…………….This deceivingly simple dress is MODERN and TIMELESS…..Almost 20 years old it can be worn today with confidence! The scoop neckline combined with a sleeve WITHOUT an armhole brought it to a higher level of design. The easy skirt had a flat, narrow pleat front which laid flatter over the tummy, but was still concealing. It did come with a self fabric belt to hide the elastic at the waist, but I always recommended a woman used her own special belts to accessorize the dress.
