“THE PORT WK TUNIC”

boxes6

………………………..PORT……………with the ETRUSCAN NECKLACE and EARRING set, J350131, and the matching BRACELET, J350340, in the……COPPER OX…..is for me a magical combination. Why?….because you just don’t see anyone dressed like this. It’s the uniqueness of the combination and the beauty of the colors worn together that makes it magical……Did I say “COLUMN OF COLOR”……the PORT tunic with the WK PANT IN PORT is a WOW!!!!! [pant also avail in BLACK reg. and petites]. Wait until you see it with the matching NEW PORT COAT!!!!!! Breathtaking. Ladies I do not exaggerate when I say this outfit with the matching coat [made in the trench coat fabric] looks like at least a $3000 outfit, and I’m not kidding. There is no price anyone can give to a sweater and knit pant in this quality. They could easily be hanging in Bergdorf Goodman, with the coat beside them, and easily total a price I’ve suggested. Who would guess the three pieces would be a fraction of that number. This is definitely a Jackie O look. OK she may not have piled on the necklaces, but that’s an LDO LOOK!……..BTW, your new faceted beads will look outrageous on this outfit too…………The Tunic will also be avail in……BLACK…..so there are THREE NEW colors for this NEW tunic……………………………..enjoy……………..much Love…………………..Louis

I am going to buy the port version of this outfit. As I own the copper beads already, I will look sensational. I cannot wait for the coat.

Okay, I am ready for my coat, Mr. Dell’Olio! I have ordered the sweater, pants, and the copper jewelry! Just need the coat now, when will it be available? Love your designs and colors this year. Just when I think you have reached your best you exceed my expectations. Thank you so much. I am out here in nw Oklahoma where new jeans is dressing up. But you make me want to stand out in your designs.

Marla standing out is good…..when it’s good if you know what I mean!

Oh Maria you made me laugh! That’s how it is out here in the country in WI. I had a hard time when we moved back from CA. Everyone keeps asking me, “where are you going?” And “Why are you wearing a skirt?” Well that’s me, period. Enjoy Louis’s clothing and yes we stick out, but I think that’s good!

…replacing the tunic top with the WK turtleneck in Port, it goes without saying.

Thank you Goldie for that roster of photographs…that was my mid twenties…and we all copied Jackie as closely as possible…still do! Amazing how her classic taste still reverberate…like Louis…classics are always in style

Victoria, you and I must be contemporaries. JBK has always been my foremost style icon. I was influenced by designer Helen Rose of MGM studios a bit, with her ever-present strong gold earrings and luscious colors — remind you of someone? But JBK imprinted my mind with a certain look of simplicity and chic that I’ve never abandoned. Mind you, I did not follow her slavishly. My “costumes” in the summertime during the late ’60s and early ’70s could have doubled for an exotic clown’s closet. JBK would not have worn those numbers, I am certain.

Just beautiful with my brunette hair and a great outfit for the holidays.

Exquisite. I’m all in on this outfit…this season is already breathtaking. No exaggeration!

Jackie-O is smiling, satisfied that not everyone has marched off to wear a utilitarian hoodie in grey with equally grim sweat pants.

      Fashionistas, unite!

        LOL, Goldie. My thoughts exactly!

  5. Kate

Wow. I’ve already bought all of these pieces (and also the wing collar blouse in port) and am excited to buy the new coat! What a line-up this season!
