…………………………….RASPBERRY with NAVY………….. is the final color being offered in this new cotton/span HOODIE, A273297………..Just so there is no confusion….this Raspberry has no relationship to the WK raspberry which is much darker……The raspberry of the hoodie has more fuchsia in it. The racing stripe and cuff are navy, and work with the Linea Leisure pull-on pant as well as the cuffed Ponte crop pant above, A273859 shown above. The Linea Body leggings, both long, A260034, and Capri length, A274374 in the navy, work perfectly with the new raspberry hoodie……….This is the only true “color” that will be avail. in this style as the other three are black, grey and taupe with accent colors…………The L.Leisure shell above, A262066 which many of you already own, will also match the hoodie…….I think the silver LARIAT, J325469 [doubled here], and the SILVER DEMI HOOP, J270391 add just enough to make the outfit unique and complete…………………………………………………..enjoy……………………..much Love………………………………….Louis

Hi all……Monday, July 18th, is a big day starting with my 2:00am one hour show….there should be some good deals. There is one new item, and the rest is a mix of summer and fall items……..then I have been added to FEW…..and then my 5:00pm one hour show which is almost all new or new reorder colors…..see you then………………much Love………Louis

…………………………..There are three important things to say about this sweater…………….QUALITY….QUALITY…..QUALITY………..I have over 40 years of experience making knit wear and especially sweaters. I have gotten my hands “dirty” as they say, and have spent countless hours working in the best sweater mills in Italy working side by side with the most talented technicians. Any of these factories would have been proud to produce this sweater…….It takes a very specialized sweater mill to make a FULLY FASHIONED sweater…..combining a fabric, in this case LACE, and then adding a LINING to the back only. This takes PATIENCE and FINE WORKMANSHIP or you are left with a mess…………This LACE BACK SWEATER, A273301…..is such a garment. It could not be made better…….even if it were made in the finest factory in Italy!………..The front body of the sweater, the sleeves and the rib knit trims are made in a blend of 60% cotton and 40% rayon. The RE-EMBROIDERED LACE is a blend of 72% nylon and 28% rayon…..The sweater has an open jewel neckline and a 3/4 sleeve length…….The lace area is lined in a light weight Tricot knit………Look closely at all of the details. Look at the Lace YOKE…starting partly down from the front shoulder and molding over the shoulder [no seam] to become a FULL LACE BACK. Also notice how the bottom of the back lace is finished with an attached RIB KNIT TRIM! Most would have just let the lace finish at the bottom leaving the knit trim off…..It’s much easier to do it that way, and takes much less skill. Adding the bottom trim to the lace and the LINING takes great care….As I said…..QUALITY…..The rest of the sweater is made with the same expertise you would expect with any fully fashioned sweater……percision………The color above is LIGHT KHAKI, and I have chosen the LT. KHAKI cropped wide leg Moss Crepe pant, A273865, to go with it……They really are perfect together. The total look is very languid….soft and feminine. I would say the fit of the sweater is easy….following the lines of the body. The sweater on my form is an xxs and my form is a size 4-6. I certainly would not find any reason to size up…..I would suggest staying with your normal size.  The length of the xxs sweater is approx. 24 1/2 inches….This is a jersey knit and the lace doesn’t have a great deal of stretch so pay attention to the garment measurements. The front bottom has your normal sweater stretch, but the back with the attached trim to the lace has less….so again, pay attention to the shoulder,  hip and bust measurements…………………..This is a sweater that has no season, and will look just as good with a pair of jeans as with the Moss Crepe pant above…….It will look just as good with a strappy sandal in the spring/summer or for a dressier event, as it will with a pair of elegant boots in the fall and winter………..Expect to see this on my July 18th show………………………..

………………….I love this soft CELADON GREEN…………it has the look of fine Chinese porcelain……….or as soothing as Aloe. The lace is dyed to match and has a Lt. Khaki/Nude color lining. From my experience over the years, making many sheer garments, the color of a common brown paper bag is the best color to use for nude color linings……It may vary some….a little lighter or darker depending on your skin color, but it usually works for the majority of skin types………I chose a lighter shade to keep the whole look soft……………The Alabaster Crepe Gauze pant, J276294, added the perfect mood  to the softness I wanted to accomplish….. If you are after a sleeker look the slim Lt Khaki pant will do the trick. For the accessories I wanted something delicate and fragile, but still had some presence……so I chose my SIGNATURE CHARM NECKLACE with the SAGE frosted and clear round beads, J321802, which is now on clearance….so if this Celadon sweater is your choice, and you want the perfect accessory, I would suggest this necklace. Once they go on clearance it is a sure sign they won’t be around for long…….On the ear the DEW DROP, J320890, which is part of the set with the Dew Drop pendant, also on Clearance, which also looks beautiful with this sweater…..In this case restraint is best…..Something delicate is all you need……………………….

……………………PROVOCATIVE……………..is the word when describing the NAVY LACE BACK SWEATER, A273301, but be sure…the lining is opaque enough to satisfy the most conservative among you………..Wear it for special occasions with my Navy Moss Crepe skirt, A262454, my navy WK pencil skirt, the Alabaster Crepe Gauze pant, my navy washed gaberdine Trouser [which is being reordered], or the Lt Khaki Crop pant above…..For more casual outings my Linea Body legging or Capri legging  with a pair of ballet flats…….or a pair of slim jeans will be perfect……….Navy PEARLS such as my 72 inch necklace and the matching earring and bracelet set the sweater off perfectly……………What ever your needs……..whatever your lifestyle…….wonderful novelty sweaters will always find a place in your wardrobes………………………………enjoy……………much Love………………………..Louis
