“SEPTEMBER SNEAK PEEK #2”

I thought it would be a good time to introduce my new accessories for Sept. since they were designed specifically for this group…..but……you will find they work with so much more! These pieces are all about rich autumn colors…….however they do carry over to spring/summer when you are looking for the right colors to go with you more ethnic prints…..think olive paisley boho skirt and peasant top.

The bead necklace, J271862, is made up of six different beads and comes in two different color combinations. The necklace measures approx. 35 inches long from end to end with an additional 3 inch extender. All of the color beads are either resin, acrylic or plastic. There are no glass beads in this necklace. If these beads , at these sizes, were made of glass they would weigh a TON. Two of the same necklaces can be worn together for a rich full look, or you can mix the two different colors as in the photo to the right…..the one with the Aubergine turtleneck. The first coloration has LARGE OVAL FACETED beads in a deep WINE and a beautiful AMBER……it is interspersed with an oxidized SILVER or light GUNMETAL [hard to describe the color], barrel shaped faceted bead. There are also AMBER barrel shaped SMOOTH beads grouped in twos. On either side of the large oval beads there are oxidized BRASS colored beads in two DIFFERENT shapes, and between each bead is a tiny brass color SPACER bead………….The second combination comprises of the LARGE OVAL FACETED beads in OLIVE and the same AMBER. The metallic barrel beads are a soft CHOCOLATE color, there is one brass bead and one gunmetal bead on either side of the large oval beads, and the spacer beads are GUNMETAL……… PLEASE NOTE….the way the necklaces are strung there are two large faceted oval beads on one side and one on the other……when wearing two necklaces, reverse one of them so you don’t have four of the large beads on one side and only two on the other……again the photo of the aubergine turtleneck, and the two different color necklaces, illustrates how you SHOULD NOT WEAR IT!…..my mistake. The photo to the left….of the Tarragon ballet neck sweater has the two necklaces on CORRECTLY. There really is no right or wrong….it’s just how I think they look best. I should say that both color combinations work with both tweeds and really add something special and just the right finishing touch. I should also say, you do NOT have to wear two necklaces to make the statement. It is just my preference.

The companion earring is, J271863, it has a lever back and is comprised of three beads. The metallic barrel faceted bead, the large oval faceted bead and the spacer bead. It comes in the two color ways….WINE/GUNMETAL, or OLIVE/CHOCOLATE……..by the way this is what I call them….I’m not sure what the person who assigns color names has called them…..something similar I’m sure. I know when you look at this earring you are going to think HEAVY!…..they are not because of the material they are made in.

I think these pieces are very special……certainly not something you will see anywhere else as they were designed by me. I think it is important for you to have an extensive bead wardrobe to complement your different outfits. It is always so much harder to dress when you just don’t have the right elements to put it all together. I hope you are pleased with my new jewelry additions!!!!…….much Love, Louis

Absolutely fabulous!!!!!! I’ll have to have both colors in the necklace and earrings!!! Wine and amber will go with most of my wardrobe but I’m sure the olive will work with something! This jewelry is magnificent!!! Thank you, Louis!!!!!

Wine and Amber for me! This is like finding the perfect passamenterie for a fabric. Can be a challenge to find it but that is what creates the WOW factor!

FABULOUS!! I so agree with you, Louis, that two is better than one. I’m loving this jewelry you are bringing us…..designer and classic all the way!
