………………………….The third color being offered in the BARREL BEAD & EARRING SET is…………..BLACK………….shiny Licorice Black.,,,,,,The solid black beads are accented with GUNMETAL beads and chain. Whereas the White and Espresso beads show variation of color and striations and veins….the black is opaque and a solid shiny color. This necklace was part of my private collection, and I have been showing the black necklace and earring for YEARS! The original was “strung” on a black ribbon and knotted with the ribbon between the beads. When I originally tried to reproduce it as it was it didn’t hang well, because the knots made it wobbly. I also noticed with time the ribbon started to fray. I finally decided on the chain and the separator beads………voila….perfect….The necklace hangs perfectly and the change to the chain from the ribbon makes the necklace a stronger piece……..Where the necklace with the matching earring or a Gunmetal earring will be a good additional option…..I have found so many uses for these beads. They just solve so many problems…….Wear any color top with a black or white bottom…..and the BLACK BEADS, black shoes and black sunglasses…..instant chic….Do you own a print that’s hard to accessorize?
