Need your help!

I have been in contact with my buying team about this business of not getting your orders even thought you ordered early. They said it would be extremely helpful if you give me your order numbers to give to them so they can follow up, plus the style numbers of the garments………They are really trying to get to the bottom of this. It isn’t their department or responsibility, but it’s their business that gets hurt…..not the ordering and shipping departments, so they ARE concerned about this situation. The more info the better!

    UPDATE! I just checked and my pants, A234658, Order 423265668, are now saying “In Process” so I am very hopeful and happy they are going to be shipped. These I ordered before the start of the 4:00 show on May 14th and were “In Process” for a couple days before going to “Backordered”.

    Hi Louis,

    How frustrating this must be for you, too. My most recent order on 5/14 #4235178631, for both floral cardigans #A233856: order confirmed by e-mail, followed by an e-mail 2-3 days later “Order delayed–trying to secure additional inventory–put on waitlist–will be cancelled if cannot be fulfilled” for the navy floral. Coral delivered. Interesting that while both colors were available in all sizes when I ordered, since then, the navy has been waitlist for all sizes except S.

    Reminds me of the boxes of pants that were “found” weeks later in a warehouse.

        My buyer has informed me that the people in charge of such things are working on it…..so let’s hope your getting the sweater was a result of there efforts.

    Here is an interesting one; or#4236389633, It was in waitlist, then I got an e-mail; “Thanks for your order placed on 05/22/13 for: (1) Blush,Size 1X Linea by Louis Dell’Olio Button F (Item# A233851). Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship your order as promised, and we’re sorry. We wanted to make you aware of this situation as soon as possible in case this item was ordered as a gift for the holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that you will receive this item in time for holiday gift giving.” Now it shows “In Process”, but on the order it shows BACKORDERED! I don’t want to cry before I am hurt, but this just shows how mixed up someone is. Does this mean I am supposed to wait till Christmas? I am thinnking maybe they are having problems having product shipped to them! Anyway, I’ll go with the flow.:-)

    Hi Louis,
    I stopped ordering at midnight when it appeared that QVC shipped orders in a “Last Ordered/First Out” manner. As an example, for this past show, I ordered a few things during the show. They shipped first and arrived on 5/20. However, most of my things were ordered on the morning of the 5/14 show, way before the show even started. Those items did not appear at my door until 5/21. It is a most bazaar system, and appears to be repeatable. I’ve experience similar timing on past shows as well.

      I am starting to think that orders placed during the show get priority. If a reorder is avail days in advance that does not compete with the show orders. Of course this is an assumption, not fact.

        Perhaps there’s a bit flipped in their system that someone forgot to update once the internet started competing with phone orders? They seem to be in the dark ages at times.

        Here’s another example….Did you know that one can only order nine things at a time on the internet? Most companies are happy to sell you as many things as you want. If you want 10 things, you have to start a whole new order at QVC. What is the logic in this? It could be their way of controlling sales during actual shows, to not allow someone to load up a shopping cart, and then potentially not check out and lose a sale to another show watching buyer? Or maybe they really need that extra $3.xx that one has to pay for the one item in the cart that they charge full shipping and handling. Whatever it is, it is not common internet site practice. It is just one more annoying thing about doing business with QVC – but one that we endure because we love you and your fabulous clothes!

    Mar 3, I ordered the Fish Scale Necklace along with the earrings and several other items all of which I received EXCEPT the necklace. I ALWAYS feel I’m on standby for extremely popular items, like I’m not high enough priority to “secure” them for delivery. J278128 Order 4222234997.

    I had two incidents in fall of 2012. Both orders were placed WAY before they even aired. I screamed bloody murder twice and repeatedly and up the ladder (once from Austria!)and they finally saw fit to send me what I had ordered. Here are the details:

    Order number 3889694554, item number A228371; and

    Order number 3884047646, item number A227574

    I was promised return calls from a Customer Service supervisor, with precise times for the calls. Never heard from a supervisor.

    Haven’t had this problem since.

    order number 4227790831 this was for wk tanks ordered midnight got the letter about order delay twice. Found that they were available on waitlest, so waitlisted, and cancelled this but got another notice today that they were not able to fill the order. Finally got the aqua, but have yet to receive the lime.

    Order number 4235234222 for A233859 ordered on 5/14/13. It’s been “in process”. Today I just got the letter they are unable to fill the order.

    Feel bad about putting this burden on you, but or# 4228536996 item J273583 black sparkle necklace arrived twice, just a box of beads! I gave up and ordered a Joan Rivers one to go with your big black beads. I only order on line.

    Ordered A233950 in white large on 5/15 . It was available and been shown in process until the letter I received from QVC 5/22 telling me it is currently not available. This is in response to your request for info with these problem orders. Order number is 4235356072 . Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

    Hi, Louis … I think I started the most recent brewhaha with my thread entitled “Order Delay.” Rather than rehashing, those interested in the saga can find the timeline under my posts there.

    The order number is 4235182103 for the following items: A233853 — Petite pants in both black and bamboo; and A233855/A233854 for the tank and cardigan, respectively. The cardigan did finally ship on 5/19 and I received it yesterday.

    Sorry to say I canceled the remaining orders and am not sure I’ll keep the cardigan.

    Hi Louis..since my last post to you, I did receive one of the “Chanel”-like jackets (the bamboo one), but did not receive the blush which I ordered at the same time. No explanation about why I received it since all of those cancelled, delayed and backordered e-mails from QVC indicated that it would be delayed or never shipped for whatever reasons…the jacket simply arrived…packed in the smallest plastic bag that QVC probably had on hand. I ordered both the blush and bamboo at midnight the day of your show as soon as they were posted on the website..you presented those jackets at 7PM that evening. My order number is 4235175892 and the jacket item number is A233851. Additionally, I ordered the petite pants in both colors and the tank and the matching lotus jacket in the blush…all in the same order. Each item shipped separately on different days. I am so confused and annoyed with QVC. I did receive the tortoise necklace in beautiful condition and packed beautifully. As I posted before, I love the necklace. It is a winner. I never wear “gold” jewelry…I am a silver girl, but have broken my rule with this necklace. I appreciate that you are looking into this matter with QVC. It has been unpleasant doing business with QVC of late. May have to look elsewhere, but I love your designs. Thanks.

    It is not the EXACT problem, but it does have to do with S & H. I ordered two of your tortoise link necklaces and the new watch in ivory. They arrived, BUT the watch was flying around loose in the shipping box…no bubble wrap or extra protection. It had come out of the Linea box. It runs, but makes a very audible “clacking” noise as it moves through the “seconds”…..like a cheap clock can do. So far I have had no problems with receiving your “on-line only” clothing…..and love it all!

      Dear Sallie, call customer service and tell them you have a defective watch and you want it replaced at their expense, and tell them to check the watch they ship out or you will send it back at their expense again.

You are one-in-a-million and QVC is lucky to have you!! At one time, my closets were filled with Anne Klein II and Anne Klein. Now it is Linea. Thank you!

    Hi Louis, I ordered the pants, A234658 (Petite Size 10)around the start of your 4:00 show. My order was accepted as having the item, but two days later, after some people had already received orders, my pants went to backorder status. Everything else shipped but them. They remain on backorder.
