……………………..The MOTTO JACKET, A267935, will be shown this Monday on my two hour show starting at 4:00pm…..This was a big surprise for me as this was supposed to be on my Oct show….but here it is! Better early than late…..more appropriate for early fall wearing………………There are many styles of Motto jackets out there to choose from….so….what makes this one different…..It has your asymmetric zipper closing as many do, and your zipper pockets which are classic to these types of jackets…….but this jacket has shape made possible with PRINCESS SEAMS……..A Linea signature….the RIB KNIT TRIMS on leather and suede. This time the sleeves are ribbed knit. The back has a center panel of leather which give that HOUR GLASS LOOK, and on either side…..rib knit panels for maximum stretch….The jacket is numerically sized, and the size 6 is approx. 24 inches long……..This jacket is CUT and MADE with PERFECTION and PRECISION!…..Then there are the colors…….You have seen motto jackets in all sorts of colors…..from blush to silver gray…the classic brown and black…….so choosing just the right colors was very important……………….PLUM…… is the first color I chose…..It’s a DEEP RICH unique color, and one I haven’t seen in this style jacket…….I call these colors….”blackened”……………….I happen to love this color with pastels to add light to the face….like Perfectly Pink…….or the PALE LILAC above….which is a new color for the classic WK T- NECK, A72448. Since it is a reorder style I would think it will be avail soon….at least before my Oct. 7th show……………I personally love the CHOCOLATE METAL with the PLUM and on top of the PALE LILAC…………………If you aren’t a MOTTO GIRL yet…..maybe you will give this a try…..What a fabulous present this will make for those special women, of any age, on your list……………………………………………….

This is why we love you, Louis. Leather that a 60 year old can wear, look modern and not break the bank. And because you took the time on the way out the door to give us this last peek. You really are a gem. Can’t wait for the show.
Thank you so much for posting a sneak peek! Was debating between the black or plum. I already have a basic black leather jacket so am going to get this gorgeous plum after seeing your pics (don’t want to wait until the presentation). Looks so pretty with the lilac. I love all shades of purples so this is a no brainier for me.

Chris, thank you so much. You can tell I’ve already lost my mind over this plum jacket. I was thinking of tonight and wrote “tomorrow night” instead. As a Linea-buyer, I remember that items usually pop up after midnight right before a presentation. But I really want Louis to let us know that it will definitely be up after 12:00. You are right; this jacket is like a work of art. That’s our Louis. So special with his talents. Really, we are wickedly spoiled by him and his beautiful creations.
Louis, I don’t know if you’ll have time to answer this. Would you consider plum to be a purple-like color? If so, I’ll order the Plum Moto Jacket.
Just caught me before we leave….Plums when you get the very dark ones. It’s sort of an eggplant color.
You know I have to be “plum” out of my mind to be considering another piece of outerwear, but welcome to my world of crazy. My employer, the federal government, is poised to shut down once again (we do not get paid during the shutdown), and I just bought my two Linea FAB-U-LOUS trench coats in the colors I yearned for. What am I thinking of? Of this beautiful plum moto jacket, that’s what. I don’t own a moto jacket, but is that reason enough to buy? We all know how it goes in Linea Land — you snooze, you lose. This morning I wore my Linea leather/knit jacket in black. When I removed it from the closet, I caught a glimpse of that same jacket in burgundy, and was I ever glad I nabbed that one when I did. It came and went with the wind. Presto. Gone, baby, gone. This plum will undoubtedly have the same fate.
These will definitely be a one shot deal. The leather blazer you were speaking of was supposed to be a reorder. I had the new color all set, dark navy, but then it was never ordered. I’m sure is was a $$$$ shortage….so if you like it get it……you have a lifetime to wear it.
Will you (QVC) put it up for sale tomorrow night? I have a very busy Monday coming up and want to get all my ducks in a row.

I would have loved that leather/knit blazer in navy, by the way. Now that was a regrettable loss.
This is so different and so fresh, it makes my own vintage black moto jacket, as loved as it is, seem cliched. I’ll happily put that one away for awhile & replace it with this.
