Morning, there seems to be some confusion over the colors of the faceted glass beads. The alabaster has the chocolate chain and lobster claw, the blackberry has the green beads. MY sneak peek photos are correct. The necklaces were named for the floral print they go with. I though if you wanted one of the prints, and you wanted the coordinating necklace, it would be easier to give the print and the necklace the same name. I will post new pics on a solid background so there will be absolutely no confusion………….much Love……….Louis………………P.S. Doesn’t matter to me; I ordered them all! Every one is fabulous, & I can’t wait to get their glorious glow round my neck thru the dark days of winter & the following bright days of summer.

I hope I’m not repeating a question? I didn’t see this addressed anywhere. I ordered the blackberry Big Deal, and the blackberry bead necklace. Is this the necklace that Kate(?) (I hope I have her name right?) had on with the shirt on the presentation? I only got to watch half of the jewelry show, then went to yoga. I watched the rest this morning. It was a great show, and I love Jayne with Louis. I wanted to buy one of everything. I wish I could have…

The good to come from this was that a spotlight was focused on that necklace. More people became aware of it.
So I am still confused. Are you saying if we ordered by the name of the necklaces we will get what matches your sneak peek photos that is the color we will e shipped? Or should we ignore the names and order by the photos on the product page which seems to have the blackberry and alabaster wrong?

Carol, what cleared it up for me…if you look at yesterday’s show video, Jayne reversed the blackberry and alabaster necklaces when naming them. I wound up purchasing both necklaces due to the confusion, but worse things could happen! lol. Hope this helps.
OK, so if I ordered by what’s on the product page, I should be getting it right. I guess their new policy now is free exchanges, so unless the wrong one sells out, I can also try that. It would solve everything if I just ordered all three instead of two! My wallet is flat as a pancake after my jewelry bonanza. Louis, I can’t quit you!
