    Dear Louis,

I’ll be watching all the shows. You and Shawn- what a hoot. You bring out the best in her.

    Dear Louis,

Does your new cowl neck top have a matching skirt? I am in such BIG trouble – I love everything!

    Dear Louis,

MY OH MY OH MY!!! The goodies you have in store for us are amazing. The Camel Suit…the Ottoman Suit…the quilted vest…the suede/knit jacket…And we haven’t event gotten to the gorgeous clothes coming later this fall. I am practically squealing like a 14-year-old girl at The Beatles first live concert. You are a ROCKSTAR!!! As well as Jac who rocks it all. Can’t wait!!!

Wow! What a great look into the planning of a Linea show! I absolutely love the organization and wish I was just one-tenth as organized in planning what I wear. Can’t wait for the show and even the tempting “sneak peeks” into what’s still coming. Thank you for sharing this! (And I feel like it’s Christmas because I want it all….)

These are going to be some of your best shows EVER! I’m such a pig when it comes to Linea—OINK! I’m going to have to change three times a day just to wear everything, but it will be FUN!

Louis, I increased my magnification to get every detail, love the addition of your model sketches, will print them for future reference. Will have to speed up the closet purge to make room for all these new “pretty’s”

Is that a brown quilted vest under the suede jacket?

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

Yes my dear Kate…..it will be on my Sept25th 2hour show…….if all goes as planned!

  8. Nancy (aka TheOwl)

This is EXACTLY how I want my closet to look – sketches, accessory bags and all! – My idea of “heaven” 🙂 Just point me at the closet in the morning and I’m drop-dead gorgeously dressed in 3 minutes!

Louis’s organization inspired me to be more organized. I have a small rack I keep in my bedroom with what I call “Coming Attractions” on which I hang about 8 outfits, complete with accessories, so I’m ready for any occasion to just throw it all on in a few minutes. I never waste time anymore trying to decide what to wear. I just go to Coming Attractions and I can be out the door in 20 minutes. (I haven’t figured out how to get hair and makeup into those bags yet!) I find I wear more of my clothes, too, because I don’t keep going back to the tried and true “outfits” just because I am in a hurry.

Love that crdlb!!! I’m getting inspired 🙂

WoW – your upcoming shows are sure to pack a power punch! That sporty Brown vest appears to be quilted or some kind of Tweed perhaps? I love to layer with vests!

    Louis, UR amazing.

Do you re-draw the same “model” each time, or is this a blank photocopy of the model onto which you add the clothes (like a glammy paper doll!)

    I find this fascinating….

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

All free hand baby….all free hand….after all these years it’s automatic.

      1. Kate

        Amazing.

      2. Pecan Cookie

        Wow

You are one of a kind, Louis! No wonder all the top models at the Q want to work with you. Your shows are so fully thought out, so organized, so helpful to the models (and to your customers) to see how all the pieces work together. Thanks so much for all your hard work, talent, and caring!

  11. Mary Kellogg

Thank you so much, Louis! I can now plan my purchases.

Is the cowl neck top and skirt in the same fabric as your latest t-shirt and skirt? The skirt appears to be the same style.

What fabric is A837891 Tunic made of?

    Love it all.

    1. Louis Dell'Olio

No totally different….you’ll have to wait for the sneak peek. The skirts are similar but not exactly the same.

How cool! Thanks for the peek “behind the curtain”

  13. Pecan Cookie

What a facinating glimpse into the prep! Thank you for this view… love the sketch of the topaz top and skirt. (I see a peek of that lovely fabric in the three colors just underneath the sketches.) and that Ottoman suit! … with the topaz earring and necklace… wonderful! Thank you Louis!

  14. Jane

Louis, You are a tease! Love the Ottoman suits, but then I’m looking at the packages of all the accessories and I see a Caviar jacket and pants, Topaz skirt, Lapis tunic …. Yikes! I will need to mortgage the house! Gorgeous, gorgeous!

  15. Cathy in PA

    Dear Louis,

Love the “behind the scenes” shots; so much work, so well organized, and SO VERY MUCH APPRECIATED by your Linea Ladies … THANK YOU to both you AND Jac!

The Ottoman Suit … The Ottoman Suit … The Ottoman Suit … there’s nothing I can say more than your own copy except: It will be mine in 2 (or 3?) colors AND THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU !!!
