“GRAVITY”

On this rainy dank Sunday afternoon, Jac and I decided to take a trip into OUTER SPACE………and what a ride it was!!!!……….If you are lucky enough to have an IMAX theater near you….you MUST see this movie. If you don’t…. than 3-D will have to be good enough………This movie, without a doubt, will win every OSCAR for SPECIAL EFFECTS, SOUND and MUSIC…………….Sandra Bullock, who I absolutely LOVE, just may have the Oscar in her back pocket…..she was that good, and George Clooney was his charming best……….but……..it’s the trip that will ASTONISH you……….WOW…….I don’t think I will be booking a trip on Branston’s flights into space anytime soon…………………I’ve now been there……….and thankfully have returned to my little peaceful corner of the world…………………….don’t miss this movie…………”GRAVITY”…………..is one of the all time best!

We battled the crowds this past weekend for “Gravity” – Concur, an IMAX must see!

This is on our movie group’s list to see. We have 3-D right here. But one member is afraid she will get vertigo :-).

We are on for a matinee tomorrow (Thurs) with dinner afterwards! And YEA! weather is cooler so I can wear an outfit for autumn :-).

Back from seeing a matinee today, Louis, followed by dinner. I was EXHAUSTED at the end of it! But then I really get into movies, theater, opera, whatever. :-). Sandra Bullock was superb.

Missed seeing it this weekend but will very soon. Thanks for reinforcing my desire to catch it, Louis. (I love Sandra Bullock, too.)

Thank you so much for the review! Our nearest IMAX is 1.5 hours away, outside Philadelphia, but sounds like this is well worth the drive … really appreciate your tip 🙂

It’s definitely worth it, but get your tickets in advance, so you don’t travel all that way and find it sold out

Oh, more great advice! I see a King of Prussia IMAX movie in my near future, followed by dinner in “Vietnam-town” in Philadelphia 🙂 Thanks again!

I saw this film yesterday in 3-D. It was indeed extraordinary!

I love our IMAX. I saw the recent Star Trek movie there, as well as Prometheus and Avatar. Some movies are just meant to be seen in IMAX, especially outer space films. If space age figure prominently in your next fall collection, we’ll know where that came from.

Glad to hear you’ve had some R&R time before the big October shows rush.

I saw it yesterday in 3D also. Should have seen it in the Imax theatre and may go again! What a Ride!!! Amazingly awe inspiring! I agree, I will stick here on earth! Then we went to Parkland! I was just a little girl in a small town in upper British Columbia but I remember the day President Kennedy died and my mother crying as she was standing at the ironing board ironing clothes! It was very well done also! It was a good day with good entertainment and I cannot get either movie out of my head totally for totally different reasons! Go see them!
