……………………………………PORT………….is one of my must have colors of the season! There will be sweaters, the WK PANT, and even a COAT in the marvelous DEEP PORT WINE. The WING COLLAR COTTON SHIRT is the newest addition in this very saturated color. I love it with the ADOBE PLEATED SKIRT, A388389, a saddle calf belt and the INDIA PENDANT [the Navy and Chive pleated skirts look great with the PORT too]. The whole feeling reminds me of the south west. Taos and Millicent Rogers come to mind……..enjoy……………..much Love………………Louis

………………………….SLATE BLUE…….is also a new color added to the wing collar shirt……….It is a wonderful mix of blue and a cool grey. It looks terrific with deep dark NAVY………Silver is the perfect accessory color to keep that cool feeling…………………………………………enjoy………………….much Love……………………Louis

Can’t find who asked me if the Adobe pleated skirt will work with the Sienna jersey top………YES, I checked and they look good together.

………………………….I am not known for being a “print designer” like a Dolce & Gabbana, Diane von Frustenberg, or Nicole Miller, but I do like to challenge myself. I enjoy coming up with what I think are new and exciting ways to enhance a wardrobe of solid colors….Accessories and PRINTS do just that……A print here and there is a good thing!…….I call this a MODERNIST print because it brings to mind many paintings I have seen in the Modern Galleries in NYC. The first color is called PURPLE MULTI, of which there are many shades, but there is also a deep NAVY and a VIRIDIAN GREEN which contrasts nicely to the purples. The fabric is my poly jersey that many of you know so well. A cool silky hand, easy care, cling free, and packability are some of the hallmarks of this fabric…….The shape is simple, and skims the body. It has long sleeves, and an open neckline. I think the fit is generous. The length of the xxs is approx. 26 inches…….The style number is A295912………….I love the way the MINT MIST “SPIRIT” NECKLACE, J350153, highlights the print…..It’s a standout……………………..enjoy………….much Love………..Louis

……………………..I have always loved the color……………..SIENNA……………It was one of my favorite colors in my 64 color Crayola Coloring box……….The print starts at the top with a lovely deep fuchsia/boysenberry color and then moss green to umber to rusts and sienna, and lastly at the bottom brown. The Dark Umber ponte pant [shown above], the Espresso pant [A282511 reg. and A285547 petite], and the Port WK pant look beautiful with this print. If you are a red head this is a natural, but it looks equally well on blonds and brunettes…………If there was ever a top that called out for COPPER OX ETRUSCAN jewelry, J350131, this is it…….It also looks wonderful with the India pendant………………….Enjoy……………much Love…………….Louis
