“THE CROP PIQUE JACKET”

………………..The CROP SILK PIQUE jacket in CHARTRUSE  had the look of a cropped double breasted trench. It had a wonderful unconstructed slouchy silhouette, and the trench styled pocket gave the jacket a wonderful relaxed attitude…….Christy is wearing it with a knit tank and silk shorts, but it looked great over dresses and the circle pants. Every well rounded wardrobe should still have a diverse group of jackets to suit different needs, and this crop did just that.

How are you and have you tried your talent with a canvas and paint brush recently? Your culinary undertakings all look delicious.

The 1992 Resort collection is making me heart sick for your designs. I would jump on any of these outfits if they were available today! The vibrant colors are so full of life, especially nice after Covid. I’m looking at an extended trip the beginning of 2023 and these outfits would be perfect. I’m only 30 years too late. That says a lot about good design being timeless! The fashion industry sure isn’t what it once was, at least from my perspective. Shopping is a non-productive pain. Even if you were still designing Linea for QVC, this collection never would have been ordered. Back in the day, I should have purchased more when you were still at Anne Klein, but who knew it wouldn’t last forever. Think of you often, Alyce
