Thank you for the walk by the water and a turn about the garden! How lovely Louis. Nice to meet Teresa. I hope she is doing well. I think you are in for a hot 4th of July. Stay cool. Love and hugs!

Our blue planet is spectacular. How are your morning glories coming along? You can enjoy being in the sun, however, wear a hat that covers your face and a shirt with long sleeves that cover your hands. Living in Los Angeles, 360 days of sun shine, I now have to go to the derm every year for cancer check up. I also cover up when I’m driving.

Dear Seyma…..so far my Morning Glories are doing well. They are still on their assent up the lattice fence so it will be awhile before, hopefully, I see flowers. That’s if the deer don’t get them!!!!It seems there is a family of deer who have decided to travel south to be by the shore from where they normally live. Between them and the ever growing population of rabbits the are decimating my garden. Yesterday, one was majestically sitting on the lawn in the shade near my back garden where the video was shot. I had let the girls out and then saw the deer. Well, when they saw the deer they went crazy!!!, and it ran off. Franco had put up a series of strings and wooden steaks across where the picket gate is to make it higher, but the deer jumped right over it! This deer should be in the Olympics!! I have to tell Franco to make this contraption higher! As for the sun I go to the Derm. twice a year to have everything checked. I don’t wear long sleeve shirts but I do use sun screen. For my trip to Africa I bought all of these long sleeve, light weight shirts with UV protection, and a big brimmed safari hat.

Oh thank you. That is beautiful. How wonderful to have Long Island sound in your back yard. I grew up in New England and still miss the area. It is a unique and magnificent part of the country.
