……………………………Why am I revisiting the Tie Dye skirt? because I think it is one of the best things I have offered you that you can wear when the temperatures sky rocket, and the humidity becomes unbearably high!……..I know this from all of you who own a BOHO SKIRT………….Solid or Printed, they are all made in the same CRINKLE GEORGETTE, and the ALL have the same feather weight tricot lining. The UNIVERSAL COMMENTS about these skirts is how COOOOOOOL, and comfortable they are….like wearing NOTHING. There is nothing here to cling to your body. Even the lining has HIGH SLITS on both sides, not only for walking ease, but for air flow……..When you just can’t stand the idea of pulling on a FITTED PANT of any kind, because you know they are going to be warm and claustrophobic, then it’s time to reach for your TIE DYE BOHO……………….I think another thing many of you have discovered about this print is the fact that it doesn’t EAT you up!…..I think you know what I mean. Some prints I’ve seen are so big, so bold, so loud, that they overwhelm the wearer. If this print could speak……it would whisper…………………It is what is called a no print print………It’s the kind of print that you can accessorize with bold jewelry or delicate jewelry and you will see them!…..They won’t be overpowered and smothered by the print………….To illustrate my point I have chosen the PINK TEE, A308450, and the IVORY CONVERTIBLE COLLAR blouse, A306416. With both tops I have chosen the NEW MAASAI NECKLACE and EARRING [bracelets not shown]. You can see how it all harmonizes………nothing SHOUTS!…….You have all heard hosts talk about the “half tuck”, meaning the shirt is tucked into the skirt in the front, and hangs loose in the back…….What about the SIDE TUCK for something a little different from everyone else!…….It is funny what certain looks conjure up in one’s mind. With the off the shoulder top or the tee, and the tiered skirt worn with the intricate necklace, all of a sudden brings the south west to mind and the Navajo people………far away from the Maasai……but when you think about it…..still similar…………………….I’m sure you have a plethora of white summer tops you can wear with any of the tie dye boho skirts……so bring on the summer heat…..you’ll be ready!…………………………………………………enjoy…………………………………much Love………………………………….Louis

…………………………..THE ORANGE TIE DYE is one of my favorites, because it is a color you don’t see often. I don’t really know why women shy away from oranges…..It is really a very flattering color. When worn as a bottom color it works for EVERYONE! As I said before, summer is the season for WHITE TOPS, whether a simple tank, short sleeve tee, a button down or fancier tops like the off the shoulder or white on white embroidered shirts, there are many things you own already to wear with your Tie Dye skirts………Add some new jewelry….like the BEDOUIN NECKLACE and EARRING set above….mixed with the Lord of the Rings black necklace and you have a whole new look……Add your black roller bracelets, a great pair of sandals, SUNGLASSES , a tote and off you go……..So many of you are traveling….I’m really jealous!!!! Italy on the Amalfi coast, the island of Capri, the South of France and the Greek Islands are all destinations I would love to see again. Many of you are cruising all over the place!……What could possibly be a better thing to bring with you than a Tie Dye skirt or two. I’ve shown you a zillion times how easy they are to pack…..Twist like a broom stick skirt until you can’t twist any more…..roll it in a ball and that’s it until you take it out of you luggage, shake it out and it’s ready to be worn……day or night you can wear this skirt. Going to the beach or an al fresco restaurant, you’ll be ready……. ……………………….TURQUOISE………………………..or AQUA………………….both describe this COOL WATERY COLOR………..It’s all so easy and breezy when worn with the CRINKLE GEORGETTE sheer white safari shirt [same fabric as the skirt]. Relaxed, and ready for a lazy afternoon of sight seeing in Venice, or sitting under some trees, where there’s a cool breeze, at the out door restaurant in Torcello……oh what a wonderful dream! …….Back to reality for most of us……Ok, sitting under a tree, where there is a cool breeze, at a local favorite restaurant…..where there is out door seating……still not bad!…….Where ever you are going….or not, I can guarantee that you will be comfortable and cool in your Tie dye skirt!………On my lady the BEDOUIN necklace in the BLACK/TURQUOISE/RED and DILL, again mixed with the Black Ring necklace……………………………enjoy………………………much Love…………………………Louis

……………………………….Talk about cool…………………….GRASS GREEN and WHITE is like spearmint menthol! It doesn’t get much more refreshing that this………Green is another color you don’t often seen worn, but when you do it always looks so good!…..I’ve mixed the WHITE on WHITE embroidered shirt, A349644 with the NEW JUST POSTED…..SILVER MARDI GRAS NECKLACE!…..I say….talk about COOL…………………

………………………………..The NAVY TIE DYE brings to mind a painting of a pool by David Hockney………………He is famous for his pool paintings……..The mystery of the deep navy water leaves the mind to wander and make up all kinds of stories…..So many shark stories lately……There was a great white shark right off the cost of where I live in Greenwich Ct.!!!! that’s a first……….Remember, all of these skirts are very easy to care for…..wash and wear which really does make them perfect for travel……………WHITE is the perfect foil for the navy tie dye skirt, like the White Moss Crepe Tee above, A353587…….It’s first showing will be with my new BIG DEAL on June 18th. With the tee and Navy skirt my GOLD FISH and BLUE FANTASY FISH pendants  are worn with the Blue Pompeii necklace……….OK…..who’s really paying attention!!!! Did you notice the new little guppy that’s about to swim into the harbor? So many of you asked if I would ever bring back the fish earring? Even though it sold out in a nano second, getting a reorder in those early days was like getting blood from a stone…LOL….Well we finally did it in GOLD and SILVER to go with the two most popular pendants…..We’ll see….if they do well maybe other colors will come up stream too……………………
