket & pant was also ordered. I’m now trying to catch a plum sweater (sold out). It’s a bit embarrassing to list everything but the bisque, plum, black will be my daily in-home and run-around wear. I think I have all of your WK so I filled in with only the plum TN. The red tartan will be worn more than I thought as it is lighter than anticipated and perfect for early fall through winter. Off to the tailor next week for a bit of hemming then comes the fun part – wearing! Thanks for everything this season.

I received my pine/black tartan blazer today, it truly is stunning! I so appreciate the beauty, workmanship and versatility of such a magnificent article of clothing. I have already started to play, play, play and there is so much I can wear this with! I have left my review and it’s surprisingly already posted.
I look forward to the October sneak peeks. I’m dying to see the bisque/grey blazer…now a TCF topper/jacket? How do I sneak it in the house? lol. My darling husband is patient with my Linea obsession and appreciates how I always look spectacular but he is frustrated with his diminishing closet space…especially in a NYC apartment where square footage is at a premium.

Louis, my tartan blazers were delivered yesterday, and I’m crazy about them! I bought both colors, and both are fantastic. The blazer fits me like a dream. The colors are just gorgeous – rich and classic but with that designer twist that makes them so uniquely Linea. I couldn’t be happier – delighted that I got both – and left a glowing review on the Q!

Yes Joanne, you did misread it. The slim ponte pant is finished for the year. The only slim pant still to come is the faux suede in Dec. In Oct the Super Ponte boot cut pant is to be delivered in Black, the new Grey and Bisque….so it could be avail. any time since it is a reorder style and not a new style. As soon a a reorder style is processed they immediately offer it. They can skip the process of photographing, compiling the measurements and info, and pricing since it has already been done. This saves a lot of time to make it avail.
Adding to CC wish above – if it is possible to make, I’d love one or maybe two also. Navy and another color (WK blazer in the shorter length of your new riding jacket). BTW the last on arrived today. Each one is a new favorite.

Louis changing out my closet getting ready for Fall. I have 2 St John knit blazers I have worn for about 5-6 years. Love them! They have the beautiful lapels, SJ buttons and hit mid hip. As you know go with everything. It made me realize, maybe you could do an LDO version of WK blazer. This would be fantastic!

I don’t think you will be seeing much real leather or suede on QVC anymore unless they produce it themselves.)

Louis and Ladies: I just received my Louise and Cie dark plum suede pumps and they are perfect with all Louis’s plum pieces! If you are interested in seeing them, the QVC style number is A373206. My normal size is good. Thank you Louis for your amazing fall collection–everything is so beautiful! I never wore plum before, but now I am a plum convert with shoes to match. I loved Katia’s make up to go with the magenta pieces, Hmmmm, I wonder if a 68 year old can swing that plum lip? As you can tell, I am having fun with your inspiring collection!

Beautiful 2020 Fall/Winter collection. Like others have posted, I agree there is so much love about your new pieces. Bought a lot. All the colors in faux suede skirts, (I have your faux suede pants and they ROCK big time.) Purchased one of each of the WK lovely new sweaters (sweet, flattering & Perfection).
Louis, I have one request I’d appreciate if you would consider for possibly 2021. Your leather and suede jackets are one of my passions. Have not seen a leather or suede jacket by any designer that fits, flatters and is timeless as your creations. The combo with the strategic placement of Whisper Knit is Superb! My all time favorite jacket is an older one A228554. It has lapels which I find quite flattering and versatile. I would love to see this style jacket in suede. Louis, The Show this morning was very enjoyable. Jennifer & Katrina did a wonderful job. I am so enjoying adding to my Linea Collection! I won’t tell how may Whisper Knit pieces I bought….but it is my favourite fabrication – the grouping of the Cardigan, Skirt and T-Neck in all the colours – grand! Not to mention the SuperPonte Slim Pants and TCF Jacket! The Tartan Jacket in Pine/Black and the coordinating Blouse – simply spectacular!
As others have commented, I dress up every day regardless of what’s on my schedule! It makes me happy and helps me stay positive.

I am just checking in to make sure I am not missing something because I check the site very regularly so that I don’t miss out on the Compass Necklace and the Art Modern Necklace. Those have not been posted yet, correct? No Carol….The fabric is substantial, and smooth. There is no need to line it. The Bisque isn’t see through at all.
Thanks Mr. O The black suede is ordered. I thought 2X as well. This will be fun skirt ..We do not get cold here but will wear boots with it. Sometimes we get a cold winter but usually cardigans or light coat.. We hopefully can get back to movies and theater and restaurants. Those are always kept cold. We have dined inside a few times and I must compliment the staff. I felt totaly comfortable. They do an excellent job in following the guidelines.
Louis, that is helpful advice about the shoulder pads. I should have known; in my “suit to work” days, I raided shoulder pads all the time LOL. I could have also just “googled” but my own brain is addled what with my dear Walter in hospital, and no sleep, so I am very grateful you take such care with us, even when we ask “dumb” questions :). The PLUM … OOOH that Plum is downright delicious even for the “NOT PURPLE” girl. Send us more plum any time you want! I’m going for that green/plum blouse, as I don’t like tanks; upper arms are not “take off the jacket” worthy 😉 so the flowered blouse in your photo collage gave me the perfect answer. THANKS!

Yes they give stretch measurements on waist 2X stretches to 50.125 and 3X stretches to 54.65 Hip measurement is perfect on 2X but I need to pull up over hip. All other skirts and pants pull up fine in2X So I am wondering if the Q made a mistake on the stretch on waist.. And the plum is so delicious….Love the deep rich color…

Dear Nikki….it is a pleated skirt, actually a kilt, but it wasn’t bought. I have done many pleated skirts that will work if you have any of them….velvet skirts too. I had done a Boho velvet tiered skirt that will look great for the Holidays with these jackets
I am interested in the new suede skirt however the measurements for 2X are extremely different from my other skirts. Hips are OK but concerned with how much waist will stretch to get over my hips..The 2X in pants and skirts fit me find..Received my plum maxie skirt and plum big deal and the fit is perfection. I wish I was jacket person but do not need those rarely..I do still wear the 2 blazers I bought from you years ago. One in black and one in pink with black ribbon and white pearls going down the front Most BEAUTIFUL blazers ever you have ever done…All female and when I do wear one the compliments are many. Will the 2X suede skirt fit me since other 2X skirts fit me or should I go up a size..
No Trica….don’t go up a size….they are always very generous with plus size grading. Do they give a stretch waist measurement?

I finally got to unwrap ONE of my new WK cardigan sweaters and skirts; and gave the cardigan a very quick try on, over an old morning house dress LOL, because I couldn’t wait to see that Plum! It’s every bit as gorgeous as anyone has said … LOVE it. I do have one question: as it is a bit lean, long and languid as you like to say, it’s a bit long on my round, petite body. I suspect a little soft shoulder pad would let it hang a bit nicer from the shoulder on me. I think I could go down a size, but I do not like an open cardigan to hang open and look as though the person is wearing a size too small. Do you think that might give the shoulder a bit more body and drape? Any ideas on who makes a nice, soft and removable shoulder pad for a sweater?

Dear Cathy….a shoulder pad always helps…..I would suggest first if you have a garment that already has removable shoulder pads you should try those. I believe QVC does sell them. Just put shoulder pads in the search box. If that doesn’t work google shoulder pads. Amazon does sell them.

Yes Joanne…the pine is meant to go with the pine/black/magenta/fuchsia plaid and it does perfectly…..same for the red/navy to the red navy plaid.
FYI – The new Whisper Knit Sweater, Faux Suede Skirt and Floral Print Blouse have all been posted on the Q and are available for ordering.
Haven’t seen the Boucle Plaid Jacket yet.

Please do tell Elaine that the team did an amazing job. The fabric, the cut and the color are outstanding. The suits are powerfully elegant, if that makes sense. This is the type of suit that Rosalind Russell, Bette Davis or Lauren Bacall would have worn in a movie back in the day.
BTW, I have the WK sleeveless TN that you did a few years ago. The black looks great with the suit. I ordered the new WK sleeveless TN in black (and all of the rest of the colors), but it’s nice to have a back up.

I just received my new suits. I ordered the jacket and skirt in all three colors. I wanted to tell you how much I love them all! They fit like a dream, as though you tailored them just for me. And each color is so gorgeous that I don’t know if I could pick a favorite. I have received 3 of my medium cardigans and 4 turtlenecks so far-
You were correct, my usual medium fits well. I’m glad I ordered the sleeveless shells too- will allow more wearability here in the south.
I like the mock necks from a couple years ago, but also like the full turtlenecks.
I like that these are a little longer than the other sleeveless turtlenecks from you.

I bought the new whisper knit tank and sleeveless turtleneck in black and plum. I am so happy that the armholes don’t gap on either style. I often have trouble with gapping armholes, but not this time! Whatever you did with the fit, please keep it up!
Also, the turtleneck is just right for this short necked lady. The last sleeveless turtleneck you did had too much fabric and had to be folded over too many times.
This one is very comfortable.
