…………………HALLELUJAH!!!!!…………2021 has been a long time coming…..When I was searching for a picture to post I came across this, and it touched me! A person jumping over the great divide. 2020 has been an historic year in almost every way possible…..I think everyone can’t wait to leap into the new year, and leave the old one behind……The only year that personally was worse for me was 2017. Health crisis has hit my family hard this year, and we will be dealing with it into 2021….so…..even though I hope for the best in 2021, I know it won’t be a bed of roses. At the start of every year I think this is the year…this is the year when everything will get better, and with each year it seems to have gotten worse…..but…….I like to think of myself as an optimist…..so I will continue to hope and pray that this new year coming will bring brighter things for every single person on this planet………………………………………..Happy New Year to one and all……………………much Love……………………..Louis

May this year be a lot brighter and positive for all! Here in Nashville we ended the year with the tragic bombing in our historic 2nd Avenue and now are told that some of the buildings which had been built pre-Civil War era may need to be completely torn down. The best thing about this is that no one (other than the perpetrator) died largely thanks to six brave policemen who got people out of buildings. I sincerely hope for you, Louis, that this year expands your horizons even more than you can dream. As a baby boomer, my philosophy is never give up, keep learning, and always look for the best in every situation. Being “over the hill” isn’t the end; it is the beginning of new adventures you choose to follow. Happy New Year!

    Dear Louis and Ladies
Happy New Year to us all!!!
This past year was a lesson to slow down and appreciate all that we have, because in the next moment it may be gone. We must treasure every moment. I’m so grateful that I had the fortune to have done many things before 2020.
People thought I was crazy when I would travel on my own, or purchase all four colors of one of Louis’ designs. Now they think I’m a genius. I’m not, but a very lucky girl who pushed herself to embrace life and do things others wouldn’t. I’m looking forward to being that girl again in 2021, but with the reiterated knowledge that I must appreciate every one and every moment.
Cheers Ladies and remember to say yes if you are asked to dance.

Happy New Year, Louis! May 2021 bring you blessings in the sure knowledge that you are loved and appreciated by your Linea Ladies. Since I’ve worn your designs for almost 20 years, and 90% of my wardrobe is Linea, I can’t help hoping that there might be another way to continue wearing your newest creations. But I wish you well in your new adventures. I drop by your blog daily, and am always touched by your warm and welcoming spirit. Thank you for helping me feel confident and well turned out in understated elegance, no matter what each day brings.
    Much love,
    Pam.

Happy New Year Louis! What a perfect pic! 2020 certainly has been a rough year for me, and I know it has been for others as well. I’m praying 2021 will be better for us all. I said it before, coming to your blog daily has always been a bright spot for me, especially this past year. I so looked forward to your sneak peeks and such. It’s hard for me to imagine no more Linea. And it’s hard for me to be an optimist. Lol. But I will try…

I agree 100% I can’t imagine no more Linea! That was 80% of my purchase’s. So sad. Shame on QVC!
