The next new color for the A217629, V-neck WK sweater is………………….WALNUT…………….First, let me say to all of you who own Walnut W Knits from last year…………..this year the walnut is deeper…..still a BEAUTIFUL RICH COLOR, as those of you who have already received it know……..but it isn’t quite the same as last year……………………that’s normally what happens from year to year dye lot to lot. I have it paired with the chocolate ABSTRACT print skirt from last year, which happens to be on clearance………….This was and is still one of my favorite prints, and is more in fashion now then when I first presented it. Going forward, the WALNUT, is going to be an important accent color to novelty tweeds and checks coming in the fall……………….The “V” on this sweater is really what makes the sweater. It isn’t too low for the more conservative customer, but it also isn’t too high for those of you that want a younger sexier look……..I think it covers ALL bases to everyone’s satisfaction……………….not an easy feat….LOL!…………….enjoy……much Love…………..Louis
I just got the new navy sweater and love it! Now I want the red and the walnut. Question: On my computer and with my “senior eyes,” the walnut looks almost like a black color. Is it really more of a black than a dark brown? Or am I just seeing it the wrong way?
It is a very dark brown……it isn’t black…..but it is a blackened brown…if that makes it any clearer. When you put it next to brown it is obviously a deep dark espresso…….or dark walnut stain……..
Thanks for the reply. That’s what I was hoping for–a very dark brown. I’m going back for the red and the walnut today as I’m sure these won’t last long. Classic looks to be dressed up or dressed down like these sweaters are perfect for my wardrobe as I’m sure they are for other ladies.
Those earrings…they’re the ones made of wood that I have asked about before aren’t they? Would you consider doing a remake of them in acrylic/resin? I just love the size and color of that earring.
They are actually leather…..I doubt my buyer would ever want them, not that she wouldn’t like them, but the audience is relatively small. You would think with the large amount of customers QVC has finding an audience wouldn’t be difficult, but selling larger earring is a struggle.
Darn, I like small earrings as well, but I do have a few honking big earrings that I love. They have a place with certain outfits and/or attitudes. LOL Yes, you’d think with the broad audience that the Q has they could sell most anything, guess it doesn’t work that way. Thanks for your quick reply and explanation.

After all the years in this business I know that’s impossible……If you do something in 10 colors there will always be someone who wants something else…..that’s nature.
