A change in plans.

Dear Ladies,
I thought I’d had better let you know right away that I had to cancel my PM Style show appearance. Let me be clear, this was a change in MY plans, so the item that was supposed to be on PM Style will now be on my Sunday, 8am show. There are lots of things being planned for next Spring, so I’m pretty sure I will see you on PM Style then. In the mean time we still have Aug., Sept. Oct, and Dec. to look forward too.
Thanks for understanding, Louis

First call alert! QVC finally has A72448, Louis’ long sleeve turtleneck sweater, back in stock! There’s no oatmeal this year, which is unfortunate since it’s such a nice winter color, buy ivory is back and many other colors!

Hi, Louis! I am very much looking forward to your Q appearance. I have a question for you about the slim leg and the straight leg pants (A217971 and …2) you will be selling. About how big is the leg opening at the bottom of each of these styles? Thank you very much.

    1. louisdellolio

      Dear Judy,
The slim leg measures aprox. 6 1/2 inches at the bottom opening and the straighter leg, aprox. 9 inches. These measurements are both for size XS. I am not sure if the opening is graded up as the sizes get larger, but it would be minimal and in proportion……..regards, Louis

Wonderful! Thanks, Louis! I appreciate all of your attention to detail–both in your designs, and in your dealings with your customers.

‘There are lots of things being planned for next Spring…’

    Well that sounds promising!

For the first quarter….Jan. Feb. March….I have a show each month with a goodly amount of new items. We haven’t worked on second quarter yet.

      1. Carol

In that case, let your buyer know we want more Kates, Robyns, and pebble crepe pieces!

        Thanks!

Louis, A classic sheath dress in pebble crepe would make my summer 2012! And like Carol, I would love more of your shirts for every season.

Let’s hope so….nothing in writing yet and definitely no TSVs.

Uh OH– does this mean that it is uncertain that you will have a summer 2012 line for QVC and we might face the ‘crisis’ of that dismal spring all over again? If the Ladies need to do some pre-contract lobbying, let us know the right time to begin.
PS I’ve been really busy and haven’t had time to research the animal law but will do so soon– blinddogs

Dear Blinddogs….ALL IS GOOD…..if I said anything to make you think otherwise….I’m sorry. Jan. Feb. and March Spring shows are set and I’ve designed everything for second quarter. Now I’ve started shopping for next Fall and I’ve found some wonderful things….Not to worry, all is fine!
          ………best regards, Louis

I am so relieved! My skeptical side tends to read a bit too much into the tea leaves!–blinddogs

That’s OK….it’s nice to know you have my back!

I hope SO MUCH that you bring back A78354! I love, love, love that jacket and would like to own it in black as well as the ivory that I already own. I wear the ivory jacket with a black turtleneck as my “go to” outfit for photo shoots (e.g., employee ID pictures, LOL!) The jacket is so clean and classic, and with all of the wear that I’ve given it, I know I’ll be needing to replace it this next spring. I know that sounds repetitive, but I love to stick with the classics.

      Dear mackenzie,
Since that jacket was sold late in the spring season I haven’t heard it’s it’s a reorder yet. It did very well but, you never know. When I find out, one way or the other, I will let you know……regards, Louis

Glad that we will get to see that duster on Sunday- always enjoy anytime you are on the air!

Louis, I’m sorry to hear it but I’m sure you had good reasons. I am looking forward to your other appearances!
