“A224278, REORDER TWEED TANK CON’T”

The second, and last new color for the A224278, TWEED TANK is………….CARAMEL………………it is a beautiful soft SUNTAN color with peach or caramel undertones, and it is a lovely neutral shade. It has just enough color so it isn’t washed out, but not too much for it not to be a “NEUTRAL”. I do not have other clothes in this exact color for a matched look, but I love it with browns……suchΒ  as the mocha boho above, A70208, and a new print skirt coming in June…..I’ll give all the info closer to the June date. It looks wonderful with navy, grey, olive etc., and black also……………….All of the AMBER and PALE OLIVE NECKLACES [two styles, a long and a short style], the EARRINGS and the gorgeous BRACELET will be avail in April too……..separate sneak peeks on the jewelry will be coming.!!!…………………enjoy…………much Love………………Louis

Sorry, I forgot to include my name! That was my question about combining the caramel tank with the tobacco bolero. Is that a combination that will work, Louis?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Belle Femme………..they really aren’t colors that work together………the caramel is more peach and the tobacco is more golden.

Louis, can the caramel tank be worn with the tobacco bolero?

    P.S.
I’m keeping the name just cuz it makes me laugh. πŸ™‚

Sorry I didn’t see it or maybe I thought I answered it. I know I answered something about the caramel tank and stripe cardigan…..anyway they look very good together……sorry!

I’m changing my name to Chopped Liver.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

That’s funny! I would never think of you as chopped liver.

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Did you ask me a question? I have nothing here listed from you?????Only chopped liver.

    Dear Louis,

I like the look of that flippy skirt πŸ™‚ I would also like to know what you think of this Caramel tank color under the Ivory/Bamboo striped cardigan?

    Thanks! Cathy in PA

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Cathy…….I looked at the samples together and yes they do look good together, However, you should understand the cardigan is a heather with white and the tank is flecked with black, so the tank is darker, but the colors do look good together, also the caramel WK turtleneck works with the stripe cardigan too.

Louis, another fabulous and exciting collection! Cannot wait for the print pants and V neck stripe tops to get to me. (though I won’t be wearing them together) I have a question regarding the caramel tank and wonder if it will go under the bamboo/ivory cardigan? I just about wore my tank and green lace cardigan out last year and can’t wait for the black one to be available. I am very excited they are finally reordering some of our favorites! Thanks again for all the wonderful pieces you bring us Louis. Wearing your clothes make me feel special.

Louis-it’s already on it’s way home to me! Does the caramel color coordinate with tobacco?

    Happy Day Louis:

That skirt sure is a flirty little number. I own the WK Tneck in Caramel, new tank in Tobacco & suspect my Walnut Tweed blazer from the Fall Collection would look great with this piece. What do you think? TIA

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Pamela…..this is the story…..when I held them up to one another….color wise they work great, but I thought the print was to strong, bold and busy for the jacket….so I tried them on my form.with the Tobacco tank which looks perfect by the way with the walnut tweed.I really liked it and can see it being worn with brown tight and brown boots or brown tights and brown suede shoe booties. The boldness of the tobacco tank color balances the print. The caramel turtle neck looks good too. It’s a softer color but looks fine. You could even belt is with a brown belt to give it a little weight……but it all works……I really didn’t think it would…..and it’s certainly not for everyone, but then you’re not everyone…….

    2. Louis Dell'Olio

Dear Pamela….just looked at the tobacco tank, the new print skirt and the walnut tweed jacket on my form and I have to say………WOW, they really do look great together. I would love dk brown rib tights and dk brown suede high heel lace up oxfords with it for fall.

      1. Louis Dell'Olio

Also do you have the J271862 necklaces in the bronze and black combos……….they look fantastic with that outfit………don’t look at the QVC pics they are awful!!!!!

        1. Pamela in Anchorage

Yes, Brown tights with my Brown suede/leather stacked 4″ heel oxfords immediately came to mind for a transitional ‘Fall’ look! Of course, gold metallic sandles with the Tobacco tank will be quite chic for Summer. I love this Tobacco color – you must do more WK styles, especially the WK Tneck since I endure (7) months of Winter. Browns/Black combos are my Winter signature look – never get tired of it!

Thanks for your time my dear designer.

And I love that necklace – hope to fit into the budget before it disappears from inventory!

BTW – Love the way you style with BIG scale jewelry – Just my style! Fan of a few male jewelry designers for that reason alone. Look forward to your new designs coming – very exciting stuff!

I always say when it comes to jewelry – More is More & Less would be boring….somedays, anyways….LoL.

Louis, I can’t wait until June! Could you please tell me what the background color is on the paisley print skirt?
    Thanks so much,
    Kate
