When Jac and I first heard about what had happened to Joan during this supposedly simple procedure, and read how long it took for the paramedics to get her heart beating again, we feared  the worst, but prayed for the best. Knowing Joan for so many years, and knowing what a fighter she has always been, I truly thought if anyone could survive this….Joan would be the one….Unfortunately, it was not to be…………………………………..I first met Joan many years ago when I was designing at Anne Klein. Her husband Edgar has just died, and Joan came up to get some black suits. Under such horrendous circumstances, she was filled with a calming grace. I worked with her privately in my office for a few hours and the suits were delivered to her that evening. She was always so thankful and appreciative………..Years later…..we met in the studios at QVC. She came over to me, squeezed my hand, and we looked at each other…..no words were needed……………..I will miss that little firecracker very much, but her spirit is so strong she will never be far away………………………..Jac and I want to send all of our love to Melissa and Cooper……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

…………..I have done many incarnations of pearl necklaces in my career, but I have never done a triple strand pearl necklace for  QVC…….Here is the much requested TRIPLE STRAND NECKLACE, J296624…..The necklace is made up of  IVORY GLASS PEARLS in two different alternating sizes with GOLD TINY SPACER BEADS separating each pearl………….There is a lobster claw closing with a three inch extender chain so you can wear it to suit the top you have on…………….The IVORY OBLONG PEARL EARRING, J296890,  has a GOLD RIM to coordinate with the spacer beads…….It will be available in PIERCED……and CLIP. Wearing pearls with a simple turtleneck and dress pants or jeans takes the idea of  casual to dressy to a whole other level….. I have always loved the mix of the MASCULINE with the FEMININE…….PINSTRIPES & PEARLS……it doesn’t get much better than that!
