Spiffy boats Louis! I see boats docked in the Harbour where I live on a little “island of sorts.” Did you hear the incredible story about QVC former host Antonella Nester?
At the time she was diagnosed with cancer. She had more than she and her husband could handle in possessions (a beautiful horse, huge mansion, cars, and a BOAT) so they got rid of it all, EXCEPT THE BOAT! I believe she had finished her treatments when they decided to just get away! They were living on the boat at the time and decided fair weather was what they needed so they aimed at FLORIDA. They left in the evening and all during that night her husband navigated that boat safely down the Atlantic coast, while Antonella slept like a baby the entire trip. She woke up ready to greet her family under sunny Florida skies. Sorry if you heard this story before but I think it bears repeating. Needless to say, she said her Mom was on pins and needles waiting for her, in fact she was not in favor of the idea of this trip in the first place. Us girls have a tendency to worry, just how we are. Just letting you know, Louis, “your girls” worry about you and I can say this because I’m single and don’t have the burden of a jealous husband. Your friend’s boats are gorgeous. Like elegant wooden boats before fiberglass became the “thing”. His craftsmanship is extraordinary judging by the photos……and probably amazing IRL.
