…………………Over the years Jac and I bought Christmas ornaments where ever we traveled no matter what the season…….One of our favorite things to collect were SANTA. Many of our Santa ornaments were designed and manufactured by Patricia Breen. Even the snow man is holding a little Santa. The Patricia Breen ornaments have become very collectable and the prices have skyrocketed. They always get a special place on the tree.
Thank you for sharing these pictures and all of your postings each day! They are gorgeous ornaments. Collecting ornaments over the years makes it so special to bring them back out at Christmas time. I’ve started to give my 4 year old granddaughter ornaments each year to start a collection for her to keep as an adult. I’ve also started to pass on special decorations her father remembers fondly from his childhood so those items can be enjoyed by their little family. I enjoy seeing them on their tree and in their house at this time of year. We helped him collect ornaments as a child too but I am passing on others now as well.
Dear Marie…it’s wonderful that you have children and grandchildren that you can pass your ornaments on to. I’m not sure what I will have done with mine? I guess they will go to my nephew Chis.
