“THE TURQUOISE WK SWING TUNIC”

Q22

………………………Next up…………………TURQUOISE…………..What came first the necklace or the turquoise tank…..in this case the necklace…..then I had the swing tanks dyed to match, or as close as they could come…..Is this CUSTOM or what! This is what a DESIGNER line is all about!!……………….Color blocking, as shown above, is an easy way to achieve a dramatic effect….The Black long cardigan, being reordered, the Turquoise swing tank and the new WHITE GAUZE PANT, A290983, make for the perfect summer outfit……Accessorize with layers of seed beads, as shown above, or less depending on the circumstance. For work, for an evening out or for TRAVEL, this is an outfit you can always count on for you looking your BEST…………………..enjoy………………much Love……………………………Louis

I love having the option of doing a tonal look with the seed bead necklace. My only concern is my hips. Traditionally, I steer clear of things that billow out beyond the waist because it just makes me look fatter than I already am. I hope there are plans to show on a curvy model. Bonnie is the closest model to my body type but I don’t think she has modeled much for LINEA. From the pictures, it does seem like the amount of material draping at the hips is appropriate, so I probably will at least try.

I don’t know Bonnie, and since this item is on PM Style I don’t get to chose who the models are. PM Style has there group.

I “stalked” QVC and was able to get the turquoise seed bead necklace last week. The swing tunic is calling my name! This will be too long to wear with the Composition Knit Print Jacket?

Yes Silvia….the styles don’t really work together

One evening on the boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach I wore the turquoise Whisper Knit set from your Fiesta Colors collection. I found that the “Egyptian” necklace in the blue looked fantastic with it! There was such an interplay of gorgeous blues that spoke to the sea and summer.

      Louis,

Is this turquoise the same as that of the Fiesta collection? Or, was the Fiesta collection’s turquoise a bit darker?

don’t have those samples anymore so I can’t be sure.

Love this color too. Sounds like you put me to shame the way I was dressed in Bethany! XO☀️🏖

        By the C,

If you wore any Linea when you were at Bethany Beach, you looked great! No matter what you wore, I am certain you have excellent taste.

I have a very soft spot in my heart for Bethany. When our sons were small, we went there every summer and stayed at a friend’s summer home. Such happy times! On some of the evenings, we would go over to Rehoboth so the children could enjoy Playland and Funland. This year is the first we had been back in about 29 years. My older son was with me, and we were stunned to see many of the SAME (preserved) games and rides that were there 30 years ago. When I mentioned to a games person that we had not been in Rehoboth for three decades, she quickly verified that much is still the same.

My son snapped a photo of me in my Linea finery standing in front of Playland, with Zoltar to my right. Remember him from the movie “Big?”

Of course we drove by Bethany on our way to Rehoboth.

I love that place and that time in my life.
