I’m one year late to the party. In my 40 years of fashion, I’ve owned 3 authentic Burberrys, the last one still being worn and hanging in my closet. Will never part with it. Saw the Q video presentation on this one and (I swear, Kate and Chantal can sell me anything) it reminded me of a beloved red wool coat I wore in my 20’s. Now I own not only this wonderful coat in red that fits like a glove, but the entire Chantal red ensemble in another episode (lambskin jacket, WK swing sweater, ponte slim pants — all in red). So thrilled.

Wow. What a beauty. Need coffee night before show so I can order this quick.

Wow! Loving the red, buying the red! Thank you, Louis!!!!

Louis, the Scarlet trench is just glorious! I remember last year when I started the thread on the Forum asking the Linea Ladies if there would be enough interest in the red to justify production. And here it is, already a star, and generating lots of excitement again on the Forum. Thanks you, thank you, for making this wish come true!

Louis, I have everything you’ve done in Scarlet in the past four years. Red is my winter color; I even have a pair of fake red Ugg’s with sequins. I’ve been saving my shekels for this coat; I’ve always had a red winter coat but nothing for the other seasons. Thank you again for your wonderful tailoring. My dressmaker ordered your short trench after I brought mine in to shorten sleeves. The first time she ever ordered anything online. And she is fussy; she used to work for Priscilla of Boston, the expensive bridal shop.

Every time I fell in love I was wearing red. It’s time for me to wear your red trench every day.

You said the petite is only shorter in the hem and sleeve length. Does that mean the other measurements are the same. I’m 5’1′ but have a long rise so can’t wear petite pants.

I shorten all my pants; I’ll be getting the red ponte pants.

Thank you so much for a scarlet red pant! I can’t wait. I love the new necklace too, very unique.

I forgot to add that I love the trench coat. I can’t wait until it is available for purchase.

You are killing me, Louis! I MUST have the Red Trench and Red Ponte Pants! I’ll take another color in the Big Deal, as this Red Trench is a once in a lifetime coat! Oh, and I gave my Classic 30 year old Burberry Trench to Goodwill in the Spring–hadn’t worn it in years.

Trench is an “of course”, but that necklace? Wow, killer statement piece.

    Good Afternoon Louis,
    OMS-Stunning!!!!
This will be as sought after as much as the sequined pant.
    regards
    Sarah
