Dear Gayle…..I m starting to think that it wasn’t a reorder at all. So many styles showed up at once that I thought it was the reorder, but now I’m thinking they were all small returns. I will check today to see if they were reorders or returns.
I don’t know what there was initially as to what came in because I can’t move that fast (nursing a sprained wrist). But even when I’m nimble, your jewelry has wings! Feel like I’m chasing Harry Potter’s “golden snitch” 🙂 I did “catch” the 36 in love knot, the goldtone wire cuff and the silver 72 in faceted beads and count myself LUCKY! All 3 were gone when I finally went through check-out at noon 🙂 Thank you for the heads up. NEVER would have seen these otherwise!

Louis, I haven’t ordered your jewelry yet but I do have several of your clothing items. I rushed to do a review of the cap sleeve top and pull on matching skirt in the blue and white stripe. They are great for post shoulder surgery one-armed dressing!5 stars of course. Oh, and I’m 5′ tall and the skirt works great! Many thanks.

Thank you, Louis, for the “heads up” notice. Glad I saw it first thing this AM and went right to the QVC site. It isn’t even 10AM where I live, and many of these reorder pieces are already gone! The demand is there. Maybe it is just as well that your jewelry usually doesn’t get “presentation time” on your QVC shows….or many of us would never be able to make our fingers work that fast to land any!! : ) LOVE your jewelry…past and present. I still have AK Couture pieces that I treasure…..and wear. The long “ice cube” necklace sees a lot of summer wear.
OOOH….I loved that ice cube necklace….I did that the same season as the FISH.
So that’s what it’s named! Inherited that necklace along with many, many vintage 80’s & 90’s Anne Klein jewels & clothing from my auntie in Chicago area. That necklace looks great with a AK Fish broach (it’s a cutie) for a fun Summer look. My guest bedroom closet is now my official AK archive & the dual Hayworth lingerie chests store my Linea & vintage AK jewels. Feel so lucky to be part of a village of LDO lovers!
Sorry, but I refuse to chase after such crazy, low quantity jewelry reorders. Seems just a setup for a letdown. I will continue to enjoy the items I managed to get on the first go-round.

I think that was a return…..a very late return that the Q for some reason accepted, but I don’t know of any reorder for that piece.
If that particular piece is most likely never going to return, would you please dream up another necklace with gunmetal and brown (or similar) coloration? Whoever bought that necklace realizes the rare, beautiful dynamic that necklace has with greys, charcoals, etc. You do, because I have often seen how you used it when you style your models. It is unique. Something one would not ordinarily think of but is supremely beautiful. When that necklace first became available, I frankly had no sense of its beauty.
Something in the future like it? Maybe?
I have a beautiful necklace in ROOT BEER ans HEMATITE planned for FALL 2014….not sure of the delivery date, but I know you will be pleased.
You’re my guy, Louis! Thank you. I have been “hungrily” looking back to this site for a positive on my request. Yay!!! You had it (your response)up only 3 minutes before I saw it. So you can see I am telling the truth. Only you could envision the beauty of this combo. As I wrote, I originally did not think it would be a great, but your gifted eye knows color like no one else. I repeat, like no one else.
You know Goldie….it’s very funny what things make an impression and last in your mind. Years ago…and I mean years….the first time I saw “Gone With The Wind”…..I will always remember Belle Wattling [one of my favorite characters] talking to Rhett B. in her salon. She was wearing a tiara with large AMBER beads on it. The way the light way hitting them made them glow. I have always liked the combination of amber and gunmetal or hematite.
WOO HOO!!! I got the Root Beer fluted and smooth bead long necklace (waited almost a year after the Q backordered then cancelled it on me), and the Gunmetal wire cuff and Demi-hoop earrings…Happy Dance…LOL. Thanks for the heads up!!!
Questions, please…will the Palm Frond earring come back in the pierced version, only Gold clip is showing available…and the Demi Hoop is showing not available??? I just ordered the Gunmetal and they were all there??? What’s the Q doing?
Yes, that is a latter date reorder and all versions will return.
WOW! The Root Beer Necklace and Wire Cuff in Gunmetal are already gone! I have that Necklace – but wanted the Gunmetal Wire Cuff – missed it! BUT – I did get the Black faceted 72″ Glass Bead Necklace – FABULOUS! Have the Clear – it is Magnificent!
