Answer to a question?

I know someone asked if the new BRIGHT OLIVE WK sweater with the rolled edge neck trim will work with the BRIGHT OLIVE FAUX SHETLAND PONCHO…..the answer is YES. The same color standard was used for both yarns. The Shetland came out paler and of course heathered compared to the WK which is stronger and more saturated…..that’s the difference in the yarns….so it is interesting to see how the same color dyed in two different yarns comes out…….I love the stronger color peeking through at the sides……They are wonderful together.

Further question- the WK sweater with the tie ribbons and candy buttons down the front (A219896) came in chartreuse– is this color similar to this bright olive color of the new sweater?

Sear Chris….I no longer have that sample, but they are in the same family. I couldn’t tell you the difference. I will say it works beautifully under the bright olive poncho

Thank you. some of us want to really utilize what we already own! Its a great color to wear with black bottoms or maybe winter white (ivory)? I see you paired the new sweater with the stone pants. Very nice!!

    Dear Louis,

Is the ribbing on the sleeves and bottom of this sweater similar to your new WK turtleneck? I’m wearing one of my 2 black turtlenecks right now with black jeans. Luv, luv, luv and can’t wait for the ivory next year!

It’s a 2×2 rib and there are slits at the side….I think the TN is a 1×1 rib.
