Since so many of you have seen glimpses of my new SUEDE & KNIT combination JACKET, A236138, I have chosen it as my second SNEAK PEEK. It will appear on one of my Aug 26th shows at either 1PM or 11PM, not sure which. The newest of my SUEDE & KNIT jackets is approx 26 inches long for the XS. It has KNIT SLEEVES and a KNIT STAND COLLAR, which in the photos above looks terrific when worn open. This is especially good for those of you who may have short neck issues. The knit of the collar is DOUBLED, which is the more expensive and IMHO, the best and finest way to make this type of collar. The INSERTED BAND POCKETS are slightly slanted for easier access. There is a TWO WAY ZIPPER, which allows you to wear the jacket in a myriad of ways….if you have hip issues, the two way zip will give you just enough added room, and will look like you unzipped it as a style feature. It really is fun to play with all the different looks a two way zipper can offer. The body of the jacket is fully lined….the sleeves, of course are not. If you have sleeve length issues, just turn them back and create a knit cuff, which can also look like another design detail……….Let’s talk COLOR………………..This is the DEEPEST DARKEST RICHEST WALNUT I have ever done….anywhere. With suede it’s always a gamble just how the color will come out….and that goes for the most expensive suede and leathers you can buy…..when the suede goes into the dye baths you pray that the color comes out as you hoped…………..this WALNUT EXCEEDED my expectations. I have chosen to coordinate the WALNUT with the LAPIS BLUE TURTLENECK, and the colors together look SENSATIONAL…..I can’t think of anyone who can not wear these colors….RED HEADS, BRUNETTES, and BLONDS etc etc will all be fabulous in these colors. Of course any color will look great with the WALNUT….. because the color is so deep it become a neutral………..WALNUT is the NEW BLACK!…………………………………..

The second color being offered is…………….TOPAZ……….and what a rich color it is. After the success of the TOPAZ seamed blazer from last winter, I knew this was a color I needed to continue…..of course it just happens to be one of my favorite colors. I love the way TOPAZ looks with WINE, AUBERGINE, NAVY, BROWN, GREY, TEAL, BLUE. PURPLE, VIOLET, FOREST GREEN, IVORY….I could go on and on. There are going to be lots of separates that will coordinate with this color jacket….some you have gotten glimpses of from my ACCESSORY BAGS…….and all of the TOPAZ WHISPER KNITS, which miraculously match very well, will coordinate with the TOPAZ jacket. In the photos above I have paired the TOPAZ SUEDE JACKET with my AUBERGINE TURTLE NECK, jeans, and …..a sneak peak within a sneak peek,….my new QUILTED BROWN VEST coming in SEPTEMBER! You ask for casual…..I give you casual,…..but with STYLE…………..Don’t think this is only a casual jacket…..pair it with a WK WALNUT SWEATER and the WK WALNUT SKIRT….a pair of tights, suede pumps or boots and you have a whole different look……………Those of you who already own a Linea suede jacket or two, know what superb quality I offer……….this jacket in any retail store would be twice the price…………………………………….;..

Last, but not least, is the ………..SPRUCE GREEN SUEDE JACKET,A236138……….. I know there are many of you out there who are GREEN LOVERS, and you know who I mean. This was done with you in mind…..but….no pressure…LOL………………….The Spruce Green has a GUNMETAL ZIPPER……everything else you already know. I chose to pair the SPRUCE GREEN with the VIOLET WK TURTLE NECK…..It’s a combination I seem to gravitate to time after time, but there are many colors you can interchange with the VIOLET…………….RUBY, FUCHSIA, TOPAZ, CAMEL, CARAMEL, MUSHROOM. IVORY etc etc depending on your mood. It is IMPORTANT to note that the SPRUCE GREEN OTTOMAN SKIRT looks GOOD with this jacket. They are not a perfect match, but better than anything else you could possibly find………remember….one is SUEDE and one is COTTON….but the textures together is totally DESIGNER………..I know which ever color suede jacket you choose…..you will get years of pleasure, and years of compliments……………….enjoy………….much Love……..Louis

Since the pictures of the LONG BEAD NECKLACE, J284036, has already been posted on QVC, and is ready for ordering…..I thought I should post my collages ASAP. All of the dimensions have been posted on the LINEA JEWELRY site….except the size of the beads…..they are approx. 3/4 inch long and 1/2 inch wide so they are OBLONG……. The gold beads are smooth, while the COLOR beads are both smooth and carved in a swirl pattern. I don’t know of any other jewelry line that offers you a necklace at a  76 inch length, both on QVC or in any retail store…………Why SO long??? At this length you have many options and ways to wear your new necklace…..wear it wrapped closely around the neck and the rest hanging long…..very 1920 FLAPPER………….wear it DOUBLED………wear it TRIPLED ………wear it QUADRUPLED…..wear it mixed with the double sided cross coming for the HOLIDAYS. Remember….these are clear beads and will always look deeper when you wear COLOR on COLOR as shown above with the RED BEADS on the RUBY SWEATER….. The beads are spaced randomly so when they are wrapped the look is more interesting. There are also small gold spacer beads between each bead which gives the necklace more flexibility. The GOLD SWIRL BUTTON EARRING is avail now, but is EXTREMELY limited in both the clip and pierced………this is the only all METAL earring I am doing for the season and will coordinate with all of the jewelry to come. The stone earring encased in gold will be arriving later in the season, but I wanted you all to see how everything will coordinate. This is a very rich custom look………………perfect for Christmas presents presented in a gold box with gold tissue paper…..how pretty….and impressive would that be………………….

Blue……this is a beautiful LAPIS BLUE…………The beads were dyed to coordinate with the LAPIS Whisper Knit and I think they did a marvelous job……the beads are not glass….they are resin…..if they were glass at this length and size you would not be able to lift your neck…………as they are….. they are very comfortable. This is a statement necklace………..right off the LINEA RUNWAY…………..enjoy…..much Love……..Louis
