………………………There are certain prints that just bring a smile to your face……Not all of them can elicit such an emotion, but this, IMHO, is such a print……It’s sweet, it’s cheery, it’s happy….it’s just plain PRETTY! The RED is a clear, wonderful bright TRUE red. In the IVORY FLOWERS there are touches of turquoise blue, aqua, yellow and gold,  fuchsia pink, and magenta with a bit of green in the leaves…….The fabric of the blouse and skirt is the same as the wild flower blouse, A349655 and skirt, A302604. If you own either one of those pieces than you already know how comfortable, and what a beautiful drape the fabric has. It is the perfect choice for this blouse and skirt……………The BLOUSE, A351414 will be avail in sizes xxs to 3x. It is approx. 24 3/4 inches long and has a curved bottom, which I think is usually more flattering for shorter blouses. It has a classic shirt collar and stand with a button placket front. There are TWO ROWS of SWIRL RUFFLES down the front that end approx 5 inches from the bottom. This makes it easier to tuck in if you so desire. I call them SWIRL RUFFLES because they are not full and just seem to ripple down the front. In other words they are not over powering in any way. They just add a little interest and a feminine touch. The sleeve is straight and a 3/4 length, but can also be rolled up and held with a tab and button. It makes a fun and flirty 2 piece dress with the matching skirt above, but more on that in the next sneak peek. ………………………….Spring and Summer is a great time of year to wear fun flirty skirts………Whether you wear them with a classic shirt like my WHITE on WHITE emb. shirt, A349644,  my V-neck tee, A308450,  or a feminine blouse like my convertible blouse above, A306416….the skirt can work for anyone’s lifestyle. The RED MULTI FLORAL, A351415, has an elastic waist with the center stitch to prevent any twisting of the elastic. This is an easy A-Line skirt……not too full…..just enough room to “walk” with ease, and move prettily…and the fullness of the ruffle is controlled so anyone can wear this and feel they are not wearing something too young. A tee and flip flops will work for ANYONE!…..The skirt is approx 24 inches long, but can easily be adjusted by either dropping the elastic band to make the skirt a least one inch longer or raising the elastic band to make it a little shorter…….Fuller skirts always look a little longer than a pencil skirt anyway…..The top FLOUNCE starts at the low hip and dips down to the other side creating a DIAGONAL LINE……..This ELONGATING DESIGN LINE is much more flattering to anyone’s body shape than a perfectly horizontal ruffle going across the hips, which is the widest part of most women’s bodies. The bottom of THIS flounce ends approx. where the bottom flounce begins [easily seen in the photos above]. This horizontal flounce at the bottom is straight, circling the legs….These are CIRCULAR RUFFLES which flatter than a SHIRRED ruffle…..so there isn’t a lot of bounce or ruffles that stick out….There is no lining in this skirt…..it was not necessary………This isn’t just a pretty skirt….it’s a COMFORTABLE, COOL, EASY skirt, which I’m sure will be enjoyable to wear………For some summer fun add the colorful “Brooch” necklace, J390523. A simple pearl stud is all you need to complete the look…….Wear it with sandals, flip flops, espadrilles, wedges and a strappy high heel…………even a cowboy boot can be great!……………………….enjoy………..much Love……………Louis

……………….The BLACK MULTI FLORAL has accents of…..WHITE, CORNFLOWER BLUE, CORAL, RED, LEMON YELLOW and GOLD with bits of GREEN in the leaves………These pieces make great separates as you can see above. Wear the blouse as a little shirt jacket with a black tank under, it and my white Linea Leisure pants, A262070/A262072, my Crop zip front pant, A349647/A349648 [both in reg and petite], or my white denim jean Capri or shorts……….The White on White emb shirt with the skirt is so much more interesting and “Designer” than a basic white button down…………My CLEAR BROOCH necklace, J390523, or my FLOWER POWER NECKLACE set, J390567, add just the right touch…………..enjoy……….These will be fun pieces to add to your spring/summer wardrobes, and will always be “INSTYLE”………………….enjoy………….much Love………………………..Louis

………………..The A288390, REG. and the A311557, PETITE…PEBBLE CREPE TUNIC is returning with the addition of TWO NEW COLORS…………PERSIMMON, above, is one of those colors. It isn’t quite as red or bright as my photos. It is very difficult to capture a true color especially anything in the red family. None the less it is a marvelous color, and the perfect backdrop for ALL of your Linea jewelry. Above, is the GOLD TANGIERS necklace and earring set, J361101, worn with the RUSSIAN GOLD GOLD EGYPTIAN medallion, J360761…………..This tunic has been reordered once before so this is its’ third appearance. I think those of you who own and love it find the combination of the LIGHT Pebble Crepe fabric, with the loose fit, super comfortable, and the LONG length forgiving and relaxing. You really don’t have to worry about ANYTHING when you are wearing this tunic. NOTHING at all shows. When you have your hands in the pockets and you just walk there is a wonderful SWAY and SWAGGER about this top. The 3/4 sleeve is cool and comfortable and great for showing your cuffs and roller bracelets. The ASYMMETRIC hem just adds to the bravura. The neckline isn’t worrisome, and works with all kinds of jewelry and scarves……….It’s a great top for a Sunday afternoon brunch….or strolling looking at the sights on your vacation. Whether you are going to a graduation or someone’s home for a back yard party you will always be comfortable in this light weight PEBBLE CREPE tunic.
