on October 8 I ordered the gold Star ring size 5. I just checked status and have the dreaded backorder. Such a disappointment again with ordering a confirmed order only to have it go to backorder. Happened on the grey three strand several times and I never was able to get one delivered.

Dear Sarah I’m sorry to hear this. It seems to me that QVC just has never gotten a handle on receiving orders, and making sure they line up the orders with the inventory and not overselling the items.
