“THE BUTTERCREAM SATIN SHIRT & TUNIC TANK”

……………..Buttercream continues as one of my newest, and favorite colors for Spring 2020…………The TUNIC SHIRT, A374709, has classic styling with a shirt collar and button stand, a button front, a cuffed sleeve and side slits…..It is sized xxs through 3x….The MATTE SATIN fabric makes ALL the difference. The fabric is not flimsy, and the weight of it gives this Buttercream color the richness it needs. It is not see through at all!!!!…… You can wear it alone as a shirt, or layer it over things you may already own. The shirt has REAL SHELL DTM BUTTONS……I have paired the shirt with the matching SATIN TANK TUNIC, A374664. For a column of rich color you can wear it with the matching BUTTERCREAM SUPER PONTE PANT, A268216, or over many things you may own. In the photos above, to the left is the ESPRESSO faux suede pant, A366199, accessorized with the new MIDAS and TIGER EYE necklace which picks up the brown color………To the right I have paired the Buttercream set with the SMOKE GREY PONTE pant and the new GYPSY COIN necklace. The silver ox coins looks great with the smoke pant!…..NAVY, KHAKI, TAN, LODEN, IVORY, PORT, TAUPE etc. are just a few other colors that will look great with buttercream…….It’s time to play!……..This is a season-less fabric and color, and can be worn all year long……..It also looks great with the new EMBROIDERED TULLE SKIRT! You can even wear the shirt alone with the emb. skirt…..sleeves rolled, and tied at the waist or tucked in with a black patent belt and black patent sandals………….just food for thought……I hope I have convinced you that BUTTERCREAM is indeed a NEUTRAL COLOR and can be worn and mixed with many things you own….I know that the women who have already received this color in either the Faux suede jacket or Super Ponte pant have already learned just how versatile a color buttercream is……..One of the things they have found most surprising is how COMPLIMENTARY the color is with their coloring…………………….enjoy……………….much Love………………………..Louis

Ordered the buttercream tank so it works with the matching colored pants & then top it with the desert striped kimono.

Agree about buttercream. 🙂 I’m thrilled with the color and can’t wait til I can purchase the tank and blouse. Got the buttercream pants home now. In my journey to regain my health and shedding all these pounds as part of that quest, I have been so THRILLED to discover that I don’t have to completely invent the wheel. I have now secured all the beloved blazers in solid colors down to the finish line size. But yesterday washed up and made ready all of the Ottoman pieces – A3827 – I bought in 2009. In the size I need. That is a Happy Happy find. Not to mention A263356 – the striped cardigans, and the gorgeous Chanel-like Milano knit A79620…All in sizes I can wear right now as I close in on my goal. All purchased MANY years ago and all in perfect beautiful shape and needless to say – in the best of chic timelessness. Happy Sigh 🙂 Making sure I have another one of the gorgeous ivory blouses – several sizes down from my original blouse – with the crew neck and button front you came out with this year. And more. New meaning to shopping your closet 😉 Foot and a half of snow yesterday. Wearing my fleece lined trouser socks today along with my favorite jean pants in dark navy, – safety pinned til I get around to taking those in – and my red swing ENR turtleneck. Cannot wait until we get the new 2020 WK pieces 🙂 Wish I could see how you would have accessorized these vintage pieces noted above if you had THEN all of the jewelery pieces you have NOW. So here is my question : Since 2009 what piece of your more current inventory of necklaces would you want Never-want-to-Have-to-Do-Without? Say what would you love now to be able to put with those Ottoman long coat sweaters that you have created SINCE the days of the Ottoman?

If memory serves they were all in bright-ish colors with gold buttons. Off the top of my hat I’d put the black/gold/ivory chain link necklace either long or doubled……Anything gold like the Grecian would look good.
