buys

……………….I don’t know if you have purchased your 3 PACK of my new LINEA BODY knee high sock collection yet…..but I thought I should give you a heads up! These have been “on line only” for just three weeks and more than half the quantity is sold………….If you have any reservations or hesitations……….PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!……….They are all FIVE STAR, and they couldn’t be more glowing……..Some of the important things the women have said is they are VERY COMFORTABLE and the FIT is PERFECT….Even women with LARGE CALVES find them very comfortable and not binding in any way. My manufacturer, the best in the USA, calls the top band, “the COMFORT BAND”. Another feature they love is how SOFT they are….even the LACE. They describe the SOLID OPAQUE KNEE HIGHS as being SILKY SMOOTH……One of the most important features is that after a full day of wearing…..THEY STAY UP!…….The PRICE is also incredible for the QUALITY and DESIGN. At $17.50 they are approx. $5.80 a pair………………..These would make fabulous CHRISTMAS and HANUAKKAH presents…..No worries about fit or color, and they make a wonderful, thoughtful  impression. You can’t go wrong……………………………………….

…………….enjoy……………..much Love………………………….Louis

Received my 2 packs of socks yesterday, and I’m delighted. They are stretchy, comfy and just perfect. Praying for reorders on this one … Navy, Espresso, LINEN LINEN LINE!, light khaki/tan/chino, ivory … I’m going back for more sets and cleaning out the sock drawer of all the old black “make do” trouser socks … “too short, too narrow, too thin, too thick, too shabby … too just NOT Linea”. THANK YOU once again, Louis 🙂

PS: Loved the trouser socks so much, I went back and got the red/black poncho and 2 new colors of the swing cardigan. What does that have to do with trouser socks??? Well … just … Linea LOL.

I got 2 packs. I hope you do additional colors.

Thank you for your thoughts on this, Louis. As you can read, Gayle thoughtfully responded to my inquiry. Since, as I wrote, those of us with muscular calves do not often have a chance at comfortable trouser socks, these socks are worth a purchase for that reason alone. And, there are always the warmer months to come.

    Dear Goldie,

I , also, have had both knees replaced. These socks are not thick, but will keep your feet warm because of the material they are made from, not their thickness. I find that great because I can wear them with any shoes. Now you can keep your feet warm & be stylish!

Thank you so much for your response, Gayle. As I was mulling over Louis’s response, I was thinking these socks are certainly worth a try for their accommodation of muscular calves alone. And, as Louis suggested, if I do not find that they meet my winter-time warmth needs, I can happily use them during the warmer months.

It isn’t often that we ladies with strong calves get comfortable socks.

I so hope these get reordered so that we can get more colors I normally wear the queen size knee highs because the regular do not accommodate my calves. Also I had left knee replacement surgery in May and when the the weather got cool I wore my knee highs and within a few hours at work I had to remove them and they left marks on my calves but your knee highs I was able to keep on all day I mean a good twelve or more hours with no marks. I’ll have to order more before they are gone!

Dear luvitorleaveit….that’s due to the “comfort band” at the top.

    Louis,

Because I am always cold, I look for the “warmth factor” when I buy trouser socks. Please understand, I am not looking for thermal socks, just socks that keep me comfortably warm. Are these socks on the thin or the somewhat thickish side? I don’t mean a very thick thick, but I would like to know if these socks are thick enough to keep my feet warm. Thanks.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Goldie….they are definitely not thick. I can’t answer if they are warm or not. Certainly the lace isn’t, but you can always wear them on special occasions or in the spring. Maybe someone who already owns them like luvitorleaveit and answer you better.

Goldie….to me the solid black and the pinstripe will keep your feet warm because they are heavier than the lace but not so thick as to even be in the thermal sock data for but they do keep me comfortable and my feet are warm.

Thank you, luvit, for your helpful reply. Most likely I, too, will be warm in these socks, with the exception of the lace ones. But how pretty those are!

The Linea Ladies are so helpful. Sending out hugs of gratitude to everyone.
