The variation of color and the veins in the beads give them the variation needed to give them life, and gives them the look like something from nature……..Most “brown” beads have no life and just look dull……That is the reason you hardly ever see brown beads, other than wood, being offered……The color in the beads rangers from a paler taupe to a very deep espresso brown……..The metal chain color is a burnished brass. The spacer beads are a combination of two smaller metal beads with a center espresso bead……….The earring is for PIERCED ears, but can easily be switched to a clip on if you like……….The color of this necklace is very versatile and works seamlessly from spring/summer right into fall/winter………..Above, the wing collar shirt in the Lt. ………………………….The third color being offered in the BARREL BEAD & EARRING SET is…………..BLACK………….shiny Licorice Black.,,,,,,The solid black beads are accented with GUNMETAL beads and chain. Whereas the White and Espresso beads show variation of color and striations and veins….the black is opaque and a solid shiny color. This necklace was part of my private collection, and I have been showing the black necklace and earring for YEARS! The original was “strung” on a black ribbon and knotted with the ribbon between the beads. When I originally tried to reproduce it as it was it didn’t hang well, because the knots made it wobbly. I also noticed with time the ribbon started to fray. I finally decided on the chain and the separator beads………voila….perfect….The necklace hangs perfectly and the change to the chain from the ribbon makes the necklace a stronger piece……..Where the necklace with the matching earring or a Gunmetal earring will be a good additional option…..I have found so many uses for these beads. They just solve so many problems…….Wear any color top with a black or white bottom…..and the BLACK BEADS, black shoes and black sunglasses…..instant chic….Do you own a print that’s hard to accessorize? If it has some black in it these beads are the perfect answer. …………………Coming this April………….A brand new addition to the “LINEA BODY COLLECTION”………..The Linea Body Seamless CAPRI legging, A272373……….The regular longer length L.B. seamless legging has been a huge success, and has been reordered for this coming fall in FOUR new colors…….I decided to add this Carpi length for this spring. It is made in the SAME KNIT and the same SEAMLESS CONSTRUCTION as the longer version………The colors being offered are……………..BLACK…………….NAVY…………GREY…………..TAUPE……….The grey and the taupe are actually darker than they appear in the photos above, and pretty much a match to the L.Leisure pull-on pant which were new colors added this year……….The sizing is the same as the longer version and they will be offered in all of the same sizes…..A, B, C, D, E, F, G………..Now this is IMPORTANT!!!! When you take them out of the package DO NOT BE SHOCKED AT THE SIZE!!!!! You will exclaim……OMG….I will never get into these tiny things!…..YOU WILL………They have enormous stretch, and you will be surprised how well they do fit. When I had Jac try them on she too said “am I supposed to get these on, what size did you give me??”….ye of little faith………She was quite surprise by the stretch and how well they fit. She loved the length, and she thought it would work well on everyone, because you really can adjust where they hit on the leg……to a certain extent……When spring/summer comes she stores her longer leggings and wears this shorter length. …………..Time is going by so fast……it’s Easter, and Jac and I want to wish you all a Happy Easter Sunday!……..We will be leaving for PA later today. I am scheduled to be the first and second item on the FEW show which starts at 7:00am….so if you snooze you will miss me….I will have some Sneak peeks for you to make it more interesting!
