……………………………….DARK CHOCOLATE is the second new color being added to this tunic, and it’s a rich, deep, delicious color!. I have it shown with a pair of vintage faux linen trousers, but there are so many colors that work with this Chocolate Brown…..Ivory or white with brown is one of my favorites……very spectator………The CHOCOLATE BARREL BEAD and EARRING set, J329558 works perfectly for a monochromatic look. You must look at a close up of these beads. Each one looks different with the vein marks that gives the impression of dyed amber. …………………………YES!……………….There are new colors in the Safari Shirt, A214117, and the Boho Skirt, A70208………and why not???? These are two of my most popular styles, and if you own them you know why. These are two pieces that simply never go out of style….It’s hard not to want them in every possible color……The Safari shirt is a classic shirt with a roll up sleeve. What separates it from others is………the CRINKLE GEORGETTE……………..Light weight, airy summer shirts, in general, are hard to find. That’s one of the main reasons this shirt has become a favorite……..I would call it SEMI SHEER. It isn’t see through like a chiffon, but you will still need to wear a tank under it. That’s why we supply the matching Faux de Chine silk like tank that can be worn on its’ own…..The workmanship and sewing is superb…..Not an easy feat when sewing light weight sheer fabrics. The buttons are REAL SHELL. Another feature you hardly see anymore except on the most expensive items….Even then you will find plastic or resin buttons…….FIRE CRACKER is one of the new colors, and it is the perfect spring/summer RED………I call these reds PIGMENT REDS, because they are PURE……….They aren’t blue, nor are they orange, so they are complementary to all……………I love it with the TURQUOISE SEED BEAD NECKLACE, J329589. It stands out beautifully, and has a very south western look. I’ve shown it matching and with ivory pants, but there are so many colors you can mix with this red. …………………………ALABASTER has become one of the most asked for colors on the Linea line………It is a very special color and not easy to copy………It’s like baking….too much of this or too little of that and the receipe is ruined……A little too much gray, pink, yellow or white and it’s not ALABASTER. For these reasons it is very difficult to dye Alabaster in different fabrics and expect them to match. That’s not a problem with the Safari Shirt and Boho Skirt since they are made in the same fabric which is dyed, for both pieces, at the same time. Whatever you may own or plan to buy, like the reorder slim pant in the new Alabaster, will all blend beautifully…………..These pieces are meant to be worn together for a two piece dress look, but more importantly they are SEPARATES meant to be worn with things you may already own…….Above, I have the shirt with the Heather Charcoal Grey Super Ponte Boot Cut pant, and the skirt with the very popular WK ENR short sleeve sweater, which has been reordered in the Alabaster……..The Aztec necklace, J335215, in the Alabaster, and the Seed Bead necklace, J329589, in the Gunmetal/Black and Gold are too perfect with the Alabaster………………Chic and Sophisticated and everything those words mean definitely applies to ALABASTER…………………enjoy………………….much Love………………………Louis
