“A THOUGHT”

Morning, One of the Ladies made a suggestion about the DENIM DRESS that I thought I should repeat in case you didn’t see it. She didn’t like the tie at the bottom of the sleeve. Since the lace up on the sleeve is permanent, and the cord is separate, and is made to look like it’s all one, she simply removed the tie and turned the cuff back. I also turned the cuff back by releasing the tie to allow the cuff to turn back and then retying it. Both ways work perfectly………………..just “a thought”.

I ordered mine in traditional denim. Will make the decision when it arrives, but I’m usually a “push up the sleeves” gal.

Received my dress today. Tried it on, and it’s not coming off until bedtime.

Love Love Love this dress. Looks classy. Feels comfy. Five stars!

BTW. When she saw it, my 17 y/o daughter said, “WOW!”

    High praise indeed!!

I didn’t think the ties would bother me, but I’m wearing the camo today, and one tie became untied. I realized that it is hard to tie them back when you have it on? I ended up taking them off. But, I really like it a LOT! The denim is very soft. I’m wearing it with alabaster bead necklace, black tights and ankle boots. Thanks for the tip!

You can always double knot them if you like, but I think it looks good without them and with the cuff turned back.

    Hi Louis,
I’m the renegade who took the laces out of the sleeve cuffs. Thanks to your meticulous design the grommets give a finished look and the turned up cuffs look great. Somehow laces and fringes fight with me, always catching in doors or dipping into my soup. My arms have a life of their own. My granddaughter will love having the laces for her ponytail when she goes to her ballet class. I like the dress so much that I will probably get it in camo. Then I’ll wait for the striped embroidered blouse. The warmth and sunshine today cast everything in a new light.
Mr. and Mrs. Canada Goose were on the pond as usual and with them were SIX goslings, all fluffy feathered. They brought them out into the grass and they all foraged for food. What a sight!

Gail….Jac would have loved seeing that. There are two swans in a cove not far away from us. She would always watch every spring to see if they were nesting. When they did have their goslings Jac and I would always drive by to see how they were doing. Jac got such pleasure seeing them swimming in a row……Mommy up front, and Daddy bringing up the rear.

Did you see “The Notebook”? My favorite moment was feeding the swans (but, one should never feed a bird bread). It was a beautiful moment between TRUE Lovers.

Thanks for the tip Louis I happen to love the lace-up as is too but it will be fun to play with the other option. I brought both colors in my regular XL and the fit and length are perfect not too tight or loose. I opened a few of the buttons and stepped in the dress I don’t know why I usual do head first…LOL. My rave review has been posted. The material is so soft I will wear these quite a bit I know.

Hi Pamela, I haven’t heard from you in a while! Hope all is well in Alaska. It must be getting beautiful there…..Yes, I did see the notebook. Jac loved that movie, but I couldn’t watch it now. As you know Jac loved swans.

Thanks for the tips Louis. I’m sure I’ll love the lace-up as it’s designed but it’s nice to have options. Anxiously awaiting my indigo dress.

I’m home with a cold so instead of napping, I just finished watching the presentation with Amy. Haha. Great show. I finally saw a presentation on tv (not just video clips on my phone) of the gauze crepe topper and tank. Was all set to order the olive but my size is on waitlist. So I’m wavering between the copper or black. Decisions decisions! Sangria is beautiful but I think I prefer the others with my coloring. (Fair, blue eyes, dark blonde with golden highlights.).

It was a fun show with Amy. So looking forward to the prune dress. Already ordered the nugget necklace to go with it. Also, love all three newest colors of he safari shirt. I knew I’d love the dusty lilac because I’m a purple girl, but the caneel blue was a surprise – gorgeous color.

Anyway, thanks for all you do for your Linea ladies.
