…………………….The BLACK /MULTI COLOR EMBROIDERED TULLE SKIRT, A374708 is my new embroidered skirt for Spring/Summer. It is similar in construction to the Fall emb. tulle skirt in that it has two tiers, and it is lined in the same tricot knit. It is a pull-on, and the emb is on the same tulle……There are scattered FIELD FLOWERS on the body of the skirt, and it has a scallop edge to finish it nicely at the bottom. This skirt has an EXPOSED black elastic waist band as opposed to the fall skirt which had a tricot knit covered elastic band… I chose the exposed elastic black band because it makes it a little edgier and more sporty.. It is NOT as full or as long as the fall skirt. It is  shorter at 26 1/2 inches for the xxs…….Some of the colors of the emb. were chosen to go with the BIG DEAL jackets….like the buttercream, perfectly pink and Loden, and of course the black tulle looks great with the black faux suede…..You will find that many black tops you already own work perfectly with the skirt, such as your tanks, your crinkle georgette safari shirt,  your peasant top, and your new Black WK mock neck elbow sleeve sweater [all pictured above]…..to name a few will give you totally different looks and ways to wear the skirt…. However, don’t think you are limited to black tops. Wear your Buttercream, and your perfectly pink tops too. Then see what you already own that could work color wise……………The necklace was created to coordinate with the embroidery of the skirt, and I found the perfect colors. They are GLASS ROUND BEADS linked together with BLACK links to match the black tulle. When you wear it on a black top the links disappear and all you see are the beautiful glass beads…Some of the glass beads are transparent and some are luminescent with hints of gold as is the berry red bead, and all are very special………The necklace comes with a matching drop earring in the Berry Red….Some of the photos have the one necklace and some have two………Again, this necklace may have been created to go with the embroidered skirt, but you will find it works with so much more………I call the necklace “Coquette” because it’s flirty……like the skirt…….Why search and search for just the right necklace and earring to work with the new Field Flower tulle skirt when I have done all the work for you…..The search and discovery is all the fun in designing clothes and accessories…..I want to make your lives easier and for you to always be WONDERFUL!!!!!…………………………………enjoy………………….much Love…………………………..Louis

………………………..The Coquette skirt does not only need black tops! The Buttercream and Perfectly Pink are two colors that are in the embroidery. The BUTTERCREAM SATIN as well as the BLACK SATIN look terrific with the skirt. The satin adds another texture, and the interesting combinations are very indicative  of “designer clothing”. I am sure you will find other colors that you may already own that will work well with this skirt…….The outfits above are perfect for spring and the Easter season……………For the summer…..a WHITE TEE and black sandals will always look great!……..The COQUETTE necklace and earring set is already avail….The colors of the glass beads were selected by me to work with the emb. colors in the skirt……However you will find that it will work with all of the faux suede colors [as the skirt does], and many other things you own…………………………….enjoy…………………………much Love……………………..Louis

……………………..I love glass beads whether they are faceted or SMOOTH like the COQUETTE necklace and earring set above, J485362…….There is just something sensual about the feel of smooth cool glass beads….I don’t think I really appreciated glass until Jac took me to Venice many many years ago……It’s a wonderland….a place to fall in love, and a place to fall in love with…We visited all of the glass factories on the island of Murano, and I was captivated by the craftsmanship and artistry…..I hadn’t really thought about all of the varieties of glass, the colors and the treatments that can be achieved. I have forever looked at anything glass through different eyes…The necklace and earring above brings me right back to Venice…..The OPAQUE, the TRANSLUCENT, the MILKY and the IRIDESCENT beads all remind me of glass I had admired on our trips…….The colors of the necklace and earring were chosen to coordinate with the Coquette tulle skirt above, and the Big Deal Faux Suede jacket in Loden, Black, Pink and Buttercream….The Black chain disappears letting the beads take center stage………..Playing with this necklace I have discovered just how versatile the colors in the necklace are………..I am sure when you start exploring all the the many things you own that you can wear them with…the discovery will be lots of fun……..In a word this set is SUPERB!

………………………….The LONG awaited sheer tights have FINALLY ARRIVED and ready for ordering!!!!! These tights are a NEW TECHNOLOGY………The control top is 120 DENIER, and the sheer is 20 DENIER…..These are NON RUN TIGHTS…….If you puncture a hole in them with a pencil all you will have is a hole. The hole will not lead into a run up and down the leg!………EVERYONE should have a wardrobe of sheer tights…..EVERYONE!…………Years ago when I did runway shows at Anne Klein I used between 28 and 36 models depending on the season and size of the show. These were the SUPER MODELS that you all know, Christy, Linda, Naomi, Yasmeen, Claudia, Cindy, Elle, Helena, Carla etc. etc. In all my 50 years in the business these were the most beautiful women ever. I can tell you they ALL wanted to wear nude tights on the runway when possible….Why?….It just made their legs look better……..Make up for the legs. Sheer hose even out the skin tone and hide imperfections……They are a must with skirts…………….The colors are NUDE which is a very flattering color and will look great on most skin colors. BLACK sheers are the perfect accessory for day or night whether you are in a short pencil skirt or the new LONG TULLE SKIRT…..They will look great with the Black Sequin pant too……..remember CONTROL TOP!……….SMOKE will surprise you the minute you try them on. When Karen, from the jewelry company, wore them she said, “these are fabulous” . I think it was the first time she ever had smoke sheer tights on. What purpose do smoke sheers serve? Sometimes black is too much of a contrast or just not right with what you are wearing especially if you aren’t wearing black. It’s a wonderful alternative to nude and black, and you will find them solving dressing problems that before you had no answer to……….They are silky on the leg and extremely comfortable……With all sheers you will always get a hint of skin tone showing through……..The sizing is A through G so there should be a good option for all of you……….The quality like all of the LINEA BODY product is SUBERB!
