“UPDATE”

I have news about the Fez, 3 Strand, and set of three Bracelets. This weekend all boxes were examined to make sure the proper color was within them, and they were all put in the proper shelves for picking……so there should not be any further problems…..Please let me know if this problem persists, but I was told by TCJC that the problem was fixed……….human error………………….sorry for any inconvenience……………..much Love……………..Louis

Thank you Carol. Yes, I’m hoping 🙂 We could spend a good hour at a Linea group gathering comparing awful notes.

If it gives you any hope, Nancy, I had an item stuck at my local post office for ages. It shipped out on 6/30 and was delivered to me on 8/21. It was the last of that item in my size, so I was glad to get it finally.

I feel similarly Louis. I mentioned here that I had ordered the chocolate in the long tassel design. It had been about a month ago and it never moved from the warehouse. So Cus.Service supposedly canceled that order and put in a replacement order on a rush mail to try to hurry it along. Now the reorder sits in the awful “in progress” status. Soon it will pass the supposed delivery date and I’ll phone and do it all again. I hope other Linea ladies are getting their jewelery pieces. I also have Linea pants in the pipeline that have never yet left the Fontana, CA facility. When I see that an item is sitting in Fontana, CA I just groan. I may never get that tassel necklace but in the meantime I have to keep checking the bank to make sure they are not charging me while it sits in limbo. Someone posted here that the reason we put up with the outrageous service from QVC is because we are so in love with you and your designs. That sums things up for me. My husband has said over and over “How on earth can they expect to have a company left after covid has finally gone with such outrageous problems on the orders and the disaster that is the shipping end of the business? I have sought and received help on two absolutely disastrous messes on Linea shipments from reps in the President’s Office and I have calmly and kindly explained what it is like out here but I have honestly never felt that any of this climbs up the ladder and reaches the top execs – or if it does, it would not be unfair to wonder if they care. I am not bitter about this and have been grateful for any help I can receive from regular customer service reps and from the president’s office when I get into a jam too frustrating for me to handle through the ordinary cs reps all of whom I was told are working remotely from home and are unable to take some of the helpful actions they might have in the past before they began working from home, but it has caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety.

Louis, I received my plum bracelets. Beautiful. I received the Carmel Fez instead of plum. Will QVc ever get it together? Tomorrow I hope I receive the plum strand necklace and grey bracelets as well as the grey Ponte pants and silver embroidered skirt. With any luck, it will be a banner Linea day hopefully with no mistakes. Love everything!!! Thank you, Cindy.

Dear Cindy I have been trying to get to the bottom of all of this totally unnecessary confusion. It seems there is enough blame to go around…..something of a perfect storm. Boxes came in from the manufacturer with the wrong color in a box, and then they were shelved incorrectly…..I have been assured that all boxes were checked on Sunday and these mix ups should stop. Of course what ever was shipped incorrectly before everything was checked is already in the process of being delivered, but this should end soon………..It truly is out of my control, and I appreciate everyone’s patience…..Too much work went into creating these pieces for women to give up on them because of human error.

    Mr. Dell Olio,
I LOVE your jewelry as well as the clothes you design. When will the compass necklace be available?

  6. Andrea

Guess I was lucky. I ordered and receive the plum fez. It is beautiful!

I ordered three pieces of the multi strand (not the new pieces) when it was on sale 2-3 weeks ago. I received two of the three pieces and the third, which was shipped at the same time, is stuck somewhere at my local post office. The smaller packages literally fall between the cracks and get lost more easily than the big ones. I will give it a couple more weeks, and then see if it can be tracked down or re-sent! But, that is not on QVC that’s just the mail! People should Christmas shop early this year. I have heard that it may take three weeks of in-transit shipping time during December because of the increase in volume and inefficiencies in the systems.

Dear Andrea, that’s great advice….I hadn’t even thought of Christmas mail, but I guess that’s today’s reality. I happy to hear you love your Plum Fez necklace. As I have said here, these necklaces are so much more more beautiful when you have them in your hands and wear them with the clothes.

My Linea gray 3 atrand necklace as well as the gray silver medallion necklace arrived. Photo’s do not do these necklaces justice. The beads, medallion carving, silver beads and spacers are all so lovely and classy. What is amazing is these necklaces are both statement necklaces and are still understated. Yesterday to a meeting I wore the 3 strand gray necklace with last years Linea smoke gray cropped cardigan and matching mock neck tunic with the matching Linea ponte smoke gray slim pants. Tomorrow I am wearing the medallion gray necklace with my new Linea bisque riding jacket worn unbuttoned, Linea slim bisque pants and Linea bisque turtleneck. Both of these necklaces are such chamillions with colors as diverse as smoke gray and bisque. So glad I purchased!

Dear Joanne, I am so happy to hear you have discovered what I’ve know all along. Unfortunately, even with my videos, un til you get these pieces in your own hands and wear them with the clothes you can’t really appreciate how beautiful they truly are….ENJOY

Hello Louis..Having the necklaces on the proper shelf would explain my experience. The packing slip for a caramel Fez is correct. The bisque Fez that I received is in a box that says “Gray”. I wish I could keep it and order the caramel again, but there is so much more to come. The Arte Moderne, which I hope to get in bisque, and the Compass. Plus more blouses. Sigh. My budget is on thin ice.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Actually Linda the formal name for the Bisque/Grey necklaces is Grey…..it seems they couldn’t get the two names on the boxes so they chose one. On the QVC site it is also listed as Grey. However get thing on the correct shelves does HELP! So when they go to pick them for the orders they are picking the correct items…..human error

My order was messed up. I ordered stretch bracelets and Fez necklaces in plum and bisque. I received the stretch bracelets in bisque and plum. Opened the next box hoping for the correct Fez and it was the caramel Fez. Still waiting for my fourth box to see what I end up with before calling customer service. I must say, the caramel is gorgeous. I might have a hard time sending it back, lol. Maybe that was their plan. Haha

You know how dedicated your ladies must be as we tolerate mix up after mix up. Seems to happen a lot with jewelry. And ordering something when it shows in stock only to have it go into backorder is so frustrating. I finally received my bisque big deal cardigan. So glad I took a chance in this color. It was a return, but oh well. Still hoping to receive the black blouson WK sweater.

Most people would’ve had enough with this nonsense, but we are willing to put up with it just to get your fabulous creations.

The boucle blazer looked nice on the ladies last night. Anxious to get my bisque one. 😊

Melissa, I actually would have styled them differently but the tanks were the only avail items to use with them. I actually think Shawn looked the best in her black joggers and top and that funky bisque hat. I thought she was cute and the hat was sort of a beret.
