“THE “LINEA PONTE” V-NECK TUNIC”

Linea Ponte3

The LINEA PONTE V-NECK TUNIC is……A237391……….and it is fabulous. The color above is………CHARCOAL……and it is a heather grey. It is approx. 30 1/2 inches long for the XS. It has a long sleeve with a separate band cuff…..like you would find on a SWEATER SHIRT…………The inspiration for most of these pieces comes from ATHLETIC WEAR. The inset V-neck banding, the inset band POCKETS are all details you find on up scale athletic garments. Again, these clothes are meant to fit into any life style. If you lead a very casual life, wear it with jeans….or the matching pant….casual for me….. can look glam too. If you work,  wear it with the matching or contrast Linea Ponte pant….or one you may already own…………….a pencil skirt will give you another different look. For some of my petite ladies this may even be a fabulous little dress………some black tights….shoe booties or boots…..a terrific shoulder bag and you are done. For the taller women….a great pair of leggings will give the same look…………………Layer it …..or not. If you recall, Angela was wearing it with a pencil skirt, tights and suede pumps….with nothing under it. A turtle neck or jewel neck WK will be the perfect compliment…………What is best about this tunic, after all is said and done………is….IT’S COMFORTABLE!……Again, THE “LINEA PONTE” is easy care, easy to pack, easy to WEAR…………….scroll down…………………….enjoy……………..much Love………………..Louis

Thank you so much, Louis, for letting your “fan club” in on our opportunity to order these items in advance. I hope that we are given many such opportunities in the future whenever possible!

    Sign me,

Please, ladies, won’t even one of you return Louis’ Ottoman jacket?

Thanks for the heads up, you wonderful man, I just ordered three pairs of the new ponte pants. I’m so tired of falling in love with your fashions and not being able to order a medium. Your clothes make getting dressed so easy. I’m also thrilled that i’ll be able to wear them with last years whisper knit tops.

Louis, all of the new pieces are up except your first sneak peek, the double zip jacket.

Dear Louis, How does the new ponte knit compare to the Roma Ponte? Also, are you going to post the item number for the new boucle topper before Sunday? Thanks for all your beautiful designs and style suggestions. Keep them coming, please! Judy

Judith, that’s the first thing I thought when I saw the heathered charcoal. Would this be the bomb or what if it matches tonally with the lighter heather gray Roma Ponte? Louis, I just unpacked my Roma Ponte group for when the cooler weather arrives. I love those pieces! Especially the Audrey Hepburn mandarin-collar topper with the big buttons. I’m looking forward to getting pieces from this new OLO group.

The 4th piece in the LINEA PONTE is a new version of the Audry tunic. It’s already posted on the Linea Ponte site.

Dear Judith……….you will have to refresh my memory……which garments did I call Roma Ponte? I’ve used so many names….sometimes even I can’t keep them straight……Yes the topper will be sneak peeked. It will even be sneak peeked Sunday night on air with Jac and myself in NY City….I think at 8pm….but not sure of the time.

LDO, In Roma Ponte there were the Ninotchka suit (A210366 and -368), A210349 the drawstring tunic and A210350 matching pants, A210369 the v-neck princess-seamed LBD, A210363 the stand collar jacket, A 91273 the tunic with back button detail, also a pencil skirt and a fitted gray blazer with a nipped in waist.

Ah yes, that is a different fabric…..the mill that made that particular fabric will not make it again. For some reason when they were knitting the fabric there were a lot of damages and they had to literally throw it away and start again to complete the order. That fabric was heavier and a little stiffer than what I am using now….it also had a higher rayon content….that fabric in today’s mar4ket would be twice the price also…..so take good care of the pieces you have….they are gold!

Sounds pretty uptown, the Q doing a live shoot in NYC for one item…
Linea is moving up in the QVC world. Love it!!!

I’m not the only sneak peek they are shooting!

          1. Sherry

            Still…it’s nice to be included!!!

The Ninotchka suit, the tunic with grommets and matching pant, the LBD with 3/4 sleeves and v neck are all Roma Ponte, as well as the Audrey tunic jacket that came in Loden, magenta and sweet potato. It think these are from the fall 2010 collection. Don’t have item numbers because I’ve packed them all away for winter.

OOPS! I was trying to post this next to the Roma Ponte Question!
