Here is the update. Some of the boxes were indeed mislabeled. I have been assured that by the end of the day today they will all be correct and that each one has been looked at to make sure they are all in perfect condition. I am just the messenger, but it was an outside source that made sure everything was in order. You shouldn’t have an further problems….you know what they say….STUFF happens, and I’m being polite!!

That is good news, Louis. To your credit, you are very conscientious and caring of your customers. I had written a comment on your Ask Louis page about this situation. Thank you for your efforts to help rectify the situation. There will be a good number of relieved ladies who received the wrong color and can now be assured that they can do an exchange and receive the color that they originally ordered.
Louis, wondering if you included in your discussion the color mix up issues on the Venetian necklace?
