I have some wonderful news I think many of you will like hearing……It’s official….my buyers have placed orders for a………TUXEDO JACKET….&…..SEQUIN PANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They will be delivered in the 4th quarter which means Oct/Nov. for the Holidays….The Tuxedo Jacket and the Sequin Pant will be avail in BLACK ONLY…..Let’s face it….Black is going to be EVERYONE’S first choice anyway……If they do well and get reordered then we can think about a second color, but let’s not get the cart before the horse…………….I have been pushing and pushing to do the Tuxedo Jacket ever since the original ones got destroyed in the Hurricane. I can’t remember the name of the hurricane, but it was the first to hit this area in a long time, and it hit hard!…………..As for the sequin pants does anyone remember how long ago I showed the sequin pant sample in a show??? They never bought the pant no matter how I pleaded, and told them many of you wanted it. Well it seems sequin pants are the hot item…..When were they not?????….Don’t be surprised if you see a sequin pant on another line…..it’s the HOT item!….Anyway, I will finally have mine and I am very happy to be able to bring them to you. There will be a pant, and only a pant in the same fabric as the tuxedo to coordinate…..Now we just have to be patient…..It’s a loooooooong time until Oct.!

Wonderful news! So to be clear there will be 2 styles of pants in regular & petite inseams for both? Will the sequins be tiny like your previous sequined skirt or will the sequins be flat & circles like the Big Deal had?
They are tiny circles, smaller then the Big Deal and they overlap each other.There are 2 separate pants. I’m not sure if the sequin is coming in petite, but I think it is?

Dear Jane, they are zip front clean pants no pockets…..styled like the Super Ponte pants with the same dart treatment. They will be regular and petite, and numerically sized….Now, this pant will have a double duty….meaning it will be sold along with a new blazer two months earlier, but it is the same fabric in black as the Tuxedo. The buyers didn’t want to by the same black pant twice. I will give a Heads Up when it’s being sold so everyone is aware that it is also the pant for the Tuxedo

No there are two pants. There is a solid black pant in the same fabric as the tuxedo plus an all over sequin pant.

I’ve bought your leather blazer with the knit sleeves.I was able to cuff the sleeves easily. I’ve also bought the boucle pea coat & had the sleeves tailored.

Dear Evelyn, at 5′, 110 lbs. I’m surprised you aren’t an xxs since the clothes are usually generous? The tuxedo may work for you since it is a 3 button jacket, and not a 1 button at the waist. You will definitely have to get the sleeve shortened, but that will not be a problem. The pant will come in petite. With the budget the buyers have for Linea buying tops in petites would eat a lot of their open to buy, because it’s buying the garment twice in a full range of sizes in all the colors avail. They have been buying all the pants, even crops, in petite so that’s a start.For fall they are even buying a WK pencil skirt in petite!
Louis,thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I take an XS in the jackets for the extra room for layering. In your tops I can take an XXS or an XS depending on the style & garment measurements.I take an XS in your pants because I carry my weight in my hips.
