Many of you have noticed that the SILVER ANNIVERSARY HOOP EARRING is back under a new style number. It is the exact same earring as before made by the same Italian manufacturer, and will still coordinate with all of your “ALL YOU HAVE TO BE IS WONDERFUL” group!…..All of the silver jewelry is posted and on SALE for the SILVER EVENT!!!!!…….Now the story….As you all know the Linea line is winding down though there are still fabulous items to be had. After my trip to Africa all of the Masaai and Samburu group is looking better than ever! ……The silver/gold jewelry manufacturer was very disappointed in the decision to stop making the jewelry since we were starting to grow a nice new Sterling silver and Sterling silver with gold plate business. Many of the pieces sold out and were reordered. The owner of the company approached me and asked if I would be interested in going forward with this line of jewelry…….I discussed it with Cathy, my partner in crime so to speak, and she thought it would be a great idea…….I’M BACK IN THE JEWELRY BUSINESS!!!!!!!You all know I LOVE DESIGNING, and this way I can still do what I love. I can also offer you the finest jewelry out of Italy. This has always been my passion and my passion will never die…. It will only be as successful as you all make it, and I’ll always love designing for you!…..I LOVE the new designs we are developing……The Anniversary Hoop is the first item to come through. For me they are the best hoop around. They have presence without being overdone. They are MODERN , but still can be worn with anything as an everyday earring…..and……..they will make an INCREDIBLE GIFT for someone very special in your life!….I hope you are all happy with this new turn of events…..I wasn’t looking to do anything….it just came to me which is the way my entire career has been………………enjoy………much Love…….Louis

Oh happy day! This is wonderful news, Louis. When I saw the earrings being offered on QVC, I thought that someone had likely gone into the warehouse, opened a box and found the earrings that had gotten lost in the shuffle, so to speak, as you’ve said has happened in the past. I am so looking forward to seeing your new offerings. My credit card is ready to get a workout! Lol.
I am most looking forward to your silver and gold clad necklaces. When do you think your new jewelry will start apoearing?
I have not received any schedule yet. Most of the pieces are still in development.
Will the new silver and gold glad jewelry bare the Linea name? If not, how will we know which designs are yours?
As of now they will be Linea, however I would prefer to drop Linea and just use Louis Dell’Olio. That will be up to QVC. They may not want tom introduce a “new” vendor name which it would be.

I purchased the sterling anniversary earrings as well as your sterling bracelet. I love both! Both the earrings as well as the bracelet are substantive and classy. I am looking forward to your new designs in sterling and gold plated.
On another front I wore yesterday your cobalt blouse without the scarf, your soectacular glitterati cobalt and black necklaces with your Linea black blazer and Linea straight leg pants. I copied your styling from Jennifer – a sensational flattering professional outfit. My question – will you be doing additional beaded jewelry?
I’m not doing any “fashion” jewelry at all so probably not.
This is fabulous news!!!! I have another idea that perhaps new leadership might entertain…..if they analyzed the top clothing items over the last 20 years, could they not just repeat some (same design/manufacturers), as a staple line? Whisper knits, ponte knits – your classic basics? My beautiful jackets depend on these pieces 😁
Nice thought Susan, but Elaine has closed her business and is in Florida golfing with her husband. I would never consider doing anything without her supervising, and that’s is not QVC’s direction. It’s all about inexpensive leisure clothes.

Oh happy day, more Italian jewelry! I would love to buy: Tessere bracelet, San Marco (large) bracelet, art form earrings and bracelets. I left a gold bracelet in Paris and decided to never travel with gold again. To have the great classics of Italian jewelry
in sterling and sterling gold plate would be a dream come true.

Seka I am so out of the QVC loop. Is Mike George out? It seems to me that they keep pulling away from the original concept of what I knew QVC to be. It’s all about mass market and making things for their profit only which means the manufactures are being more and more squeezed, which means the quality must suffer.

Bev….it will not get airtime. They only put on air products they buy themselves that they must sell or be stuck with the inventory. They will not own the jewelry.
